PUTRAJAYA: Fed up with claims by the Opposition that Barisan Nasional MPs from Sabah and Sarawak were going to cross over, a senior Sabah politician has asked Pakatan Rakyat to stop telling cerita dongeng (mythical stories) to the rakyat (citizens) because the “jump will never happen."Parti Bersatu Sabah deputy president Datuk Maximus Ongkili said he was fed up with PKR adviser Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for making “baseless and unfounded allegations about us hopping to the Opposition fold,” as such claims sparked concern not only among other Barisan component parties but also among the people of the two states.
“Talk about us becoming katak (frogs) jumping to their side is a whole lot of nonsense. We are faithful and steadfast behind Barisan.
“Barisan may not be perfect but it forms the best government Malaysians can ever have. I, for one, am anti-hopping. Those who want to leave the Barisan fold should not cheat the rakyat who elected them because they were part of the coalition,” he said on Tuesday.
Maximus was commenting on claims by Anwar of a “clear and true possibility” that MPs from Sabah and Sarawak were planning to leave the coalition to join Pakatan Rakyat.
Maximus, who is the Science, Technology and Innovation Minister, said if there were MPs planning to cross over to the Opposition, they should ask for the rakyat’s permission by going for a by-election.
“If the people still choose them even after leaving Barisan, then they can go with a clear conscience. Otherwise, they are only betraying the rakyat,” he said.
tunku : the rakyat too are fed up, everyday the same story. anwar is getting 30mps bla bla bla. meeting there,meeting here. he just want to create havoc and chase away all the investors from this country. he does not love this country and never had cared about it. if he is sincere, he should continue as opposition leader and do all the necessary action to wins people's heart and strike for the next GE not by cheating.anwar and pakatan should not forget that if pakatan take over the government by this method, there will be no peace in the country which will be bad for all malaysian.The next GE will be the best time for him to take over if pakatan wins but first of all he need to clear up the sodomy charges first. is he going to end up at putrajaya or sungai buloh, only time will tell.

i think what Anwar doing now is more towards psychological thingy.he wants to make such thing that the speculation gonna come true in order to gain confidence from citizens.
Memang bosan bila dengar isu-isu 16 September oleh Anwar. Balik-balik hanya itulah modal beliau. Rakyat ramai dah tahu, 16 September tu hanya angan-angan yang nak mempermainkan rakyat. Sampai sekarang takde pun dengar pasal 30 MP nak lompat ke PKR... Nak tawan Putrajaya konon, penjara Sg Buloh boleh la...
from my opinion, Anwar want to take over the government so that he can take everything on his hand. So that he can have the power to stop the time. He can't afford to wait until the end of the court cases. He must have the power to stop the volcano to erupt.
If what is written about his past is true, I would say the reason he is racing to the top is to stop his cases by using the highest power in the country. By being the PM. or president?
after all, he is fighting for Malaysia belong to Rakyat.

ini semua trick je ni.biasa la politik ini.kena pandai buat percaturan psikologi untuk menyakinkan orang.
saya rasa hal melompat parti ini takkan berlaku.Anwar kalau nak buat tawaran untuk mana-mana mp BN melompat parti kena buat tawaran yang lebih.kalau lompat parti tapi jawatan dan elaun tetap sama tetap tak guna juga.

Since the court proceeding is ahead of this LOMPAT activities, Anwar as usual will use this as a reason to delay the LOMPAT issue cos 'Masa tak mengizinkan, kita kena tunggu hingga saya dibebaskan'......but if the verdict doesn't go his way, kerajaan will be blame bla..bla..bla....only morons will believe Anwar.....
Anwar is a liar as he has always been.
The truth is not important b'coz he is only interested in conditioning the mind of his hardcore and potential supporters.
With BN especially UMNO on the defensive, he has been succesful in making his stories believeable.
