Pakatan United?

Pakatan: Differences but united, says Guan Eng

GEORGE TOWN: There are differences of opinion among Pakatan Rakyat leaders but parties in the alliance are working hard to resolve these issues and will be transparent about them, said DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.
“I do not deny there are differences. We are transparent and brave enough to admit our mistakes.
“The differences and other arising issues will not be swept under the carpet as DAP will always practise what it preaches,” he proclaimed.
Lim reiterated that the DAP would abide by the decisions made by the Pakatan leadership and speak in one voice on all issues, especially on the political imbroglio in Perak.

tunku : since when pakatan is transparent.yesterday guan eng slam karpal for bringing up issues in public and today he said they are transparent and to admit mistakes are not in their dictionary.

DAP Against Party-hopping, Implementation Of Hudud

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 10 (Bernama) -- DAP chairman Karpal Singh said Tuesday that all the party members were against party-hopping and the proposed implementation of hudud law.
Karpal's statement, however, is seen as contradicting the stance of DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng who welcomed the action of Barisan Nasional assemblyman for Bota Datuk Nasarudin Hashim who crossed over to Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) recently.
On Jan 27, Lim was reported as saying that Nasarudin's decision to join PKR would strengthen Pakatan Rakyat in Perak. Nasarudin, however, rejoined Umno last week.
Karpal said he wanted clarification from the Penang chief minister on his stand on the issue of party-hopping, which he (Karpal) regarded as a betrayal of the people's trust.
"If Guan Eng had actually made the statement (on Nasarudin's defection), it means that he had made a big mistake as promoting a culture of party-hopping is wrong," Karpal told reporters at his office, here.
Karpal also defended his stinging statement last Sunday against opposition leader and PKR advisor Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, including saying that he was unfit to lead Pakatan Rakyat as he was only creating problems for the opposition pact.

tunku : guan eng supports anti hopping law when things are going against them.he is just same like nik aziz.they are so alike.it looks like only karpal are against pas's hudud law not dap. this is clear when all the pakatan said that karpal's voice is not pakatan's voice.

DAP Makes Stand Clear On Anti-hopping

PENANG, Feb 10 (Bernama) -- The DAP on Tuesday made its stand clear that it was against party-hopping by elected representatives.
DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng said the party had never ceased asking for an 'anti-hopping' law -- even when Pakatan Rakyat (PR) de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced the supposed crossover of Barisan Nasional (BN) members of parliaments on Sept 16, last year.
"This is the DAP policy...I have tried to be like a brother's keeper but sometimes, we cannot be the keeper all the time.

tunku : again evidence shows that guan eng and kit siang dare not say that they are against pas's hudud law.only karpal is voicing it.this means dap is supporting pas's hudud law.

Be fair to Lim Guan Eng lah, he was saying that there should be a anti hop law when the double hopping frog from Bota first jumped into PKR.
