IPOH, May 23 (Bernama) -- The opposition coalition, Pakatan Rakyat (PR), in Perak will hold a hunger strike for three days beginning Tuesday to urge for the dissolution of the State Legislative Assembly as a solution to the political crisis in the state.Perak DAP secretary, Nga Kor Ming said the 72-hour hunger strike would begin as soon as it was launched by former Perak menteri besar Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin together with former State Assembly speaker, V. Sivakumar.
tunku : it is good for health to fast sometimes. i hope it's really hunger strike, don't in front of the press you don't eat but when you get back you eat like nobody business.nowadays hunger strike to need launching, what a drama.

there is no mogok lapar in islam. the trio should be put into a glass chamber and place it in the shopping mall so that everyone could see them like david blaine. dont give them food at all...put the camera for live telecast..let the people see what the jokers are doing insteads of serving them at their respective constituency.. don't pay them salary and allowance during the period. sick! makan gaji buta..please behave and respect the law and order...
