KUALA LUMPUR: PKR adviser Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Wednesday lodged a report with the Federal Territory religious department against Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan for falsely accusing him of fornication.This was in response to Saiful's police report, lodged on June 28, alleging Anwar had sodomised him at a condominium in Damansara.
Under Islamic Syariah Law, if Saiful fails to produce four witnesses to the alleged sodomy he can be found guilty and fined RM5,000 or jailed not more than three years, or both.
tunku : anwar knows saiful will never be able to produce 4 witnesses, that's why he lodged report at religious department.well, he can lodge report anywhere, he still has to face the civil suit(if any).

Anwar is desparate. His days are numbered that's why he is acting like a "cacing kepanasan" as the Malay saying goes.
38 witnesses have been called up. They are going to land a big one this time on him full-proof. This is going to be an airtight case and it will be more refined than the last time. Practice makes perfect they say.

according to perlis mufti, saiful does not need to present 4 witnesses

Then why he don't he accept to do muhabalah? He can bullshit the people or the enforcers but did he dare to bullshit the God?
Enlighten me on the law PLEASE, if you are violated (sodomee or what ever) you still need to have 4 witnesses! Or you need 4 witnesses when you make an accusation where you are not the one being violated.
If the later NO rape cases WILL EVER be reported.

He don't even accept the request for malediction, yet now he is lodging a police report with FT religious dpt to hype the situations. What a smart man he is.

he cannot say "saya tak liwat sape-sape". i don't think there's anyone by the name sape-sape. he must be specific.
remembered lokman adam did ask anwar to bersumpah on his way to/from johor (can't remember which either going to or back from johor but he did say in his car with anwar) and according to him,anwar did bersumpah but his sumpah is "saya bersumpah saya tidak melakukan seperti mana yang ditulis dalam akhbar"; then lokman ask him to bersumpah again and be specific but he(anwar) still repeat the same thing... so according to lokman, this is one of the reason that he is doubtful of anwar in anwar's sodomy case at that time.
so azizah, if you ask anwar to bersumpah "saya tidak meliwat sape-sape" he will gladly do...cos i don't think he has liwated a person(s) by the name of sape-sape :D

For someone yang menolak Negara Islam dan Menolak Undang-undang Islam..Now running to Mahkamah syariah to find justice...sebab kunun dengar kalau tuduh dia meliwat/zina kena ada 4 saksi.
The thing is that Tuduhan ini di buat oleh 3rd PERSON.
Dizaman Saidina Umar juga ada kes anak beliau di dituduh memperkosa seorang perempuan, yang menuduh adalah mangsa.
Maka tiadalah Saidina Umar meminta perempuan itu mencari 4 saksi. Sekadar mempercayai sumpah mangsa.
Atas pengakuan anak Saidina UMar sendiri maka Saidina UMAR telah menjalankan hukuman sebatan.
Dan Saidina Umar adalah seadil adil khalifah. Dan amat kuat berpegang kepada Agama Allah.
So ntah tang mana pula datangnya minta 4 saksi bila mangsa buat aduan nie??
