Ezam Ready To Go For Umno Youth Chief Post If There Is Support

PETALING JAYA, May 29 (Bernama) -- Former Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) Youth chief, Mohamad Ezam Mohd Nor, said he was ready to contest the Umno Youth chief post if his leadership could help raise the status of the Malays as a respected race.
However, he said, being new in the party might not allow him to make such a big decision.
Still, Mohamad Ezam said, he would discuss the matter with other Umno leaders before making a decision.
"I have to discuss first with the leadership and with friends. If the post is for party and national interests and in the interest of the Malays, I will seriously consider," he said.
He was asked to comment on the possibility that his entry into Umno was to fill the post to be vacated by current Umno Youth chief, Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein.

tunku : there you go. is this guy sincere in joining umno, it's a big NO.his application has not been processed yet and already talking about contesting umno youth chief post. this type of people should never be allowed in umno. all these has been planned by khairy.this is all for anwar to come back into umno and takes over the leadership from pak lah.so najib and muhyiddin if you people still don't realize the hidden agenda better do something before it's too late. hisham will surely support ezam's entry after being told to do so by his boss who is also his deputy.these people will act in a melodrama again after this.just watch them, they will show that they are not happy etc but at the end of the day they will embrace ezam as we can see at the parliament ezam was given a hero welcome.umno is not what it use to be, a traitor is receiving a hero welcome.
