The report of a doctor ruling out that Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan had been sodomised is an attempt to sabotage police investigations, said Deputy Inspector-General of Police Ismail Omar.He also stated that the report was aimed at confusing the public in relation to the sodomy allegation against PKR de facto leader Anwar Ibrahim.
Ismail was commenting about the report which was published in Malaysiakini as well as in other blogs including Malaysia Today.
According to nstonline, he said the police are considering investigating a "news website and a blog over their reports."
However, Ismail declined to comment on the medical report itself, saying investigations were ongoing.
The deputy police chief also denied that Dr Mohamed Osman Abdul Hamid, the Pusrawi Hospital medical officer who examined Mohd Saiful on June 28, had been picked up by police.
tunku : it could be to sabotage the police investigation.it can create doubts in the court. but then again i guess they can always check again on saiful whether he has been sodomized or not.

too many speculations over the medical report.also how come RPK can obtain such classified information from the hospital?.the writings on the medical report is far from understandable from a non-medical person view.there's possibilty that rpk action is to confuse the public.
I smell fish everywhere. Can someone come out and verify that this doctor is not bogus? and really, how did that report leaked out? is there no integrity anymore?
Yup, it could be an attempt to disrupt and sabotage the police investigations. Like you said, they can alway check again on Saiful.

How to "check" whether sodomize or nt? Seems like every single thing the doctor, police, lawyer does all also SALAH to Anwar. Then who is right? Is Anwar?
Mesti ada saja pihak yang cuba mengganggu siasatan polis. Benda yang masih dalam siasatan rasanya tidak perlu didedahkan, setakat cakap2 orang kita belum tahu kebenarannya. Tunggu je, sampai masa nanti kita akan tahu juga.
Maybe we just wait until the investigation is completed. There is no need to speculate because there is no use.
