Hindraf - Now they trust Pak Lah

Hindraf Wants To Meet PM Over Indian Community Issues - Uthayakumar

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 2 (Bernama) -- The Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) is seeking an appointment to meet Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to discuss problems and issues confronting the Indian community with the prime minister.
"We trust Pak Lah (Abdullah)," said Hindraf leader P. Uthayakumar to Bernama after attending a special prayer at the Batu Caves Temple here today.
Abdullah said on Friday he was willing to look into all complaints raised by the people as he has been listening to them.
The Prime Minister said it was the government's duty to address the people's grouses.
He, however, said the people must be patient as some of the remedial action took time to be implemented.

tunku : now they trust pak lah, last week they trust the queen of england.what liars.now uthayakumar is afraid of being charged trying to act as nothing had happened.sorry, we don't trust liars like hindraf anymore.

its not about who to trust, but it is about who can really help to change the situation... Do you really think, rally after rally will change anything... all these ask for one thing to happen, proper action to be taken, be it the queen or Pak Lah... Just hope that the poor (not only the Indians) will be protected more and more by the country.

if they are asking for the poors then why slandering malays, accusing them of doing the ethnic cleansing?demolishing a temple in every 3 weeks time? etc.
if they had fight for all the poors, the scenario will be different, they will have majority backing.but instead the accused malay for being extremist etc. why don't they send memo to pm during last week's rally? why send to the british government?
and now there a team going to us,britain and india, so why now suddenly uthayakumar says he trust pak lah?

did not agree with contents of hindraft memo, but agree that some issues of the poor need to be addressed.

it is problems of the poor, left unaddressed, will create upheaval in Malaysia, where everyone will be losers.

it is time for PM to act positively.
