SHAH ALAM: Selangor is aiming to compete with Singapore "apple to apple" in five years.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Khir Toyo said Selangor was not much different from Singapore except that it lagged in public transportation and IT facilities, and urban services quality.
“Once we are more efficient in public transportation and improve our broadband services as well as the urban services quality, Selangor and Singapore can compete apple to apple.
“We are also improving our port and airport services,” he said after launching a seminar on generating and increasing knowledge among principals and headmasters in Selangor at Dewan Jublic Perak here Monday.
tunku : well done khir toyo.i personally knew that you had transformed selangor well. you had proven it to pak lah that we can compare and compete with singapore where else pak lah said recently don't compare malaysia with singapore,it is like comparing “first-class grapes (Singapore) with first-class apples (Malaysia)

What has the tukang gigi do over the years since he became MB to transform Selangor? He only knew how to destroy the ecology of some parts of the state by allowing his cronies to develop housing estates which only corrupt people like him can buy? Compete with Singapore? The tukang gigi must be joking! Cakap tak bikin like his big boss the Bodohlah!!
Oh one more thing my dear Tunku. As they say, the only thing clean about the tukang gigi is his face..the rest of him (figuratively I mean) is extremely dirty...his wealth from corruption is choking him to death. Have a nice day.
well the tukang gigi has perform better than the previous mb's. he has made the selangor glc's profit from zero to hundreds of million and the list will continue.
