biasiswa untuk membantu. ada juga untuk anugerah.
kalau iya pun, yang anak cina kaya tak perlulah diberi biasiswa.
just make sure the examx TEST real talent and a TRUE loyalty to Malaysia
otherwise ONLY the hardworking and mediocre ability will excel only to MIGRATE
take extra CARE to ensure the exams really test TALENT
Many Third World governments have found out that they are unable to give scholarships to every student who deserves it. We should make education affordable.More and more families are unable to pay the tution fees set by our colleges and universities let alone those set by institutions overseas.
In the last 50 years, unfortunately our income levels have not increased as they should have. Take the example of this country in our region that has increased its per capitia income from $400.00 in 1966 to $40,000 today. That is the kind of vision we need to pull us out of the vicious cycle.Government aid to students is only a temporary measure. In the long run income level of families should be strengthened so that they can make their own decisions on what their child should do. Government already has too much on its plate and in the long-run will not be able to micro-manage what the citizen should and should not do.
where and when to apply for this scholarship?
and is this applicable for SPM 2009 students?
contact JPA and ask la.
