Pak Lah and Idris Jusoh should meet the Sultan of Trengganu
Muhyiddin cadang PM, Idris menghadap sultan
– Utusan.
PM defends Idris' appointment as Terengganu MB
Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has defended the appointment of Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh as Terengganu Mentri Besar.
The Barisan Nasional chairman and Umno president said the majority of BN Terengganu elected representatives supported Idris as the MB.
"There will be no changes to this as the majority of them support Idris' re-appointment as MB. Therefore, other appointments made other than this is against the constitution and is not valid."
Abdullah was referring to the appointment of Kijal state assemblyman Datuk Ahmad Said as MB. The office of the Sultan of Terengganu had announced Ahmad as the new MB despite objections by 22 assemblymen who unanimously wanted Idris to be re-appointed.
On Saturday, the assemblymen held a special meeting, voicing support for Idris. They also threatened to boycott the swearing-in ceremony of Ahmad which would be held on Wednesday.

i always believe muhyiddin is the suitable candidate to become either PM or TPM now (beside Ku Li)...
eventhough mainstream media try to catch him by asking his comments on sensitive issues now, he handle it very good...
i believe somebody notice he is one of the big threats to pak lah... wonder who? SIL?
As I have commented earlier in your blog, Kak Tunku,, Muhyiddin is a better choice to be Malaysia PM. Better brain, better approach.
Tak Dak Nama 3
My dear Tunku,
It would be more correct to say that Muhyiddin is even more CORRUPT than Pak Lah. Only God knows how much money Muhyiddin has siphoned off while he was Johor MB from 86-95. The only one who can perhaps match Muhyiddin in corruption is Muhammad (2) Mike Tyson Taib.
Have a nice day my dear Tunku.
when the Sultan asked for the Oil money RM1 bil, which was split for MB, KJ, Patrick and others to spend, surely where got face to see the sultan....
300mil spent for Monsoon CLub...walau..
Brunei SUltan so rich, at least 300 mil can do....
i hope those accusing someone can give some evidence/proof whatsoever, anybody can talk about bribe.
Tun Dr Mahathir was smarter than ydp pm. TDM has Tun Ghafar as mediator when there's crisis with the palace. ydp pm has nobody as mediator, the only umno veteran that he can rely to is musa hitam but who is musa compare to or with TDM? Well... ydp pm can only rely his sil,4th floor, son, shahrir, musa hitam, ghani, tok nan...
that's the problem ydp pm! when you don't heed and put aside umno members, veteran and grassroot 'voices'.
I am sure TDM knows how to resolve this issue with ease....
My dear Tunku,
Muhyiddin may have more brains than Pak lah, but he is much much more corrupt than Pak Lah, KJ, Kalimullah, patrick Lim, etc. Muhyiddin has been eyeing the International Trade Minister's position for a very long time where he hopes to make as much, perhaps even more, money than our sob queen kak pidah. Muhyiddin is of course very happy that Pak Lah dropped the gemok from Miti and gave him her position. Muhyiddin cannot wait to get his hands on all those APs! Muhyiddin will also use his new position as Miti to strengthen himself to challenge najib for the UMNO NO 2 position and DPM.
Everyone (maybe even you, my dear Tunku) knows Muhyiddin's corrupt background as Johor MB from 1986-95. only Muhyiddin himself knows how much he sapu from the under the table commissions foreign investors to Johor "donate" to UMNO. If not can one understand how he is able to finance the UMNO campaign in Sabah in the 1990s where you can literally see the $ sign in the eyes of all those katak lompat politicians.
Mahathir of course did not like Muhyiddin and Muhyiddin likewise did not like Mahathir. But both are clever at sandiwara. Mahathir dealt Muhyiddin big blow when he appointed him Youth & Sports Minister in 1995 after he switched with Ghani who became Johor MB. With no jalan to make money in youth and sports, where Muhyiddin dealt with lepak boys, Muhyiddin later lost his vice-presidency in UMNO.
But one thing we must give credit to Muhyiddin is that he is very sabar. He can take hardships. Even after he lost UMNO vice-presidency, and with lousy Youth and sports portfolio where he cannot make Money, Muhyiddin kept low profile, and worked his way up. He went down to the grassroots in Johor, campaigned. Next round he won UMNO deputy presidency, in 1999. Muhyiddin was eyeing kak pidah's MITI when Pak Lah reshuffled, but was disappointed in being transfered to Agriculture where he had to deal with farmers and chickens. Lagi sekali, tak ada peluang to make money. Also he was very angry Pak Lah chose Najib as DPM.
Well over the years, Muhyiddin being very sabar or patient, finally got his reward. He was very happy Pak Lah finally gave him Kak Pidah's Miti. Muhyiddin low laughing from ear to ear. Next pak Lah will make him his No 2 to challenge Najib. After that when Pak Lah steps down, Muhyiddin will take over as Malaysia's 6 PM.
Syabas Muhyiddin! That is one more punch you can sock your rival Ghani in Johor.
Have a nice day, my dear Tunku!
