tunku : it should have been implemented last year but it's not too late. every single branch should have this KPI's. with this we can measure the performance of each branch and its leaders.

Tunku , got some advice for UMNO leaders and its members.

Let's not get too obssesed with KPIs.

First and foremost:-

1. Have all its members (incl. branch and divisional leaders) attended the so-called refresher course/training to get them better acquainted again with what UMNO stands for, and the 5 pillars of Islam?

2. Lets not forget what their former leaders have fought for in the Federal Constitution.

3. Have they identified and weed out lalangs and throw bad apples away into the bin?

4. Have all the teachings and sermons of the President reached everybody right down to grass roots level?

5. Does every divisional and branch leaders talk to each other and communicate well with their grass root members.

Secondly, have all of them come to agreement and understand the repercussions to the proposal on the amendments of the UMNO constitution?

Finally and most important, do they realised if they don't change their attitudes, there won't be anymore BN govt. after the next general election.

So help Malaysia, ALLAH swt.
