PR states to adopt three different National Day themes

PETALING JAYA: Pakatan Rakyat states will adopt different themes for this year's Merdeka Day celebrations.
Kedah will use Terus Berbakti (Continue to Serve) as its state theme, Kelantan Menerajui Perubahan (Spearheading Change) while Penang and Selangor will maintain Sebangsa, Senegara, Sejiwa(One Nation, One Country, One Soul).
This was announced at a press conference by PAS secretary-general Datuk Mustafa Ali on Tuesday.
He said the executive council of Kedah and Kelantan decided on their themes before Pakatan Rakyat came out with Sebangsa, Senegara, Sejiwa.
"The exco's decision is binding,” Mustafa said.
The three themes would differ from the Federal government theme Janji Ditepati (Promises Fulfilled).

tunku : if they stand as Pakatan Rakyat why they need three different national day themes? this clearly shows that they are not united at all.only on surface they seems united but they are not. Kedah with "continue to serve", till now they only serves the nightclubs more than anything else. kelantan with "spearheading change", after 22 years still no clean water and not much development what changers more you will bring? selangor and penang sebangsa senegara dan sejiwa sound more like 1MALAYSIA.
they should follow what the federal government theme is, be patriotic on national day matters, don't politicize it.
