Now it's another few days... No names, no list, no crossovers.

THE SEPT 16 deadline to effect a takeover of the Government as repeatedly announced by PKR leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim failed to materialise at 2:30pm today as anticipated.
At a press conference at the Parti Keadilan Rakyat headquarters in Merchant Square in Petaling Jaya, Anwar declined to name of the MPs whom he claimed to have crossed over for fear that they would be harrased.
Anwar however insisted that he had the numbers to form the majority to take over from the current government although he refused to reveal the numbers of MP crossing over. He added that he had sought a meeting with the Prime Minister to inform the latter about the list but have not yet received a reply.

Abdullah calls Anwar's bluff

PRIME Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said that if Anwar had the numbers (of MPs crossing over) he would have revealed it a long time ago and not keep harping about it.
"He would not have requested to see me. He would have just barged into my office with his MPs and supporters," Abdullah said, when asked about Anwar's claims that today the Barisan Nasional government would be taken over.
He was speaking after chairing a meeting with secretary-generals of all ministries in Putrajaya this morning.
Also on Zaid's resignation, he said he received his letter but added that even if Zaid were to leave, it would not affect the government because the government is not about one man.

tunku : again just talks.if the mps are with you, then they should come together with you at the pc, stand behind you and show support for you. enough numbers, that's all we can hear at the pc. again i say that if he really have enough numbers, he won't wait and take his sweet time to form the new government. i support pak lah statement above.

Kalau betul 31 MP BN nak sertai atau dah sertai Pakatan, kenapa tak go through Parlimen.
