Najib: Opposition discovering it is not easy to govern

PEKAN: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said that the Opposition, which has come to power in a number of states, was discovering that it was not easy to govern.
”Now that they have come to power, they realise that governing is not as simple as when they were talking as the voice of the Opposition,” he said Sunday. Najib said that the numerous problems faced by Opposition-led states, including the relocation of a Hindu temple in Selangor, was due to their carelessness in making the right decision.
Some of these decisions had not gone down well with the people who had elected them to power.
”We can see that the people are starting to question the decisions made by several Opposition-led states and their credibility in handling certain local issues.
”All these problems of late are due to their inability to keep their promises made during the last general election and their failure to take into consideration the views of the people,” he said when met after paying a visit and handing of aid to several old and needy people in Kampung Padang Jaya, Kampung Seri Damai and Kampung Bentan here Sunday.
Najib, who is also Pekan MP, was asked to comment on a fracas during a dialogue between residents of Section 23, Shah Alam and Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim over the relocation of a Hindu temple to their neighbourhood.
Najib said when they were acting as Opposition, it was easy for them to question decisions made by Barisan Nasional, alleging the Government had no credibility.
”All these problems and issues are happening and we can see for ourselves how their decisions are putting a dent in their credibility,” he said.
To a question, Najib said the Federal Government would not interfere in the issue of the relocation of temple as land was under the jurisdiction of the state.

tunku: it is true that the opposition has not realize that they are ruling in number of states but they are still behaving like they are still the opposition. till now especially in penang and selangor , the government had not achieved a single achievement done by them but instead acting like the opposition by digging all the old files of BN. lim guan eng is after koh tsu koon and khalid ibrahim is after khir toyo.these two guys have forgotten that they are the mb/cm but instead acting like the opposition head in those states. they can't even fulfill their election's promises made to the people.

tunku,
1. They are not fit to run the states. They only fit to become opposition insteads as it is their mentality block.
2. The malays should realise by now that they are being back stabbing after giving the votes to pr.
3. Conclusion: Every muslim vote goes to pr is a ticket to HELLLLLL.

Well still that is not a solid argument for us to justify in getting the voters trust back to us.

I still believe the voters would look into our own factor to convince them to give back their votes to us. Most of them are not belong to any party. They are more rational in making their decision not like us a party member that for sure more bias towards our own idealogy.

Actually thinking about it we are following opposition approach. We should just go with what Premier Najib has set up "KPI". Whether they are PR or BN they are subjected to "KPI" fair and square.

Nevertheless the "KPI" is for betterment of the rakyat anyway.

It is about time our BN leaders arguing based on facts not based on their opposition status.

Actually the independent voters care less about party affiliation they are more interested about fact, performance and result. Insulting others or degrading others i dont think part of the factor that they would even want to consider.

So our leaders mush think twice before they even open their mouth. it is about time our leaders to bring us ahead of our time. I think our leader should just start watching C-Span to learn more.
