Reports lodged against Perak OCPD, state secretary

IPOH: Titi Serong assemblyman Khalil Idham Lim and Pantai Remis assemblyman Nga Kor Ming lodged police reports Tuesday against the Ipoh OCPD and the state secretary for stopping 28 assemblymen from entering the Perak Darul Ridzuan Building this morning.
Both of them lodged the reports at the Ipoh police headquarters at 2.55pm Tuesday.
Khalil told reporters that a group of “thugs” -- whom he claimed to be Umno supporters -- and a Federal Reserve Unit team led by OCPD ACP Azisman Alias had stopped him and 27 other assemblymen from entering the building to attend the state legislative assembly sitting.
“We were told by Azisman not to enter the building on the instruction of State Secretary Datuk Abdul Rahman Hashim,” he said.
He claimed that both Azisman and Abdul Rahman had committed a criminal offence by restraining members of the assembly from excercising their duties.
Nga described the incident as “embarrassing” and “unprecedented in the country’s 52 years of nationhood.”
He said Abdul Rahman should be held responsible for the incident for locking the door to the building, forcing the state legislative assembly to convene an emergency session under a tree not far from the building.
Azisman, when met, confirmed that police had received both reports.

tunku : i wonder how stupid is these people. why are the becoming so moron.the ocpd acted as he required to act, it was his duty to ensure that no one enters the building as instructed by the state secretary. please stop acting stupid. the first stupid thing they did was they held the assembly session under a tree like cows. you have filed the case at the court, so wait for the verdict, till then don't act like cows.will the Sultan approve or sign their so called approved motions? did they think about it ?
