Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) advisor
Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is sowing politics of hate among the people to
achieve his ambition to become Prime Minister.
Umno Supreme Council member Dr Mohd Puad Zarkashi said young people
were trapped in the opposition leader's game causing many to reject the
government in the 13th general election (GE13).
"I'm really concerned with the political situation at present with the
DAP playing race politics while Anwar with his divide and rule tactic,"
he said after visiting a road resurfacing project in Kampung Parit
Kangkung that he promised before GE13.
This situation caused the people to overlook government development
efforts as they were influenced by irrational racial hatred that is
detrimental to the country's future.
Mohd Puad also slammed Anwar for dissatisfaction with GE13 results with
allegations of fraud when they still remained in power in Kelantan,
Selangor and Penang.
"Anwar wanted to make a road show like last night in Kelana Jaya with
the slogan 'fraud', despite winning the three states. Is the election
result for Batu Pahat parliamentary seat also a fraud?
In GE13, former deputy education minister Mohd Puad of BN lost to Mohd Idris Jusi of PKR with majority of 1,732 votes.
