Committee member eyes Khairy’s post

SEREMBAN: Rembau Umno Youth committee member Azman Mohd Sah wants to contest the division's Youth chief's post currently held by Rembau MP Khairy Jamaluddin.
Azman, the Kg Siliau Umno branch chairman, said he has the backing of eight of the 15 youth committee members in the division.
“Khairy has had four years to help the people and party members in Rembau,'' he said. “Despite him being the national youth deputy chief, he has failed to do anything for us,” he told a press conference here.
Azman, 37, a father of five, claimed that the youths in Rembau have been split since Khairy became their youth chief.



tunku : if this is true than i must say rembau umno youth has got the guts.hope this is not a soap opera where in the end azman pull out because in the name of unity plus given some incentives.or just to show kj is clean, even in rembau there is a contest.good luck to azman.
