Aziz Bari Admits Malaysian Constitution As the Best?

That is why, according to him, even if PR wins with 2/3 majority which is 148 seats, Malays' status in the constitution cannot be changed because the majority won by PR is only in Dewan Rakyat, majority in National Assembly are still senators appointed by UMNO/BN, other than the need for approval from Council of Rulers in order make any changes in the constitution.
On that reason, perhaps that is why Malays' status is said to be safe even when PR rule.
There are 70 senators in Malaysia, 26 of them were chosen by State Assembly, two from each state in the Federal, while another 44 appointed by Yang DiPertuan Agong, where four of them represents provinces.
First, what is the guarantee that all National Assembly members will defend Malays? Second, what is the guarantee  that all Malays in State Assembly would defend Malay rights in the constitution is majority of them are from Pakatan Rakyat? Third, even if the 44 senators appointed by Yang DiPertuan Agong, there is one clause which adds the statement that the appointment is from the 'advice from the Prime Minister'.
Thus, if Anwar Ibrahim becomes the Prime Minister, what is the guarantee that he will advise Yang DiPertuan Agong to defend Malay status?
We need to remember that only recently, a few days ago, in an interview with the Financial Times, Anwar once again repeated the statement that 'the biggest problem in Malaysia is Malay Rights as it leads towards racism and corruption issues.
Obviously the statement seem to general, subjective and can be debatable. However, the issue here is not about racism nor corruption, it is about Malay rights.
From what Anwar said, it is clear that he has the intention to eliminate Malay rights. With DAP behind him, or to be exact, on top of Anwar, what is the guarantee that the constitution will remain as it is?
DAP has never denied over their rejection towards Malay rights in the constitution. Everyone is aware that DAP is established for the objective of eliminating Malay rights, including Royal Institution. DAP will certainly gain more power to fulfil their objective if PR is in Putrajaya.
That is why, perhaps the ones who would really defend Malays if PR wins this coming election, are PAS and UMNO. With UMNO as the opposition, UMNO's voice might be limited, especially with PR's attitude of loving to 'shut' their enemies up.
Sadly, even PAS has been 'intruded' by Anwar's goons as well as DAP up to it's leadership level. Added with the 'ignorance' of Ulama leaders in the party which sets hate for UMNO as their main objective that they would insult any efforts taken to defend Malays, what is the guarantee that they will defend Malays in the constitution?
From there, we cannot understand how could Aziz Bari state that Malays would be stronger if PR rules, when in Penang and Selangor, we see how Malays and Islam are taken lightly, or even ignored, whenever there is a chance. Despite that, even if they are unable to control Kelantan, DAP is still able to control thousands of acres of land in Kelantan.
Thus, where is the logic behind Aziz Bari's argument?
Aziz Bari, a 'constitution expert according to Pakatan Rakyat's standards', was recently quoted by Harakahdaily as he stressed that Malays' status is safe, thanks to UMNO-BN's wisdom in drafting the constitution.
