Petronas well managed

Malaysia is proud of Petronas’ record in its global oil ventures and economic contributions to the nation.
Noting that the national petroleum firm was the only Malaysian entity in the Fortune 500 list, the Prime Minister said many countries acknowledged Petronas’ achievements and had invited it to their region.
“Petronas is well managed,” Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi said at the ground-breaking of the massive Sabah Oil and Gas Terminal (SOGT) at Kimanis, about 60km from here.
Stressing that Malaysia’s resources must benefit the people, he said he was pleased that Petronas was planning to team up with skills training institutes, such as polytechnics, to secure a ready workforce.
Petronas president Tan Sri Hassan Marican said the SOGT was the main component in the Sabah oil and gas integrated infrastructure project that also includes the development of oil and gas fields offshore of the state’s west coast.

Tunku: There's no doubt, i am very proud of Petronas achievements but this happens because of the leadership at Petronas not because of you Mr Prime Minister.Try to put Azlan your SIL's pet at Petronas see how Petronas performance after that. Like what he did to Proton, from a RM4 billion cash rich proton to a losing company now, you should worry about that Mr Prime Minister, dont even look at Petronas as they are in better hands, with Tan Sri Hassan Merican the president, petronas are safe and they also listen to the "advisor" not like proton.
