Yuktes open letter to Anwar - Sodomy II

Yuktes Vijay – This letter was sent to online portal , Free Malaysia Today 12th March at 2pm. Sadly this letter is not being published by them. Have read here :

Dear Dato Seri,
Salam 1Malaysia.
I have been an avid fan of you since I was 12 years old. Your arrest in 1998 was one of the reasons that spurred me to do law and take on the fight for civil rights. However, much has changed since then as you can see. Your role as an Opposition Leader is an important aspect of democracy.
We, the rakyat, expect you to be diligent and honest in performing your role. But, sadly that has not been the case. There are reasons for me to feel skeptical about. And, if sadly you become my PM, I want to be at least assured that my country is in safe hands.
Terrorism links
A certain Suvrokamal Dutta, a renowned television celebrity, political commentator, and foreign policy and economic expert, wrote an article for MeriNews . The article was subsequently republished in a blog themalaysianrascal.blogspot.com . This are the excerpts from the article itself :
“Sheikh Yusuf Qaradawi a leading IslamicTheologian and visiting his personal house in Doha, Qatarraises many questions. Qaradawi is the unofficial Muslim leader of the Islamicworld and he supports suicide bombings against Israel as well as femalecircumcisions. At Qaradawi’s house Anwar Ibrahim also met Khalid Mashaal as perunofficial reports. Mashaal has taken responsibility for numerous suicidebombings, killing and wounding innocent civilians, including helpless women andchildren. The trip as many have claimed could be a part of damage control onpart of Anwar Ibrahim after his open support to Israel’sdefense of national security claims a comment which was not appreciated in hisown country Malaysia.”
“ …..Anwar Ibrahim has close and personal contactwith the Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGT) sources say Anwar hadpersonal contacts with Youssef Al Nada until at least 2011 reports claim Nadapersonally visited Anwar when the latter was on a visit to USA in 2011. Nada anEgyptian banker has been designated by the U.S.,the UN and Switzerland for having financed terrorism through an extensive financial network andproviding support for terrorist-related activities, including those undertakenby Osama bin Laden and Al-Qaida.
“Nada founded Bank Al Taqwa, the financialinstitution known to have provided cash transfers and investment advice to AlQaida in preparation for 9-1-1. Other close friends of Anwar includes HishamAl-Talib, former director of one of Al Nada’s companies and now with Ibrahim’sIIIT in the US; as well as Dr. Mohammed Manzoor Alam, co-founder with Al Nada of Al Taqwa Bank.
“Anwar has also served in the board of Al-Baraka Bank which has a questionable history which the US claims to be one of the main conduits for funding Al Qaida and other terror outfits. Anwar is also one of the founding members of the International Institute for Islamic Thought (IIIT) in the US, which is under-investigation by US Federal law enforcement agencies since the late 90s, for the suspected financing of terrorist organizations such as Al Qaida.”
Referring to the abovementioned excerpts, I am sure you already have your standard template answer of blaming Barisan Nasional for such “allegations”. The problem is Dato Seri, the writer is from India, the story has not been exposed in Utusan nor any UMNO bloggers has played this up.
Furthermore, I assume that if PKR can believe Deepak and his slanders, I am entitled to believe this opinion of a writer who has NO links to Barisan Nasional or UMNO.
So, tell me Dato Seri, are all the allegations mentioned above true? Did you meet or have any contact with any of the individuals above?
These are serious allegations against an aspiring Prime Minister for a man with such links will surely compromise the security of my country.
You did not sue Datuk SK though he alleged that you had sex with a prostitute. He could not have been anymore defamatory than that. He challenged you to sue him but there has been no action on your part. Say that I assume you did no sue him because it was a waste of time and he has UMNO links, why bother suing Utusan? Selective suing?
My question with regards to this is simple Dato Seri . Are you going to sue this writer? Please clarify the allegations made as a citizen of Malaysia I am worried that my next PM may be a terrorist in disguise.
Fake Democrat
My next question is Dato Seri, is regarding your role in PKR. When the Johor DAP and Johor PKR engaged in war ofwords for seat allocations, Lim Guan Eng and you issued gag orders. Lim GuanEng issued the order as a sec-gen of the party. In what capacity did you issuethe gag order? In true democracy, leaders are elected. As such, the gag order should have been from Wan Azizah. You preach, yell and echodemocracy but you yourself failed to be elected into your own party.
What exactly is the problem? You asked Wan Azizah to step down for you to contest in Permatang Pauh. Why don’t you take helm of the party the same way? If you feel that party duties are a burden to you, then why act like a party supremo?
This is hypocrisy at its very best. It is clear that the word “democracy” is apolitical tool in your armory. You do not even come close to practicing what you preach. If you want to debate the Prime Minister, at least be worth his time. I am sure a leader of any country for that matter has no time to engage in a debate with a con artist.
Chameleon
I tried refraining from calling you a chameleon many times but your latest statement in the Sydney Harrold makes me change my stand on this issue. How can you go for a rally, shamelessly cry that Lynas wont be given a licence to operare and then flip flop your stand. Why is it that it is hard for you to have a consistent stand? You are bringing the term “ Do what the Romans do in Rome to a whole new level ”.
You seemingly are an Indian warrior when you are with the Indian community, a Malay imam scholar when you are engaging them and a Chinese economist when discussing with the community. I can state various instances where you have exhibited chameleon like qualities but I do not intend to dedicate much time to it as I feel the rakyat themselves can rewind to themselves to such instances.
Con Artist
I do not care what was given to the Indian community in Buah Pala. What did you promise them? Video evidence suggests that you said that if Pakatan Rakyat wins, you will not evacuate the village. Unless I have been in a coma, I am sure that Pakatan Rakyat rules the Penang Government and Kampung Buah Pala is no more. Even if compensation were given, doesn’t it prove the point that you would do anything to realise your dream in becoming a PM?
Your famed back problem is another one. You seemingly seem to be in a lot of pain during Court trials and I personally can vouch for that. However, when you are in a ceramah, you can hop around and dance around without an ounce of pain. How is that even possible? Dr Hoogland used his magical wand on you?
Freedom of Media
You are such a hypocrite. How can you demand for freedom of media now when you were the one who actually constructed steps to ensure it is privatised. Remember NST Dato Seri? The time you were taking on Ghafar Baba for the DPM post? I got to remind you all this because apparently you have such a short memory. You did not complain or make efforts for the independence of media back then. You know why? The media was praising you and hailing you. But since now they are crticising you, media freedom is suddenly such a big agenda in you cards. I mean how hypocrite is that. Just like how u spinned the PTPTN abolishment tale though it was your brainchild.
Debate with the PM
You see Dato Seri. The reason I adored you once upon a time is because of your oratory skills. I will be the first to admit that your skills are amazing and engaging. I admire them even to today.
But, for you to call the PM for a debate? It does not make sense. You were in UMNO. You became an UMNO Youth Chief defeating a certain Suhaimi by a mere 10 votes though you were just new to UMNO itself. I don’t remember reading you debating him or using any sort of democratic process to win the election. You won because you were Mahathir’s blue eyed boy. Period.
You want to debate the PM because it is what you are good at. Why don’t you challenge the PM in something which he is good at like fulfilling promises and having various economic reforms. I am even willing to write a petition to the Selangor Government now to get you a pay rise for you to think about economic reforms and not merely ceramahs. I am sure RM 1 is not at all sufficient for me to dedicate my time and effort for a job.
The conclusion here is Dato Seri, I pray no one becomes me. I adored you only to be shattered, disappointed and upset to have known the real you. You are a good politician, no denying that. But to some people like me, you were a hero. And you conveniently crushed it.
And before I bid farewell to you this time around, please stop acting like you are a reformist. A Mandela like figure. You were sacked from you post as DPM. You did not resign in protest or whatsoever like what a true reformist would have done. A true reformist would have resigned if whatever you claim about UMNO and BN is true now.

Tian Chua Should Be Charged And Sentenced

Many could not help but to sigh as they read press statement made by PKR Communications' Director, Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad who urged official charges made against PKR Vice President, Tian Chua to be withdrawn due to the existence of media manipulation.
Who does he want to lie to? The statement made by Tian Chua which belittles Lahad Datu insident was not even published by Utusan Malaysia, Berita Harian or TV3, it was published in PKR's own portal.
In the article dated March 1, 2013, Tian Chua was quoted saying:
"The intrusion in Lahad Datu was only a drama of the government to intimidate the people to make it seem that Sabah is not peaceful. There is a conspiracy by the Umno government to divert the attention of the Sabah people, particularly from the issue of giving identity cards to foreigners."
Meanwhile, the first paragraph of the article mentioned:-
"The shooting in Lahad Datu is believed to be a planned conspiracy of the Umno government to divert attention and intimidate the people, said KEADILAN Vice President, Tian Chua."
Whoever reads the statements above obviously realize that they belittles the intrusion issue in Lahad Datu.
Claiming that mainstream media manipulated and twisted Tian Chua's statement is nonsense.
As the country is under attack by Jamalul Kiram III's followers, Tian Chua's comments should not be taken lightly.
Even though Tian Chua is an MP, that does not mean he could make fun of the bloody incident in Sabah.
Tian Chua's statement shows that he is unpatriotic, it even puts him as a traitor. How can this man be acknowledged as leader!
The charges and trial made against Tian Chua should go on. Anyone who breaks the law in this country, no matter if they are leaders or normal citizens, should obey the law.

Faekah's Open Letter To Tun M: Faekah Needs To Explain Why PAS Sacked Hassan Ali Before She Writes To Tun M - Part 1

Political Secretary to Selangor Chief Minister, Faekah Hussin, has made an open letter to former Premier, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamed, to deny his statement saying that Malays' rights as well as the sanctity of Islam could be under threat if Pakatan Rakyat remain in power in Selangor.
Faekah said, the statement is too much, rude, and it shows that Tun Mahathir is far behind in terms of the current political development, other than insulting Religious Institution and King in Selangor.
What is more interesting, Faekah also seem to be concerned that the statement would be a liability to the 1Malaysia slogan promoted by BN.
Faekah began her letter by expressing her utmost respect towards all Sultan as the guardians for the sanctity of Islam, while stressing the status of Klang as a Royal City, the lace where Tun Mahathir made the statement, to show how Pakatan Rakyat respects Malay Royal Institution. She said, PR leaves all matters involving Islam to Selangor Islamic Religious Council and the Selangor Islamic Religious Department without any political intervention.
Faekah brought out evidence for budget in developing mosques, religious schools, KAFA teachers' allowance to strengthen the point of saying that PR does not ignore the sanctity of Islam. Besides that, Faekah also accused Tun Mahathir as being in contempt of religious learning, belittles qiamullail activities but acts like a saint.
Faekah also insulted the word 'mantan' (former) by saying that it is no longer relevant. Who knows which 'ulama' taught her this.
Allah SWT reminded us how before we push aside messages given by the prophet, to learn from history and the consequences for those who did not listen to prophets at their time, how they end up in destruction thanks to their arrogance.
Those who are lost are among those who always ignore history and opinions given by experienced people. It is clear that these kind of people are just a bunch of idiots and arrogant. It is clear that Faekah is one of them.
By looking down upon Tun Mahathir, who is acknowledged as a world-class leader, it is not surprising why Faekah is lost, caused by her stupidity.
We would like to ask Faekah, when did PR ever respect Sultans, or even YDP Agong?
Wasn't it ADUN PKR who blasted Sultan by claiming that the post of Secretary of State (SUK) does not require any consent from Selangor Sultan, and asked the Sultan to just follow the decision made by State Executive Council (SEC)?
If it is true that PR do respect Royal Institution, why did Selangor government fail to follow protocols when not even Senior Government Officials including Chief Minister himself, welcomed the Queen during the launch of International Islamic Songs Festival in July 4, 2010? Selangor government did not even promote the event that the event did not get much attendance?
On April 2010, Sultan Selangor ordered that serious actions should be taken against those who uses mosques for political reasons. However, Sultan's orders were crushed by Nik Aziz in a press conference made the next day, by saying,"Who says we cannot talk about politics in mosques. This is the kind of teachings brought by those Englishmen and practiced by Muslims. Sad, this is politics, this is the work of Western colonialists, separating religion and politics."
This is few of the evidence to show how PR often goes against Sultan. Why would Faekah lie about this, saying as if PR will always defend Malay Royal Institution? Does she think that rakyat do not know that few of DAP's main objective is to abolish Malay Royal Institution> Or she's the only one unaware of this?
So, is it wrong for Tun Mahathir to warn about the dangers of PR for Malays and Islam?
Tun Mahathir is not a religious graduate, but so does Faekah. However, Tun Mahathir should be given 'ulama' title which means 'knowledgeable person', while Faekah is far from getting the title. This is because all the service and wisdom given by Tun Mahathir can be seen clearly, around the country.
Faekah should understand that not all people with religious credentials cannot be criticized and not all of them are good.
Religious schools during Tun Mahathir's era has proven to be a factory producing stupid extremists which does not even bring any benefit to the country. Sauk and Memali are few of the clear evidence to be used as reference.
What is worse, product of these schools are the ones who destroys all goods. This is because, most of these schools did not teach religion, instead, they brainwash children with political understandings of PR's ally, PAS, which is often misleading.
The basic elements of Islam, values of courtesy, as well as learning worldly things to prepare these children to become khalifah (leaders), were ignored by these religious schools. Thus, even if they memorized all kinds of prayers and the contents of the Quran, we have no choice but to accept the fact the products of these schools are also involved in social issues such as gangsterism, adultery, abandoning babies and even homosexual activities.
These kind of schools should be stopped before the country is filled with people who are confused. Why? Because most of their product often fail to fill requirements to further their studies. And for those who did manage to get through, they would fail halfway in universities.
As for those who studies in countries which suffer the same issue, decides to mix up culture with religious studies.
When they go back to Malaysia, they do not have any credentials to work in any sectors. The only industry they can go is religious-politics. In the end, they had to become religious school teachers, or open up their own school and teach according to what they were taught when they were small.
If Faekah could think a little more, she might just understand that issues involving apostate in Selangor somewhat happens due to the confusion brought by the products of these political religious schools.
Even if Faekah could not see it that far, she does not need to pretend to not know that her boss, Khalid Ibrahim did not think twice to slam the Islamic Religious Department and defended the church when the apostate case was revealed. And Faekah does not need to pretend to not know how Datuk Dr. Hasan Ali, one of the ones who really defend Islam, was pushed from various angles that he ended up getting kicked out from PAS and PR Selangor, just because he wanted to defend Islam.
The issue on kalimah Allah also show how PR is unable to stop threats given by DAP towards Islam. PKR openly support the use of kalimah Allah in Bible even though they know the reason to this is so that it would make it easier for the Christians to convert Muslims. PAS is unable to say much about this, only thing they could do was be nice with DAP and say otherwise in front of their followers and in mainstream media.
We still do not know what is PAS; decision on this matter, because according to Syura Council, the ban is only subjected to PAS members only. DAP or anyone who are not part of PAS, can use kalimah Allah in Bible, or any religious books. However, when asked about the statement, PAS denied it.
That is why, Faekah do not have to look out for numbers to show that PR defends Islam. It would be better if she explain how the increase in budget for those religious schools contributes to the increase in apostate case, and the growing numbers of nightclubs in Selangor.

Lahad Datu: The Lesson From Timor Leste History

Do you still remember Timor Leste? It is a small region owned by Indonesia since 1976 to 1999. Only by 2002, it was separated from Indonesia and now known as Democratic Republic of Timor Leste.
How did this happen and who is the mastermind behind this matter which caused chaos in Indonesia? To get the answer, we need to go back to history.
A part of the reasons why Timor Leste decided to make their exit from Indonesia was because of a conference known as  Asia Pacific Conference on East Timor 2 (APCET II) held in Kuala Lumpur in November 9, 1996. Prior to that, APCET I Conference was held in Manila in May 1994.
The objective behind both conference was clearly to discuss on the liberation of the region from Indonesia why including international intervention. However, the conference was rejected by UMNO Youth and one of the people who opposed to it is Saifuddin Nasution who was the Movement Secretary for Malaysia UMNO Youth.
From the rejection made by UMNO Youth, PAS went up and questioned by UMNO Youth opposed to the APCET II, making it look like PAS is supporting the idea of separating East Timor away from Indonesia.
One of the NGOs which was active in the efforts to organize APCET II was SUARAM, an MGO which now often criticizes the government especially in Scorpene submarine issue.
Other individuals who supported APCET II also include Tian Chua and R.Sivarasa. Coincidentally, both these PKR leaders went to Manila, Philippine on February 7, 2013, about a couple of days before Sulu terrorists sneaked to Lahad Datu, Sabah.
About two years after the APCET II conference, Indonesia was hit with Reform era, involving one of Anwar Ibrahim's close friends, Amien Rais who hoped to become the next President, replacing Suharto.
A year later, as Indonesia was under the leadership of President BJ Habibie, a poll was taken in Timor Leste region and the result was in favor to the separatist movement. The result was then followed by big riots involving the clash between Muslims and Christians.
Three years later, Timor Leste became a new country where it is the main base in spreading Christianity in this region.
The history of Timor Leste could just happen again, where this time, it could involve Sabah, especially when another one of Anwar's close friend, Jefrrey Kitingan was arrested under ISA due to claims of him trying to separate Sabah away from Malaysia.
A few months before Sabah intrusion began, Jefrrey Kitingan was said to have met up with one of the 'Sultanate of Sulu' heir, while Anwar had a few meetings with former MNLF leader, Nur Misuari who really wants to take over Sabah.
Coincidentally, Nur Misuari has close relationship with Jamalul Kiram III and he is a strong supporter towards trying to get back Sabah, and it is a coincidence that most of Jamalul Kiram III's followers are MNLF members who are loyal towards Nur Misuari.
Meanwhile, report from Reuters recently quoted a statement from Philippine army's intelligence confirming that the intrusion in Lahad Datu was led by an invitation given by Malaysian Opposition Leader, Anwar Ibrahim.
The interesting part is, these few months, Anwar kept on singing the song "Sabah Nak Hilang" (Sabah Will Be Gone), as if he is expecting something like Timor Leste to happen, perhaps yes, perhaps no.
Whatever it is, we should learn from Indonesia's dark history as they lost Timor Leste. We do not want Sabah to repeat the history and obviously majority Sabahans do not even want to be led by Jamalul Kiram III who clearly proved how evil he is.

Manila Standard Today’s Article: Comparing Najib to Milosevic Is Obtuse

Atty. Harry Roque Jr, a journalist from Manila Standard Today, has urged Datuk Seri Najib, the Prime Minister of Malaysia to end the Lahad Datu conflict soon or he would be in the same league as the genocide monster of the Bosnian Muslims, Slobodan Milosevic, or the bio-weapon mass murderer, Saddam Hussein.

Roque had also impudently accused Malaysia of ignoring the rights of the Filipinos to life and to be given a fair trial before giving them the death penalty.  In a threatening manner, he told Malaysia to think twice or to face a criminal charge under the International Act.

Roque’s article was based on the allegation that Malaysia’s security force had blatantly raid and brutally killed the Filipinos in the effort to curb the Sulu terrorists in Lahad Datu.

It is very immodest of Roque to tell off a Prime Minister based on tales told by alleged victims of Malaysian’s forces violent, as reported by some other media, without even checking out their credibility. And it looks like Harry Roque has almost zero knowledge about Datuk Seri Najib, Slobodan Milosevic or Saddam Hussein as none of them have the same character and background and are incomparable to one another.

Milosevic has been recorded in history as one of the most evil beings, for being the Commander of the ethnic cleansing of the Bosnian Muslims.  He was indicted as a criminal of war and was found dead in his cell in 2006 of a heart attack.

Milosevic was born during the World War II.  His parents were divorced after the war ended.  The father, a Serbian Orthodox Priest had shot himself to death in 1962, and the mother too, committed suicide 10 years later.

The sufferings, the violence, the deaths and the lost had apparently created the evil monster that Milosevic was.

Saddam Hussein too, had been through hardships in his youths, just like Milosevic.  He was accused of killing at least 100,000 Kurds with a biological weapon, an accusation that had never been proven just like the accusation of him having built weapons of mass destruction (WMD).  Many believe that the accusation was only a tale made up by the Americans.  Anyway, Saddam was caught and hanged to death in 2006.

His background read that Saddam never knew his father as he left before Saddam was born.  At 13, Saddam lost his brother of cancer.  The infant Saddam was being cared for by his aunt until he was 3 years old.  Then, his mother took him back into custody as she remarried.  The stepfather had three other sons and the men in the house didn’t really ‘enjoy’ Saddam’s company.  At 10, Saddam decided that he couldn’t take it anymore and fled to Baghdad to live with his uncle.

This lack of love of abandonment turned Saddam into steel – hard and cold-blooded.

Milosevic and Saddam’s background both fit the psychiatric profile as a monster or an evil that any normal child, with normal upbringing would not come close to.

And Datuk Seri Najib was that normal child, with an above average upbringing.

For Roque’s information Datuk Seri Najib was born a blue-blood, to a happy family of a Senior Government Officer.  He was then brought up as a son of the Prime Minister as his father, the highly respected Tun Abdul Razak, had been appointed to the post when Najib was still a little boy.

Najib was never lack of attention or love like what Milosevic or Saddam had to endured as a child because his mother was a dedicated, loving mother and a full-time housewife just like all ordinary Malay women those days.  Despite his father’s busy schedule, Tun Abdul Razak would make it a point to steal some time to be with his children and never failed to monitor his boys’ performance in school.   The great man made sure that he didn’t spoil his children with luxurious living, that he denied the boys’ of their wish to have a swimming pool in the yard.  His reason was to live like the ordinaries.

Naturally a blue-blood, and then a Prime Minister’s son, Datuk Seri Najib was brought up to be a perfect gentleman – humble and polite.

Datuk Seri Najib has never experienced violent in the face like Milosevic or Saddam.  So, he becomes a soft, kind-hearted, and caring man.  This was proven when he was made a Defence Minister and had to handle the Almaunah extremists in Sauk’s tragedy, where he chose to negotiate as long as possible that the authority finally succeeded to talked the men into surrendering.   Obviously, blood and terror has never been his choice.

He was also the key person in many peace missions including in Bosnia where Milosevic was the culprit.  He was also responsible for bringing peace to the southern Philippines and just recently has also promised to help bring peace to the Palestinians.

And so, it is crystal clear that Datuk Seri Najib is made of ‘peace and harmony’, which is a total opposite of Saddam and Milosevic.

As such whatever it is that Roque imagined of Datuk Seri Najib, of being an evil monster or whatever, is received with a big laugh.  Datuk Najib couldn’t kill a fly.  He didn’t even snap at those who have nothing to do but shower him with slanders day in and day out, and that includes Roque.  Should they went overboard, he would only retaliate by explaining the truth as best he could.

Malaysians soldiers and police force share the same ‘peace and harmony’ spirit of our leader.  The world has witnessed time and time again the enthusiasm of our heroes in peace missions around the world.  Even in Lahad Datu, the spirit of ‘peace and harmony’ was evident as we gave the terrorists more than enough time to negotiate and surrender.

The only violent party in the Lahad Datu incident was the Sulus.  Scooping the eyes out, slaughtering and cutting the arms that the Sulu did to the Malaysian forces was something very distant to the people of this country, even for the criminals.  Majority of the soldiers and policemen are Malays and Malays are known to be the people of peace – a trait the helps keep the country peaceful even though it means that the original settlers would have to share their economic cake with other races, including immigrants.

Should Malaysians are violent, why would the Filipinos risk their life to come and live here?  Why they were never bothered before?  Why is the sudden violent of the Malaysian forces?  When we could just kill them off the moment they set foot on our land, generations ago?   Why should we believe the story?

Roque obviously needs to do a lot of homework as this little piece that he wrote shows that he isn’t capable enough to even throw an opinion about world issues.

Lahad Datu: Dr Mahathir questions hidden hands behind Sulu intrusions

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad raised questions over hidden hands at play behind the Lahad Datu intrusions.
Though he did not surmise any links between the Sulu sultanate and any Malaysian political parties, Dr Mahathir said the self-styled Sultan must have had financiers.
"All operations cost money. I don't think the Sultan is a rich man. According to the Philippines government, he is very poor.
"So where is the money coming from?" Mahathir asked during a Perdana Global Peace Foundation cheque presentation ceremony at Yayasan Al-Bukhary Friday.
The RM80,000 cheque will go the families of the fallen heroes killed in the Lahad Datu clashes.

tunku : our government and Philippines government intelligence should get to the roots over this issue. this issue had to be solved or else there will always be intrusion in Sabah from time to time.

Anwar Is Malaysia's Biggest Drama Queen

Since the start of Lahad Datu intrusion up until today where security force has been 'cleaning up' remaining Sulu terrorists, the opposition leaders and supporters still keep on playing with the word drama.
Make it through writing or speech, they keep on trying to create a public perception as if the crisis in Sabah is just a political drama. And when their drama does not really go the way they want to and rakyat begin to get mad over it, they start to make dozens of excuses.
This is how PR is, the only thing they know is to belittle others and change everything into politics for the sake of their own political interest. At the same time, they also have enough experience to get themselves out of their mistake.
If we are to look back about 15 years ago, the political drama made by Anwar Ibrahim and the opposition coalition which he leads, uses the same method which they use for Lahad Datu issue where they trigger doubt among public towards BN government, and hope they would gain something out of it.
Back then, the opposition spread a news saying that BN government conspired to kill Anwar by injecting HIV+ blood into his body which then raged the public and most of Anwar's supporters. The whole country went chaotic for a while.
And when the HIV drama subsides and fail to bring down BN government, the opposition then came out with the news saying that Anwar was poisoned with arsenic. Once again triggering chaos to the country, and it gets worse as Anwar's loyal goons made up another story saying that Anwar only has a year to live.
And when blood test was taken, it was proven that Anwar did not have arsenic running through his body, however, as usual, the opposition still spread their propaganda saying that Anwar's life is in danger.
During the whole sodomy trial involving the driver of Anwar's wife, Azizan, Anwar kept up with his drama by putting on neck braces, stuck behind a wheelchair to claim as if he suffered bad injuries.
Some did fall for the drama. But it was later proven to be false as Anwar could walk around and not wear any neck braces while he was in jail, he could even play takraw and table tennis.
Not just that, he also did claim that his life was in danger when the car used by Wan Azizah broke down and was sent to a workshop for a month, for that, he claimed that it was a conspiracy to murder him.
Unable to raise any attention from there, another issue came up, him sodomizing his personal aide, Saiful Bukhari, all of the sudden, Anwar had to hide at Turkey Embassy over the excuse that there is a murder attempt made against him.
That is how Anwar is, he starts all the issues, others had to clean it.
The crisis in Sabah only points back to Anwar Ibrahim, that is why one of his goons, Tian Chua became one of the first to trigger perception by saying that Sabah intrusion is just a political conspiracy made by the Central Government.
That is how Anwar operates. Malaysia's biggest drama queen.

WONG TAK’S U-TURN ANGERS FOLLOWERS AND PARTIES IN OPPOSITION PACT

DAP is now playing the race card by fielding self proclaimed Himpunan Hijau chairman Wong Tack, popularly known as arson Wong for his famous determination to burn down the Lynas plant if Pakatan wins the 13th general election.
Wong Tack, shyly of course and humbly, accepted the offer by DAP, which at present anger the Himpunan Hijau’s committee members who questioned his move because they had promised to stay impartial and non-partisan.
Wong Tack had promised them their fight was only to have Lynas out of Kuantan purportedly to protect the environment and people from the alleged radiation from the processes in the plant.
Now, with much grandeur and pom-pom, Wong Tack raised his hands together with DAP’s owner Lim Guan Eng and pledged to serve the people of Bentong, Pahang.
On Lynas? Well, he made an ‘about turn’ or ‘U-turn’ just like his boss in the pact Anwar Ibrahim – “we will allow Lynas to operate after the company can prove it is not harmful to humans and environment.”
He claimed that this is after "weeks of intense discussion with the group's committee" and "with endorsements from leaders of the civil society, particularly on green issues".
But how come the committee members came out in the Star daily asking Wong Tack why he went into politics when they had agreed to be free of political influence?
So, imagine the ‘U-turn’ so suddenly…was the thought of being an MP is too attractive for Wong? Or is Wong having the same mind as Guan Eng – racial?
Would a "true environmentalist" use a political platform of an opposition and agreed to back Australian miner Lynas operating a controversial rare earths processing plant, if a new public inquiry proves it to be safe.
Why wouldn’t he stand for the general election on his own as Independent or under green banner (environmental flag) as some of the environmentalists in Europe and Australia did?
And also if he and his group believed there is a need "to change the current regime", why not just throw their support behind the opposition pact instead of being a candidate of chauvinist party?
Why is Wong so adamant about shutting down the Lynas to the extent of saying he was going to burn the plant decided to back a political pact that was willing to compromise their stand on Lynas?
Until today, Wong Tack has never come out with any clarification on what Anwar has said in the interview but instead confirming he was going to contest under DAP ticket for Bentong parliamentary seat.
Whatever Wong Tack had decided, it is obvious many people who stood behind him have now abandoned him, regretting their actions.
And for DAP, fielding Wong in Bentong has stir another friction because the seat was contested by PKR and now PKR is angry, after being openly displaced without any discussion.
The opposition pact is in an obvious state of friction and disagreement on everything not just party’s philosophies but even seats distribution.
In reality, the end is near for the parties in the pact to disperse and go on their own strength and in this sense, there is actually no pact, just splinters of opposition trying to survive politically, not aiming for Putrajaya.

Tian Chua charged with sedition over "Umno conspiracy" remarks

KUALA LUMPUR: PKR vice president Tian Chua has been charged under the Sedition Act 1948 with making statements linking Umno to the Lahad Datu shootings.
The Batu MP was charged under Section 4(1)(b) for alleging that the Lahad Datu incident was a conspiracy by the Umno government to divert attention and frighten the people.
He allegedly made the statements at 11am on March 1 at No 62-2-A, Fraser Business Park, Jalan Loke Yew here. He claimed trial.
Judge Mohamad Sekeri Mamat allowed bail at RM5,000 and fixed Apr 12 for mention.
Tian Chua was represented by Latheefa Koya and N. Surendran.
The charge carries a fine of RM5,000 or one to three years' jail or both for the first offenders and five years for the subsequent offence.

tunku : this traitor should be punished to the maximum.

Lahad Datu: PR Having Mixed Stand

A few weeks ago, the country was shocked with threat made by a group describing themselves as Sulu army who wants to demand for a part of land which is claimed to be theirs, in Sabah. Their small intrusion has somewhat developed to be more complicated than expected.
Intelligence report from Philippines revealed involvement from the opposition, Anwar Ibrahim in the intrusion. In a blink of an eye, what was referred to as a 'tough crisis', turns to a 'big terrorism incident', and it has the potential to turn to a guerrilla threat. The term Sulu army is also in doubt as there are clear evidence to show MNLF's involvement which has close ties with Anwar.
Malaysians are saddened with all the casualties among our national security officers, stunned, to hear such horrible news.
Despite that, our sadness is not shared by the opposition. PKR Vice President, Tian Chua directly insulted our fallen national heroes. It is sad to see their comments in social networking sites making remarks such as 'mati katak' as well as other insults.
As if they are possessed, value of life and the country's sovereignty doe not mean anything to them. Perhaps because they really believe Tian Chua's claim saying that this is just another one of UMNO's drama.
However, we cannot say that they really believe Tian Chua considering that Tok Guru Nik Aziz did convey his condolence, as well as respecting our fallen heroes. It is clear, Nik Aziz or PAS do not think that this incident is a drama. However, there are no statements from PAS which criticizes Sulu intruders, they only criticize the national security force.
And only a few days ago, DAP urged the government to condemn Sulu's terrorism, even though DAP was the first who gets excited over this matter, just so that they can belittle our national security force. It seems now even DAP does not think this incident as mere drama.
However, PKR still could not stop criticizing our security force, defence as well as Malaysian government. This party do not say anything about Sulu. Whatever it is, it is clear from Anwar's statement, that PKR also do not take it as a drama.
Even though the three parties seem to show that they do not think this incident as drama, but none of them hit Tian Chua!
Their action is causing confusion among their supporters. Hence, most of them decided to stick with Tian Chua's word where everything is just a drama. That is why, until today, we could still see most PAS and PKR Muslim supporters insulting our fallen national heroes.
This happens because there are no mutual stand in PR when it comes to Lahad Datu issue. As long as PR does not come up with any official statement about the Sulu terrorism, and as long as no actions are made against Tian Chua by PKR and PR leadership, their supporters will remain confused.

Waiting For Anwar To Perform Muslim Oath

As the country focuses on the intrusion issue in Lahad Datu, Sabah, PKR somehow tries to convert the focus why making a closed press conference for father of Saiful Bukhari, Azlan Mohd Lazim.
A few days after the press conference, Azlan announced his that he is joining PKR. Such great drama, trying to show the public that now Azlan is fighting alongside PKR.
This is not even a secret, Azlan has always been PKR's loyal supporter and he only came into focus during Sodomy Trial II and for the past five years, Azlan seem to have really fought for his son.
He was really upset when the court had to release Anwar Ibrahim because evidence were not strong enough to link the PKR leader with sodomy charge made by his son, Saiful.
Saiful even made the decision to perform Muslim oath, and Azlan himself supported the decision.
If we are to read the media statement made by Azlan who claimed that he never really believe that Anwar sodomized his son, why would Azlan, as Saiful's father, did not stop his son from making the Muslim oath?
The oath made by Saiful on August 15, 2008 at Wilayah Persekutuan Mosque, Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur was witnessed by Azlan himself.
"I, Mohd. Saiful Bukhari Azlan, Identity Card number 850706-01-5687 today swore with the words Bismillah hirrohmanirrohim, Wallahi, Watallahi, Wabillahi, that I was sodomized by Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim on June 26, 2008 where on that date, Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim had inserted his penis into my anus. If I lie, then I am lying to Allah and I am willing to accept the punishment, damned and condemnation from Allah until the end of day."
Such oath is a serious matter, if Saiful's oath is false, he will be damned.
Ibn Hajar Al Salam as Qalani, an ulama in the past did tell a story,"Based on experience, whoever lied in their oath, and he did not admit to his lies for more than a year, he will be damned. "
While an ulama from India, al-Syeikh Abi al-Wafa’ Thana’ al-Amritsari also did witness a false prophet, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad al-Qadyani performing the oath, which ended badly after a year the oath was made.
Since August 15, 2008, it has been four years since Saiful took the oath and he seem normal, which clearly show that the thing he said is true.
Anwar however, refuse to take the oath. He only uses the statutory declaration (SD) as his political capital as part of his effort to stay relevant.
However, if Anwar feels like taking the oath, make sure he clearly say the words "Wallahi, Wabillahi, Wataallahi" instead of using other words, because the oath requires the person to mention all three words or one of it.
Whatever it is, lets wait and see whether Anwar dare to perform the oath or otherwise.

Anwar is Guilty As Charged - Anwar's Lawyer

I’m sure by now, Malaysians are already aware of the revelation of the things that goes on ‘behind the scenes’ of the defence team in Anwar’s sodomy trial II, by a person named Yuktes Vijay.  Yuktes Vijay claimed to have worked for one of Anwar’s lawyers, which he refused to be named, for a long time and was involved in the Sodomy II case from the very beginning till the end.
In an email, which is now all over the net, Yuktes expressed his anger and frustration after years of suppressing his doubts and unsettling minds over the case.   As the mail read, it was Saiful’s father’s move to join PKR that triggered his sense and decided to pour it all out to the public as he couldnt’ take it anymore of PKR’s zero-integrity.

Of course, we can hear the Pakatan’s yelling and shouting, “slander!” at Yuktes’s face.  The echo afterwards would be, “he has been paid by UMNO!”

But, never mind them, as that is the only song that they are able to sing, besides “You Ulang I saman.”

Yuktes has obviously been asking the same question as many of us have, that is “Why Anwar Never Took The Stand?”  We can feel this young lawyer’s frustration when the client is so critically unconvincing.   Psychologically, ‘taking the stand’ is taken as a statement of bravery for telling the truth of innocence, almost like challenging the prosecutor to prove otherwise.

But Anwar never did take the stand and as Yuktes put it, for reason of fear that he would not be able to withstand the onslaught by Datuk Yusof, the Prosecutor.

So, there was no defence strategy - none at all that eventually, the defence team had to refute by attacking, instead.  They attacked the government, the judge, the prosecutors, the whole system and mother earth for not giving Anwar a fair-trial!

This is what makes Yuktes stir, as he, himself, has a list of questions to ask Anwar should Anwar take the stand:

·         Why did Anwar personally and specifically request his Chief of Staff, Ibrahim Yaakob to send Saiful to the apartment carrying documents when there were other staff there;

·         How come Saiful was aware of the code to enter the apartment which was ‘Mokhtar’, the name of Anwar’s security chief and brother-in-law? ;

·         Video evidence that was sent to Gandhi Labs in New Delhi confirmed the presence of Saiful in the apartment, so how can Saiful’s presence in the apartment be refuted;

·         Why was Saiful afforded special treatment i.e. he was given his own room, privilege of following Anwar for overseas trips though he was a new staff;

·         Anwar’s current aide, Najwan Halimi had previously e-mailed Anwar and told him about Saiful’s apparent afflictions to BN. Why was the call not heeded by Anwar?

These are the questions that Anwar would never be able to answer, and that was why he couldn’t take the stand.

The ‘guilty-as-charged’ persona of the client is not the only thing that bothers Yuktes about the case.  He knows for a fact that the ‘imported’ defence witnesses, Dr. Brian Mc D and Dr. David Wells, the so-called forensic experts, were paid hefty sums which include five-star hotel stay and travelling expenses.  Plus everything else during their stay, which is number of days, was also paid for.   Yuktes revealed that Anwar didn’t have to pay a cent from his own pocket but he has this multi-filthy-rich Datuk to fund for everything, including his lawyers’ fee.  Again, Yuktes refuse to name the Datuk.

An interesting question from Yuktes is that, why PKR must make a fuss about some rich tycoon funding the PM’s daughter’s wedding or anything at all when the party’s leader himself being funded by one too?  And PM is the head of the country and deserves what he deserves but Anwar is just an ex-convict, an ex-DPM and a suspect in a trial.   Well, Yuktes has a very good point there.

Yuktes’s email concluded that Saiful is being denied justice because the Investigating Officer wasn’t careful enough.  Or else, there wouldn’t be any loops or holes for Anwar to escape conviction.  The DNA found in Saiful’s rectum was confirmed as Anwar’s but due to a slight break in the chain of evidence, thanks to the Investigating Officer, had regretfully forced the judge to renounce it.  Yuktes promise of elaborating on this later.

If this were a chess game, the only move left would be for Anwar to sue Yuktes and Yuktes is actually pleading for Anwar to do so.

However, we are sure that Yuktes would be disappointed again because Anwar doesn’t sue the source,  he only sues the ‘messenger’.   Anwar didn’t sue BBC, but Utusan Malaysia for quoting from BBC.  Anwar didn’t sue Reuters but Utusan Malaysia, for quoting from Reuters.  Anwar didn’t sue Ezam, Zulkifli Nordin his former lawyer or Ummi Hafilda, the people who have been tirelessly exposing every dirty little secret of him, even though they beg him to do so, but he went and sued the former Prime Minister instead.

So, Yuktes will only be frustrated again.

And Yuktes was wrong that nobody ever brought up about the cost incurred for bringing in foreign ‘experts’ as defence witness or the overall fee for Anwar’s numbers of lawyers.   Actually, many of us writers and bloggers and ordinary people on the streets did.   Only Yuktes must have overlooked, because he was surrounded by the people from one-side of the fence only.

For Yuktes’s information, Anwar has been check-ed mate many times before, only he refused to admit defeat.  And so he shows tantrums like little kids by taking his followers to the streets for violent demonstrations, and by personally ‘inviting’ terrorists to invade Sabah.

Yuktes must be a bright lawyer for he could see the truth even without looking over the fence.  What can we say, but welcome to the real world, Yuktes!

The real story of Anwar’s Sodomy 2 ( Part 1)

I read with anger the news that Saiful’s dad has joined PKR. I knew from Day 1 that the party was devoid of any integrity but for it to stoop to this extent is just mind boggling. I was working with one of Anwar’s long-time lawyers during the whole course of Sodomy 2 and was involved in A-Z of the trial itself.
When I say A-Z, it means from meeting the forensic and DNA experts to reviewing of the documents to finding case laws for his submissions. I was involved in everything. I do not wish to mention the name of the lawyer here as I revere him as my mentor and I do not wish to drag him into this frustration and anger pouring of mine.
Why Anwar never took the stand?
Anwar claimed that he was never offered a fair trial. The truth is he was never brave enough to take the stand. He was never going to withstand the questions that were about to be put forward to his now ally Datuk Yusof. If you Pakatanians have doubts, why not ask him these questions and get valid, acceptable and not logically challenging answers for it.
·         Why did Anwar personally and specifically request his Chief of Staff, Ibrahim Yaakob to send Saiful to the apartment carrying documents when there were other staff there;
·         How come Saiful was aware of the code to enter the apartment which was ‘Mokhtar’, the name of Anwar’s security chief and brother-in-law? ;
·         Video evidence that was sent to Gandhi Labs in New Delhi confirmed the presence of Saiful in the apartment, so how can Saiful’s presence in the apartment be refuted;
·         Why was Saiful afforded special treatment i.e. he was given his own room, privilege of following Anwar for overseas trips though he was a new staff;
·         Anwar’s current aide, Najwan Halimi had previously e-mailed Anwar and told him about Saiful’s apparent afflictions to BN. Why was the call not heeded by Anwar?
Fearing that Anwar will not be able to withstand the onslaught by the Prosecution, the defence team then decided to ask him not to take stand uder the pretext that he was not offered a fair trial. Anwar excelled in conning, deceiving and cheating the public by assuming a Mandela like persona. He is no Mandela, merely a good con artist.
Fund for the overseas experts
The surprising factor here is why no one has ever questioned the fees that were involved in paying the forensic experts, Dr Brian Macdonald and Dr David Wells. Contrary to what the general public have been made to believe, they were paid hefty sums to defend him. When they were here, they stayed in Shang-ri La Hotel for a number of days.
Where did the money to pay the hotels come from? Did Anwar pay from his own pocket? No, he does not even pay his lawyers. So, he had very rich Datuks funding him. I do know the name of the Datuk, but for the reasons known close to me I will not disclose the name.
The problem is if PKR can throw questions as to the wedding expenditure of the Prime Minister, why not question where the money to pay these experts came from? If a former convict and a mere Opposition Leader can have Datuks funding his legal expences, what is wrong in having  Datuks funding the wedding of the PM’s daughter?
Saiful
I don’t know much about Saiful. The only thing I can say is that the reason he was denied justice is that the Investigating Officer, Jude Perreira, ignored the protocols told to him by Jabatan Kimia and decided to do his things his own way.
There were traces of Anwar’s DNA in his rectum. The only thing that stopped the judge from convicting Anwar was the “break in the chain of evidence”. I will write a full piece on this soon. This drama itself deserves a full piece write up.
In a nutshell, there was evidence of Anwar’s semen in Saiful’s rectum. However, due to a break in chain of evidence and the question mark over the integrity of the samples, the evidence was not used.
So the judge had no other way of corroborating Saiful’s evidence.
Conclusion for Part 1
Anwar is a consummate liar. He is using Saiful’s dad to play up his victim role in order to garner votes. We all know for a fact that since he got acquitted he has lost that bit of “charm” about him as he has nothing to yell about anymore. I really hope he sues me so that I can prove in Court what I have just mentioned.
Remember Anwar Ibrahim, I grew up adoring you. I know your modus operandi and I aspired to be you. Sue me please. Let the public watch Anwar vs Anwar clone (which is me) in action.  And  remember the e-mails, Astroboy? I have all of them saved. Come get me!

FORGET THE ATTROCITY ALLEGATIONS AND LET US REBUILD LAHAD DATU

So Manila is now claiming that we are on the wrong for allegedly beating up Filipinos resulting in thousands fleeing Sabah to their homeland.
Manila got the report from those purportedly experienced such atrocious treatment from our security men who are still cleaning up the remnants of the Sulu terrorists who had mutilated our dead security personnel without any feelings of guilt nor mercy.
Malacanang on Sunday reportedly said it condemned the reported abuses suffered by Filipinos at the hands of Malaysian police in the crackdown on followers of the sultan of Sulu in Sabah.
The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is verifying the report published by the Inquirer Sunday based on the accounts given by Filipinos fleeing violence sparked by the intrusion of the followers of Sultan Jamalul Kiram III into Sabah.
Lets forget these reports and focus on our soveriengty and dignity as a nation and we continue to guard our shores from illegals immigrants from Southern Philippines, who have been ferrying people to and fro to earn a living.
Ironically, those who reported of atrocities are those who have been statying here long enough to earn identity cards and of course, with children getting education here.
Why the sudden change of attitude when they got back to their homeland? Didn’t they think Malaysia is their homeland since they already got their permanent resident cards?
But whatever it is, we should not entertain any of such allegations and the turn around of the Pinoys because we have a lot to do.
We want Sabah to develop on par with the peninsular and we want Sabahans, irrespective where their roots were from to enjoy the benefits of development, to make them feel as Malaysians and live a normal life as normal Malaysians.
And now, back in their homeland, they claimed they have been ill-treated following the Lahad Datu incident and they forgot the benefits they have enjoyed while in Lahad Datu, the luxury that they dreamt off but never tasted it in their homeland.
Never mind about that, we will not ask back anything but the only thing we want is the truth…we want them to tell the truth…not lie according to their needs.
One of Kiram’s younger brother called for ‘Muslims to Muslims’ talk between them and Malaysia.
Why raise the Muslims issue now? Why never even thought about that when they sent their army here and shot our security personnel? Why stayed persistent when Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak gave the chance for negotiations?
Why now when they are losing and running without leader as their commander Musa was shot dead that they raise their Muslims issue and at the same time continue to run-down Malaysia with allegations of brutality and atrocity?
Kiram and gang are simply taking advantage of what is happening, upon instigation from someone because they have never focus their target on Sabah all along until recently.
The question is who – considering someone here is singing a song Tanya Sama Najib happily – even before the attack by the terrorists.

Lahad Datu: Soldier killed in Ops Daulat gunfight

AL FATIHAH

A soldier was killed in gunfight at Sungai Nyamuk near Kampung Tanjung Batu on Tuesday, said Armed Forces chief Tan Sri Zulkifeli Mohd Zin.
It is believe that Private Abu Hurairah was the soldier who died in protecting the country from the Sulu terrorist.

ANWAR IS GOING DIVERSION WITH SAIFUL’S FATHER FROM THE REAL ISSUE OF LAHAD DATU

Saiful’s father Azlan Mohd Lazim joins PKR, after making a ‘U-turn’ on adopted son’s allegation being sodomised by PKR chief Anwar Ibrahim.
To those who follow the political development, Azlan’s act is not a surprise and in fact, those in the know expected this will come given the desperation Anwar is in.
The Lahad Datu attack has got Anwar in a fix because the media in Philippines and the country’s intelligence service pointed their fingers on him, one of the three sources of instigations that led the unrecognized Sultan of Sulu to send his army to Sabah.
Anwar is now working on diversion to the Lahad Datu incident so that there would not be much talk about him and his involvement, if there is any but it seems he is very much involved.
The Philippines media made no qualms about the intelligence report but to Anwar, that is very dangerous because that revealed his involvement, how deep no one knows but as far as the Philippines intelligence is concerned, the finger pointed to him.
So Anwar has to act fast, not so much about his involvement or connection but more so to hide the facts or speculations from Malaysians, particularly from his partners in Pakatan Rakyat, or probably no…not any of those…he just wants to cloud the eyes and minds of Malaysians by suing any publications for connecting him to the incident.
Yes, that is his reason so that the courts can clear his name and he can walk tall and tell Malaysians he is being framed while at the same time nightly is his ceramahs he continues singing the song ‘tanya sama Najib’.
Shrewd and dangerous, Anwar is desperate to bring success to his pact, and of course the elusive Prime Minister post that he has been aiming for by selling everything he has got.
He has to show to his partners DAP and PAS that he contributes…because PKR is no longer a party that can contribute to the pact given its influence is fading away and its influence is diminishing fast.
PKR has got no political base and philosophies and there is no way the party could contribute positively and contribute to the numbers the pact needed to engage BN what more to topple the coalition from Putrajaya.
So if creating havoc can cause BN to reduce votes and focus is considered a great contribution as replacement for not delivering votes, Anwar feels the Prime Minister’s post is his and leaders of DAP and PAS would ‘salute’ and respect him.
Thus, this is what Anwar is doing, divert people’s mind from Lahad Datu’s and the true details by having Saiful’s father to make a ‘U-turn’ and suing Utusan Malaysia and TV3 so that Malaysians are engrossed with these stories rather than investigation who is the culprits behind the Lahad Datu attack.
It is best that Malaysians take Saiful’s father’s joining PKR as one of the many dramas just like PI Bala and carpet seller Deepak stories and focus on Lahad Datu where our security men are putting their lives to protect the lives of citizens and the country’s soveriengty and dignity.
In reality, Anwar does even care about the two words as he does not even have any of them.

Civil servants to get one annual increment on July 1

PUTRAJAYA: All civil servants will receive a salary movement benefit of one annual increment, to be paid out on July 1 this year.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, who made the announcement, said this would mean every civil servant would receive between RM80 and RM320.
"This measure will involve an expenditure of RM1.5bil," he said at the "Transforming the Civil Service, Realising Vision 2020" gathering here.
The prime minister also said that effective Jan 1 this year, three additional annual increments would be provided after the maximum salary on the salary schedules.
This will benefit some 180,000 civil servants.
According to Bernama, the initiatives were part of the New Remuneration System, which would now be known as the Transformative Remuneration System (SST).
Najib said that in the event there was no salary adjustment or review to ensure that civil servants remained productive and performed well, the government agreed to give a special salary movement of three per cent to those on the maximum salary, provided they met the conditions of the stipulated annual salary movement and performance.
The prime minister also had good news for the almost 50,000 contract officers whose service would end on Dec 31 this year.
He said their service would be extended by another year pending an overall study.

Lahad Datu: Sulu top general Commander Musa among those killed

LAHAD DATU: Police believed they have killed Commander Musa, one of the Sulu gunmen's top general. His body was among 18 that were brought to Lahad Datu Hospital for post-mortem.
"One of the 18 bodies brought to the Lahad Datu Hospital resembled Musa," said ASP Hussien Omar Khan, the head of Forensics for Ops Daulat.
He said the bodies of the militants, brought from Kampung Tanjung Batu in Felda Sahabat some 130km from here, had decomposed but a post-mortem would be carried out by a pathologist from the Penang Hospital.

Musa was among the Sulu group that intruded Malaysian waters and entered Kampung Tanduo.
He was killed in a gunfight which also saw 31 other militants dead.
Lahad Datu police chief Supt Shamsudin Mat said although those killed were enemies of the country, prayers would be performed on a date that has yet to be confirmed.
"Since they too are Muslims, we have a responsibility to perform the prayers before their burial," he said.

ZAHID SAYS IT RIGHT, HE SAYS ON BEHALF OF PEACE LOVING MALAYSIANS

Congratulations to Defence Minister Zahid Hamidi for his tough stand on the terrorists – unconditional surrender or face the Armed Forces and Police wrath.
That’s the spirit and that should be the stand because the Sulu Sultan has been playing tricks from the first day – not recognized and neither have the status quo – is using all kind of excuses now to salvage his army.
When he sent his army, he did even have the mercy to our men who were doing their job protecting the people and country with utmost care and consideration.
The Sultanate did not even wink an eye when our Armed Forces men were tricked and then killed, and then the bodies mutilated and still he insisting his army would continue to fight and would not surrender.
But today and a few days ago, the Sultan appealed for ceasefire, appealed that international media be given permission to cover, all at a time when our Armed Forces and Police are successfully pursuing them and got them cornered.
The Sultanate is also playing up Islamic sentiments, as though he and his followers are truly Muslims who follow the fundamentals.
But he did not even think about Islamic fundamentals and principles when he sent his army to Sabah, when his army started shooting our men, cheated our men by flying white flags and shooting them dead when our men approached to negotiate.
From day 1 until today, the Sultanate has never followed any Islamic fundamentals or principles and when his army has been cornered with nowhere to hide, he plays the Islamic card.
In short, he wants to safe his men from death whom he said just weeks ago they were willing to face death then to surrender, and he wants to be recognized as an international player in this game despite the Philippines government not recognizing him at all.
He loves the attention of the media and of course, the United Nation, never mind about being made used of by anybody or any superpower so long as he gets the attention, never mind about achieving his objective.
He is just like the opposition leader of Malaysia who does not care less about human feelings and is willing to sell his soul to the highest bidder as long as he gets what he wants.
This man who claims to be the Sultanate should not be given any consideration of any kind, what more to be treated with some mercy because when his army acted without mercy on our security personnel, he did not even say a word about being Islamic, treat thy enemy the Islamic way.
Zahid Hamid had made a stand and he made us proud to have him as a Defence Minister.
