Perak MB announces 4 more with exco status

IPOH: Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir on Wednesday announced the portfolios of State Executive Councillors which take effect immediately.

Dr Zambry also announced four more posts - three advisers to the Menteri Besar and a state Information Chief - that carries perks similar to those received by State Executive Councillors.

The Perak State Committee Chairmen portfolios:

·Datuk Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir who is also the Menteri Besar heads the Committee for Planning, Economy, Finance, Security, Land and Natural Resources, Agriculture, Housing and Religion.

·Hamidah Osman: Industry, Investment, Entrepreneur Development, ICT, Tourism and Women's Affairs

·Datuk Ramly Zahari: Infrastructure, Public Facilities, Energy and Water.

·Dr Mah Hang Soon: Health, Local Government, Consumer, Environment, Transport and NonMuslim Affairs.

·Datuk Saarani Mohamad: Information, Rural Development, Poverty, Welfare and Farming.

·Mohd Zahir Abdul Khalid: Education, Higher Education, Science and Technology

·Zainol Fadzi Paharuddin: Culture, Youth and Sports.

Advisers to Mentri Besar:

·Datuk Mohd Najumuddin Elias Adviser for Islamic Affairs.

·Datuk Chang Ko Youn Adviser for Chinese Affairs.

·Datuk S. Veerasingam Adviser for Indian Affairs.

Dr Zambry also announced the appointment of Datuk Hamdi Abu Bakar as the state Information chief. - Bernama

U must be an idiot to agree with the new exco appt. Let me tell u something. Perak Indian totally rejected MIC,as none of MIC members got ADUN seats in Perak. They only vote for opp in Perak as the 5 Indian ADUN in Perak are all from DAP. The degraced MIC VP, Veerasingam has no self dignity or pride as he accept the exco post despite knowing the hard fact that he was rejected by the people.

And anyone who appt him is also an idiot just like u.

you must be not that idiot but failed to see the reality. do not look at march 2008, the scenario is much different then and now. and for your brilliant brain's info, veerasingam is no appointed as an exco, he is the adviser to mb for indian affairs.
get a life but first get a name.
