I was planning a sightseeinga and shopping trip to Bandung after the Id holidays but I will now postpone that plan indefinitely.
There is no convincing response from the Indonesians, either from Jakarta or their embassy here. It appears that the embassy here behaves as if it is in agreement with what is happening overseas. So be it.
The Indonesian Government are just watching from the sidelines, doing nothing concrete to assure Malaysians of our safety. They should apologise to Malaysians for the actions of their people in burning our flag, and pelting rotten eggs at our Embassy. Anifah Aman is so impotent in taking concrete action. Is he sleeping on the job?
