Khairy Outlines Three Aspects Of Camaraderie

ALOR STAR, Sept 19 (Bernama) -- Umno Youth vice-head Khairy Jamaluddin has outlined three aspects of camaraderie in strengthening the movement besides forging closer relations with the Barisan Nasional (BN) Youth wing.
He said the first aspect of camaraderie involved the Youth movement at the branch and national levels which must emphasise the close relationship so that there was no gap between them in championing the party's cause.
"The second aspect involves the Umno Youth movement and the BN Youth itself. This needs to be strengthened and relations between the two entities should be improved.
"There needs to be a new agreement on how to overcome crises within the BN," he said at a breaking of the fast organised by the Kuala Kedah Umno Youth at the Hidayatul Solihin Mosque at Jalan Gunung Keriang, near here Friday.
Khairy said the third aspect was to develop a good relationship with the young generation (non-Umno members) especially with the non-governmental organisations (NGOs) involving youths.
Earlier in his speech, Khairy said Umno Youth must attract more people from the younger generation to join the movement in an effort to further strengthen Umno and the BN.
Khairy also appealed to the Umno Youth members to nominate him to contest the Umno Youth head post in the party election in December.

tunku : with khairy as the umno youth leader, the youth and others will shy away from umno and bn.when they hear kj/khairy jamaludin (menantu pak lah),they will never get close to umno.

The SIL is like what Rais Yatim said about DSAI –“Play Acting”, before his eventual ouster from Pemuda. What hopes is he relying on after being considered responsible for all the mess he brought into UMNO and BN with his immature and unwarranted interference in strategic issues of the Nation? The Silent Majority particularly all the hard working population are sick of hearing about this young punk who only knows how to reward himself, his family and chosen pals from the Nation’s vault while the people have to work hard to earn their living. All those stories of his infamous day light robbery are very enthrenched in the people’s memories. As the “shit” at the top leadership is being cleared up, he too must be cleared out and all the dough he has amassed will not help him out this time. I look forward to the day when this prince of darkness walks away dejectedly from UMNO and Malaysian politics; presently he is only able to voice out his hollow perspectives because of his father in law. He’s dead meat without his father in law backing him.
