Najib: Objective of 1MOCC is to serve the rakyat

PUTRAJAYA: The 1Malaysia One Call Centre (1MOCC), which will become the single point of contact for all public enquiries directed at government agencies, was launched Monday by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. "The principle behind 1MOCC is to achieve our objective of serving the rakyat effectively by centralising all calls to one centre, making it easier for customers. "With just one number, which operates 24/ 7 for 365 days a year, we can boast of an efficient civil service (that is) beyond one's imagination," Najib said in his opening speech at the Putrajaya Corporation complex. The number for 1MOCC is 03-8000 8000.  

tunku : this is indeed a very good initiative from the government to ensure its objective of serving the people to the highest level of satisfaction. we hope all the government agencies will cooperate and do their part effectively.
