KUALA LUMPUR, March 6 (Bernama) -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said talks of his "impending" marriage are only rumours.
"They are all rumours. Only rumours," he told reporters after a briefing by the Bank Negara board of directors here Tuesday.
A smiling Abdullah fended off questions from reporters with "Only Rumours" several times.
Talks that Abdullah would remarry had surfaced in recent months but gathered steam when the media received `information' that the marriage had been fixed for last Saturday.
Abdullah's "impending" marriage was also the subject of a blogsite.
tunku : I saw he was very happy and in jovial mood when asked by reporter. Why pak lah, is it true ?? If it’s not true and only rumours why are you so happy about it. “ rumours, hehe , rumours….rumours” he answered while smiling.Well pak lah, its not wrong if you get married, its good for you. Spend your time more with her than spending your time with your SIL.

saya pun lihat betapa gembiranya pak lah ketika soalan ini ditujukan kepadanya, kalau perkara ini tidak betul mesti dia menafikan, yang peliknya dia tak nafikan.kahwinlah pak lah, kami pun suka kalau pak lah kahwin.
