Below are excerpts of provocative words used by Lim Kit Siang and other
DAP leaders during the rally as soon as they won on the 11, 12 and 13
May, 1969, as reported.
The slogan Malai Si which carries the meaning Death To The Malays or Melayu Mati.
“What can the police do, we are now Raja. Throw away all the Malay policemen” reported on 11 May, 1969, at Bukit Bintang.
“Death to Malays, all the Sakais (now referred to Orang Asli) go back inside the jungle” 11 May, 1969, at Bukit Bintang.
“KL is now owned by Chinese” 11 May, 1969, at Jalan Changkat Dollah.
“Malays go back to kampungs, Malays now have no power. Now the Chinese
are in control” 12 May, 1969, at Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman.
“Malays get out…Why sit here longer, we hit you…now we have the power” 12 May, 1969, Jalan Khir Kampung Baru.
“Finish off all the Malays, chase all the police” 12 May, 1969, infront of Jalan Pudu Police Station.
“What is this Malays, we already control the country, this country does
not belong to Malays anymore, fuck the police” 12 May, 1969, infropnt of
Jalan Pudu Police Station.
“Fuck the Malays, Death to the Malays, Go and die” 12 May, 1969, Jalan Canvel.
“This country no longer belongs to the Malays, we must chase out all the Malays” 12 May, 1969, Jalan Bukit Bintang.
These words are translated from Malay because at that time Lim Kit Siang
and other DAP leaders shouted in the Malay language for the Malays to
understand and hear.
The provocation masterminded by Lim was said to cause the 13 May, 1969 incident.
Look deeper those words, it is no wonder DAP leaders who are sensitive
and understand the implications try hard to cover the historical event.
There, DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THE SWEET PROMISES OF THE OPPOSITION LEADERS.
BETTER PREVENT NOW BEFORE TH E COUNTRY GOES TO THE DOGS.
