Sex video: Back off or I’ll sue for defamation, says Rahim

ALOR GAJAH: Former Malacca chief minister Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Tamby Chik said he will take legal action against Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim if the Opposition Leader resorts to personal attacks against him over the sex video scandal.
The Risda chairman also warned bloggers who assassinate his character online that they have to face the music, including being sued, saying he had neither been charged nor had he done anything wrong.
“I would like to remind bloggers to not attack me or delve on my past,” he said.
“I will answer through legal means against those who go overboard,” he said during a visit to the Risda College in Ayer Pa'abas here by Rural and Regional Development Minister Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal yesterday.
Rahim advised Anwar to be careful in dealing with the issue, adding that he was worried “a second Eskay” would appear and make the situation worse. He declined to elaborate.
Asked if he had received any threat to his safety, Rahim said: “Not yet, God willing.”
Last week, Rahim, businessman Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah and Perkasa treasurer Datuk Shuib Lazim, screened to a selected group of viewers a video that showed a foreign woman, believed to be a prostitute with a man said to resemble Anwar, who had denied it.
Meanwhile, Anwar's lawyer Sivarasa Rasiah has called for Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah to cease making allegations on Anwar or face legal repercussions.
Sivarasa's warning came following an online news portal report where Eskay had claimed Anwar had made trips to Thailand over the past two years and demanded that Anwar reveal details about the alleged visits.
In the report Eskay also openly threw questions at Anwar, among others how many times has Anwar been to Thailand, who greeted him, which hotel did he stay in and what was he doing in the hotel.
“As legal counsel to Anwar, I wish to warn Eskay that he should cease his foolish and childish rants about Anwar's travels in Thailand or anywhere for that matter in the world,” Sivarasa said in his statement yesterday.
“No sensible person would deem it necessary to answer the sort of questions. If he has any specific accusations to make, then he should make them and meet the consequences, legal and otherwise,” he added.

tunku: anwar the moron has a lot to answer to people about his immoral activities. pity those who still believe this moron. i believe many leaders from pas and dap ,even pkr knew of his immoral activities but still supporting him just to get some positions and wins some seats.we hope the people will teach a lesson to these type of politicians which makes immoral people as their leader.just imagine anwar as pm, all his immoral activities is in the hand of outsiders which will then rule this country through their immoral puppet anwar ibrahim.

Islam recognizes the right of every citizen to be spared undue encroachment of the pivacy of his life.Do not ssy on one another.Do not enter any house except yours and only when you are invited. And even when entering your own house do not enter suddenly and without announcement because you may see your daughter, sister, in a conditions in which they would not like to be seen.

Peering into orhter prople's houses is also prohibited.Do not read the letters of others. But today we have people making copies of letters for future use and bugging devices are secretly fixed in houses so that conversation anv video could be recorded for future use and blackmail.

The prying into the life of an individaul cannot be justified on moral grounds by state or by persons who belong to the state or support the state. The basis of this is that fear and suspicion with which governments look at those of their citizens who are disastisfied with their policies creates more fea and instability. This ultimately becomes the cause of mischief in politics because when the opposition takes over the government they will also do the same thing. When the government begins to search for the causes of dissatisfaction amonst the people it spoils people.

Spoiling people is what happens when the secret police are spread all around the country looking for affairs: men begin to look at one another with suspicion, so much so that they are afraid of talking freely in their homes lest some word would escape from their lips of their wives and children which may put them in embarassing situations. When one cannot exspress freely even in his own home society suffers from mutual distrust and suspicion.

We do not have to look far as to what has happened to many Third World countries in which collecting information on the opposition has become an inportant past time. They are all in such a mess that they cannot hope to recover in even 50 yers. In the mean time in Germany they are alredy working on a project that will be able to transalte our brain signals into digital information that will then be reconised by computers. By this way even when a man is parlysed form his neck down he will able to walk using the computer that translates to digital form the impulse created by his brain when he thinks. The computer then will send the signal to the instrument that will help him to walk. Thank You

Datuk Eskay hinted during the 1st. PC that, someone else too might have accessed or already possess the kinda video recording.

It might be, another act with the same actor and different "actress".

The person's who installed the vid-cameras does seem out-off the radar at the moment.

Datuk Eskay said he only stumble upon it unintentionally and have no part in installing it either.

So,if someone else does...and who is this someone else?? He is one's "pain in ass-hole". He might have other revailing copies too.

Well the plot is getting better ...the hours..!!!
