Don't Gamble Country's Future, Says Khairy

SEREMBAN, Feb 29 (Bernama) -- Umno Youth vice chief Khairy Jamaluddin has advised voters not to gamble Malaysia's future only to test the ability of other parties in governing the country.
Khairy who is contesting for the Rembau parliamentary seat under the Barisan Nasional (BN) ticket, said: "We admit many more things we have not brought about in terms of development.
"That is why we always say the struggle will never end. The BN's struggle from 50 years ago until today is to continue developing the country.
"One should not be dissatisfied if certain things have not been resolved and resort to making experiments by electing the opposition," he told Bernama when visiting the BN machinery operations room in Ladang Kombok, Rantau, today.
He said the opposition did not have the capability to run a government like the BN. It could only make promises which were unrealistic to win votes, he added.
