Caning for Mat Rempit proposed
THE Government is considering imposing heavier penalty on those caught in illegal motorcycle races. Deputy Internal Security Minister Datuk Mohd Johari Baharum said this is because illegal racers, or Mat Rempit, have become bolder and in some instances, have attacked the police.
“Apart from confiscating their bikes, we may propose that heavier penalty be imposed, including caning,” he said when replying to a supplementary question by Datuk Hashim Jahaya (BN-Kuala Kedah) at the Dewan Rakyat today.

tunku : kay jay and azeez had given these dajal rempit so much face that they start thinking they are the king on the road.these idiots should be jailed till they rots there.just imagine they had start attacking our police force, what about ordinary people like us.these dajal rempit should be hang by their balls.
