Soi Lek: At least I dared to admit it but Guan Eng dare not.

MCA president Dr Chua Soi Lek said he dared to admit his past indiscretion and accused his chief rival Lim Guan Eng of being incapable of doing the same.
“It is indeed that Lim Guan Eng is not like me because I have the courage and political moral to be responsible and bear the consequences.
“Will Lim Guan Eng have the courage like me to admit fault, apologise and resign from my ministerial post as well as all my positions in the party?” asked Chua.
Chua said this in a press release today, just hours after Lim held a press conference to deny having an affair with his former staff member, as alleged by Malacca MCA chief Gan Tian Loo at the state legislative assembly sitting.
Lim, the DAP secretary-general and Penang chief minister, had challenged Gan to repeat the allegation in public to allow him to initiate a defamation suit.
“Let my wife and me prove in court that MCA lied, that Lim Guan Eng is not (MCA president, right) Dr Chua Soi Lek,” said Lim.
Why did Lim threaten journalists?
Lim was referring to Chua’s admission in January 2008 that he was indeed the man in a widely circulated grainy video clip depicting a hotel room romp.
Commenting on this, Chua said Lim appeared to have something to hide about the issue, pointing out that Lim once threatened to sue journalists who reported about the alleged affair with his former staff.
This was never publicised in the news but a video clip of Lim’s tirade against journalists, complete with the threats, made it to the internet and pro-BN websites a few weeks ago.
Chua said it was obvious that Lim has no courage to face the issue by how he responded to the reporters.
“If Lim Guan Eng has nothing to hide, why he was so paranoid and agitated when asked to comment about an alleged relationship between him and his former staff?
“I did not hide from the issue, but can he do the same?” said Chua.

tunku : opposition leaders has no guts to admit their wrongdoings. they do all sorts of illegal and forbidden things but will never admit it. just look like anwar for example. with his video clip proven but still he denies it. same goes to guan eng.he is denying his affairs with other girl and putting the blame on mca and others. their tactic is to sue the person or organization so that they can't reveal it in public because then it will be the court's matter.same dirty old tricks.
