Penang PAS wants seat allocation in Pakatan reviewed

Penang PAS wants the party's top leadership to call for a review the pact on seat allocation for elections in the Pakatan coalition.
Penang PAS deputy commissioner Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa said this was necessary because the agreement on seat allocation between PAS-DAP-PKR (the coalition members) only allowed PKR to field a candidate in the Penanti by-election scheduled for May 31.
"We (Penang PAS) intend to field a candidate in the by-election to uphold healthy democratic practices and not because we are eyeing the Deputy Chief Minister I (DCM I) post," he told reporters after attending Kepala Batas PAS annual general meeting here today.
He added that the Pakatan coalition should take in consideration the voice of the grassroots in the matter who were unhappy with the "trend" of elected representatives resigning and forcing by-elections to be held.
The by-election is called following the resignation of its state assemblymen Penang DCM I Mohammad Fairus Khairuddin of PKR who stated that he was quitting the seat to pursue further studies. - Bernama

tunku : i think it is best for pas to stop playing this drama as they know and everyone knows that pas has no voice in pakatan.it is all about what anwar and dap wants.anwar will never want pas to over shadow pkr.

This is something I would like to share with all friends. When I first went into Lim Kit Siang's blog (blog.limkitsiang.com), the first thing I read is him calling Mukhriz (Jerlun MP) and Tan Keng Liang (gerakan kedah youth chief) as people "lack of grey matters" and silly. That was about 2 weeks ago. Today, I read that he said "the IQ of the Health Minister, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai, who is MCA Vice President and Penang MCA State chief, is highly suspect when he could not understand simple English". The problem is that the more Lim Kit Siang branding that he is smarter than the rest of the people in the world (which I don't belief), the more people will just see him as a person barking on the wrong tree. I support DAP but I wish that our party's chairman can be more polite when addressing other leaders (whether they are Barisan or Pakatan). Otherwise, this will set bad example to the new generation of Malaysians.

If there is going to be an UMNO candidate in Penanti...PLEASE BAN EZAM AND GANG FROM GOING THERE. A SURE 'GONE CASE' FOR UMNO IF THIS GANG MAKE THEIR APPEARANCE IN PENANTI. I also feel that SAMY VELLU (aka Semi Value) SHOULD NEVER SHOW HIS FACE IN PENANTI. If given another suggestion, even MAHATHIR should refrain himself from going there.

Look at KL-, Opp and DBKL are not in good terms. Nothing done, nothing improved. Is KL too big to manage or Is DBKL not doing anything for RATE PAYERs cos all except one had voted opposition.?
PKR / DAP will say, DBKL not doing the job. Whereas, I don't see my PKRman walk around market, dirty river and street, pasar malam to see how bad some places are.
Is opp. capable in managing ?
Is BN-Civil servant inline with their commitment to services?

come the jugement day, we switch again....Who can we trust next?

being opp may not be good in governing, but how come AUstralia opp . PM can do so well...
