More than 50 opposition MPs absent

MORE than 50 Pakatan Rakyat MPs were not present in the Dewan Rakyat when Deputy Prime Minister cum Finance Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak tabled the second stimulus package yesterday.
Most of those absent were PAS and Parti Keadilan Rakyat MPs while most DAP MPs were present.
An MP from Pakatan Rakyat said there had been plans to boycott the tabling of the mini budget but it was aborted as the Opposition parties could not agree on the boycott.
Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (PKR – Permatang Pauh), Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim (PKR – Bandar Tun Razak) and R. Sivarasa (PKR – Subang) were present.
Also present were Lim Kit Siang (DAP – Ipoh Timur), Lim Guan Eng (DAP – Bagan) and others.
Salahuddin Ayub (PAS – Kubang Kerian), chief whip of PAS, was present with Dr Dzulkifli Ahmad (PAS – Kuala Selangor).
The PAS MPs had a meeting during lunch break but many did not stay on for the tabling of the mini budget.
Those missing included PAS president Datuk Seri Hadi Awang (PAS – Marang) and deputy president Nasharuddin Mat Isa (PAS – Bachok).

tunku : why on earth they wanted to boycott the tabling of the mini budget? after all they were making noise before to speed the tabling.this is the mentality of the opposition in our country.one thing for sure this pakatan(pact) is not really a pakatan after all.they can't agree with each other but wants to rule this country true the pact.

Kenapa jadi BODOH??

Lama kelamaan mau aku pangkah balik BN ni

Irresponsible MPs and it really show how arrogant they are. The Best part is they always look from the negative viewpoint.
Malaysians must live up to be independent and matured since 52 after independence. The government just start the ball rolling but the Rakyat as a whole must works very hard to uplift their standard of living.
MPs should attend the parliment session to give inputs whether its is a bad one or a good one. We don't want our MPs to have the Tidak Apa attitudes and Goyang kaki.

dalam hal yg begitu penting sperti pakej rangsangan yg dpt membantu merangsang ekonomi pun mahu diboikot mereka. mereka ni tak layak jadi wakil rakyat. nak bangkang atau boikot biarlah bertempat.
