Selangor MB crisis: Khalid takes a swipe at DAP

Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim (pic) took a swipe at DAP, saying that unhappy lawmakers in the party had no reason to complain about his administration.
"We take care of DAP members better than their own party and so they shouldn't complain," he said in his speech during a Solat Hajat at the Mentri Besar's residence Thursday.
Referring to the Mentri Besar crisis, Khalid said PKR spiritual advisor Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz had advised him to be patient in politics.
"I am not sure if I can do this but I will try my best," he said.
The Solat Hajat was held to pray for the wellbeing of the state.
Present at the event were PAS exco Iskandar Samad and party central committee member Dr Mohd Zuhdi Marzuki.
In his speech, Dr Zuhdi referred to a leaked WhatsApp print screen that showed him suggesting to his peers that PAS should consider leaving Pakatan.
"It is not my intention to leave Pakatan and it is in fact an informal platform to discuss and analyse situations," he said.
Dr Zuhdi also clarified that his Facebook postings that attacked PKR supreme leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was merely his opinion on the latter.
"If you ask me the 'Kajang Move' was just a quick way to reach Putrajaya.
"So what if he was a little patient and wait until the next election for things to go our way?
"Instead, he is now pressuring Tan Sri (Khalid) to step down when the rakyat clearly want Tan Sri to continue administrating the state," he said.
