Anwar on painkillers nursing back strainBUKIT MERTAJAM: The breakneck schedule of the campaign trail has taken its course on PKR adviser Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
The favoured by-election candidate, who was seen getting a boost from bodyguards to cross drains and bumpy roads during a walkabout, professed to be taking painkillers to nurse an old back injury.
“I’m okay, except for the strain on my back. That’s why I cannot start too early.
“I’ve limited my walkabout schedule because of the strain, but it’s manageable. On painkillers, I’ll manage,” he said when speaking to reporters Wednesday after a walkabout in Pekan Penanti this morning.
Anwar and his eldest daughter Nurul Izzah, who is also Lembah Pantai MP, were on the ground meeting the small business community.
tunku : there are better ways to seek sympathy.this is too cheap. melodrama queen.i hope you are not dancing on the stage now like in Ijok.

like a smart politician,Anwar grab any chances to fish for votes in the upcoming Permatang Pauh by-election.is this one of his trick as well?because if it is then we shall see if he succeed in fishing for votes.

During Ijok time, he did not do something that can hurt his back. Now that he have done something recently that he has not done in a very long time , he strain his back. so hurt lor..
