GVH Shares: Kedah CM Humiliates PAS

So it is true that Pakatan Rakyat can never work. Not just that the allies cannot work together, but the whole coalition itself is a failure. PKR has been known for its internal issues between Azmin supporters and Khalid Ibrahim's. And for PAS, it is between Anwarinas and pro-Ulama.
But, recently, the problems get more obvious when a group or an individual within PAS who does not support anyone, not involved in any plans, aspiration nor parti strategies, Ustaz Azizan Razak, Kedah's Chief Minister.
Previously, Ustaz Azizan Razak had created problems to PAS and PR in a few religious issues which somehow offended DAP, and administrative issue that a few EXCO became rude and rejected his leadership publicly. From there, he was then put under 'observation' by Kedah Pemandu Committee to ensure that he would not bring Kedah towards a direction which PR do not want.
As of among rakyat, Ustaz Azizan is seen as a CM who do not know anything. There is not a single project implemented along his leadership. Even issues such as timber turns chronic, KUIN crisis and even Kulim Hi-Tech Park was ignored and he described those issues as 'UMNO's illogical attacks' on him.
Other issues such as water and waste management was said to have been results from previous government. In short, it seems to be very easy to become a CM in Kedah where everything can be ignored by saying "no problem" and "everything is settled".
Why all these happen is because Ustaz Azizan never really cared about media reports even if it is from pro-government nor opposition. He does not know much about IT and he refuse to listen to anyone. He 'settles' issues by listening from people around him only. If the reports were lies, then he would trust the lies.
Thus, it is not impossible that Ustaz Azizan do not know anything about PAS's stand which rejects the Felda listing all these while. Perhaps he also so not know about the 'official request' which asks PAS members to join the Orange Rally.
That is why when Executive Officer of Kedah State Development Corporation (PKNK), Datuk Abdul Rahman Ibrahim proposed to invest RM2,275,000 or 500,000 units to Felda shares, Ustaz Azizan approved of it straight away, thinking that it would be beneficial.
What else needed to be explained by PKNK. They gained RM47,500 in profit when they sold 50,000 unit at the price of RM5.50 per unit compared to when they bought it for RM4.55 per unit.
Due to Ustaz Azizan's ignorance, PKNK had gained profit, but PAS had suffered loss on form of political issues. Ustaz Azizan somehow accidentally humiliated PAS and proven to PAS members that PAS's decision was wrong. Thus, proving that the government's decision to put Felda on the list was a smart move.
A few PAS leaders had began to express their rage over Ustaz Azizan. But we believe that as long as the media do not ask him about the matter, Ustaz Azizan would not know anything about it. And when he realize that he made a mistake, he would act all cool.
Now, what is certain is that PKNK had raised profit from the listing and whatever reason that Ustaz Azizan comes out with, it would not change the fact that FGVH listing had brought benefit towards many sides, including the stated that is being administered by PAS.
Thus, objections made by PAS towards FGVH is not logical and it only reflect their jealousy.

tunku : pas please walk the talk, you object FGV's listing but your own state government agency buying the shares of FGV. this clearly shows you walk the crap.

NAJIB AND MUHYIDDIN MUST SYNCHRONISE THEIR ACTS

Barisan Nasional needs to synchronise its act given the political scenario at present is very volatile and precarious.
The oppositions are in an all out ‘war’ to tear apart the ruling coalition and bury the BN in history and the BN, on the other hand, particularly chief Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is fighting ‘tooth and nail’ to win back lost ground and influence.
The political war is no small matter as this 13th general election is a matter of ‘life and death’ for both sides of the political divide.
However, recent acts or speeches or comments by Najib and his deputy Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin have given rise to various interpretations, not only among the opposition members and the general public, worse is within Umno itself.
Najib had said many times the general election would be called anytime when the ruling coalition was ready, which means anytime from now until March next year.
However, last week Deputy Umno president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said the election could be held anytime even during the fasting month as he planned to meet ‘troubled’ Umno divisions during the fasting month to solve all matters.
When he mentioned ‘troubled Umno divisions’, the beans are spilled as all this while, the oppositions and public at large have only heard among disgruntled party members over the selection of candidates.
It is normal during every election that Umno faces such problem but this time around, the problem is more acute as many party members, particularly the incumbent state and parliament representatives felt they are the winning candidates.
Changes would create resentment and the chain reaction will be boycott during campaigns and so on as mentioned by Najib himself.
The contradictory statements by the two top leaders have opened up several interpretations which reflects weaknesses in Umno, the backbone of BN that is being seen as the only party that is strong enough to take on the ‘charging enemy’.
First, many opposition leaders are now relief as they know now Umno is having problems and as such, they do not expect the general election to be held ealier or before the party general assembly.
Muhyiddin’s statement to them was like a God’s sent message – don’t worry – just continue spilling the beans out of the sack as the general election will not be held any much earlier.
In short, the oppositions can continue spin and raise issues while at the same time, dig up more dirts among the BN leaders, particularly the Cabinet members.
Secondly among Umno members, who have already read the ‘so-called underlying message’ as though there is a friction, are now weighing the chances of another challenge in the coming party election.
Given such scenario, it is best that Najib and Muhyiddin synchronize their acts so that their statements and comments would be of same contents no matter how the people try to interpret them as this will reflect unity and one force.

tunku : we need one captain for a ship.there can't be two captains for a ship. we hope muhyiddin will not repeat such mistake again. whatever you said to pm, that is between you and him, do not bring it to the public without his consent as he is your boss.

Pakatan has forsaken the people’s welfare by politicizing water issues

17 July 2012

Press Statement by MCA Central Committee Member and Deputy Chairman of MCA Publicity Bureau Sdr Loh Seng Kok

Pakatan has forsaken the people's welfare by politicizing water issues

I urge the Pakatan Selangor government to put the people's interest first and foremost and to find an immediate solution to the increasingly serious water supply shortage in their state.

The Pakatan state government of Selangor has obviously placed their own interest over the public by politicizing the fresh water supply and refusing to continue negotiations with the federal government on overcoming the water shortage problem.

Yesterday, Selangor's water supply company, SYABAS, had requested permission from the National Water Services Commission to conduct water rationing in Kuala Lumpur, Hulu Langat and Klang. Although this will definitely affect many businesses and the public's daily lives, nevertheless the state government continues to be unconcerned, ignoring the plight of the people who are troubled by the water shortage problem.

SYABAS chief executive officer Dato' Ruslan Hassan was quoted yesterday as saying that the Selangor and Kuala Lumpur region was facing a water crisis with reserve being down to an average of 2%, which is way below the safety margin of 20%.

Water supply shortage already felt

While the Selangor state government continues to insist that Selangor's dams are at maximum capacity and question the building of the Langat 2 water reservoir, they should then answer why do certain places in Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, Hulu Langat and Sepang face water shortage problems?

The state government has also yet to clarify why they think Selangor will not face water shortages, therefore how can they expect us to trust their data given to us?

2012 water crisis maybe worse than 1998

Recently, SYABAS had warned that 134 areas will face water cuts this week, of which 86 are located in Shah Alam, Klang and Hulu Langat. Moreover, the Water Association of Selangor and Putrajaya (Swan) had also warned that the current water problem in Klang Valley would be worse that the water crisis of 1998.

The water management should place the public's interest first, but the Selangor state government continues to ignore the problems faced by the people and try to evade the problem by blaming others. Thus, how can the rakyat be expected to continue their daily lives under the governance of Pakatan?

tunku : i just can't understand why pakatan government in selangor is so stubborn. don't politicize the water issue.what is important is the rakyat. rakyat will suffer by your stubbornness. put rakyat first then your ego.

PAS Cheats To Take Over Settlers' Shares

Not enough with forcing its supporters to join the Orange Rally, PAS also did it by lying to settlers.
They even sell off orange and green short, as if to request so that FGV share could be suspended, but even PAS themselves are chasing after FGV shares.
This is proven when Kedah government, ruled by PAS, confirmed that 500,000 FGVH shares which is provided by Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) which was offered to Bumiputera. This matter was confirmed by Chief Executive of Kedah State Development Corporation (PKNK), Datu Abdul Rahman Ibrahim.
PKNK earlier applied for 1 million share unit but MITI only approved half of it. PKNK subscribed to the share with RM4.55 per unit and invested as much as RM 2,275,000. PKNK even gained gross profit as much as RM47,500 when they sold 50,000 unit at the price of RM5.50 per unit.
We do accept the excuse given by PKNK their share do not have anything to do with politics because PKNK obviously focuses on the profit. In other words, the listing brings benefit to many sides.
But, we are confused with PKNK's stand because PKNK is an organization under the administration of PAS government and they should move under the objective of PAS.
By taking different aspiration, we do wonder whether PAS Kedah do not agree with PAS Centre once again? All these while, the leadership of Ustaz Azizan, Kedah's Chief Minister was often criticized for being 'different' with PAS Centre that they had to establish Pemandu Committee to 'guide' Ustaz Azizan.
This time around, when PAS worked so hard to push members to join the Orange rally, Ustaz Azizan let PKNK take a different action by buying shares which was objected by Orang Rally.
Does this mean that PAS Centre and PAS Kedah could not think alike and that Orange Rally is just another cheap political gimmick? Perhaps some PAS leaders are lying to supporters just so that they could buy those shares?
We do believe that PAS is aware that the listing is a great move and PAS knew that Orange Rally would not bring any difference where the listing cannot be suspended. That is why the purchase of FGVH shares is a blessing in disguise for PAS.
It seems that Orange rally supporters were cheated by PAS. We were lucky that the rally did not turn to a riot like Bersih 3.0 where people are prone to injuries and even death.
However, PAS only managed to lie to a few settlers and supporters where the rally was only attended by less than 5,000 supporters, compared to their target, 20,000 supporters.
Perhaps most PAS supporters have realized that their leaders do cheat on them and they are tired on the fact that none of the rallies bring any benefit to them.
No one can tell when PAS would stop lying to its supporters. Election is getting near but PAS still could not stop using their cheap political strategies which by the end, would eat themselves.

tunku : i really hope some of the settlers wont be fooled by pas. they should know that even the pas leaders are buying FGV shares and their state government too bought shares.

The Woman Linked With Azmin Ali Has Fled Overseas?

Last April, the whole country was shocked with a few pictures published by a few blogs showing a man who looks almost as PKR's Vice President, Azmin Ali.
Somehow, a couple of days after the photos were published, Azmin came up denying that he was the man in the picture.
Thank god he did not mentioned that he had smaller butt or 'sharper sword' compared to the man in the video.
Of not, obviously rakyat cannot help but to laugh while comparing the 'sword size' between Azmin Ali and Anwar Ibrahim.
Many are asking on why can't Azmin lodge any police report so that an investigation could be made over the photos.
It is not hard. All he need to do is spend a little of his time to any nearby police stations and lodge the report.
If he is confident that he was not involved in the incident, why be scared with the risk that he might lodge false police report?
At the same time, sources told that the woman who was involved with the incident which was linked with Azmin has now fled Malaysia, is that true?
The lady was sent out of country by an individual probably to avoid from being investigated and probably to protect the man in question.
As for now, there are no justification for the claim, hopefully it is just rumor.
Whatever it is, we hope that Azmin Ali could gather his strength to lodge a police report so that we can find out the truth behind the mystery man.

tunku : he dare not make a police report because he knew that it's him in the picture. with this pictures out, azmin is at par or just about there compare to his boss(anwar).

Kedah Government Urged To Act On Entertainment Outlet Operations

ALOR SETAR, July 16 (Bernama) -- The Kedah government has been urged to monitor the mushrooming of entertainment outlets in the state and act against those operating without a licence and staying open until the early hours of the day.
State Umno liaison chief Datuk Ahmad Bashah Md Hanipah said many bloggers and social media Facebook users had raised the issue and expressed concern, indicating that society was against the proliferation of such entertainment outlets.
"Some people have likened Alor Setar to Danok (Thai border town) for having too many entertainment joints that operate until early morning and we don't know whether these joints are licensed or not," he said after chairing a state Umno Liaison Committee meeting, here, today.
Ahmad Bashah said the situation was contrary to what Pakatan Rakyat had promised in their manifesto for the last general election.
"It appears that they promised not to do this and that just to garner votes, but after they won Kedah they've washed their hands off many issues of concern to the public."

tunku : pas can do anything to get votes, they can sell their values, principles , struggles and event their religion to get votes. alor setar was a town of peace and harmony has been turned around by pas with so much "development" of new pubs and discos.shame on pas and their so called ulamas and ustaz.

MCA AND GERAKAN HAVE STILL A LONG WAY TO GO

MCA and Gerakan, the two Barisan Nasional (BN) parties representing the Chinese community in the ruling coalition are fighting hard to regain lost ground, against all odds as the opposition DAP go on a fishing spree.
MCA which is Chinese-based and Gerakan which is multi-racial but Chinese-based seem to be losing the psychological war in winning the hearts and minds of the community as the opposition DAP has managed to do that based on racial sentiments, the basis it has failed to do the past 50 years.
With growing resentment against the ruling BN from the Chinese community, DAP gains much leverage while the MCA tries hard to stand its ground and Gerakan still lost in oblivion as the party has no specific direction.
Penang is still a far-fetch goal for BN as Gerakan and MCA have much work to do to win back the trust of the community, which had moved to DAP following the 2008 political tsunami wave.
Until today, both the parties do not know ‘what hit them’ – as to why the community rejected them when economic development benefitted the community while the Malays were shouting of being sidelined by the ruling Gerakan during those time.
Malays have never had it good in Penang, particularly on the island as their only dominant place ‘visible to the world’ is Balik Pulau, just beside the rapid economic development spot of Bayan Lepas.
Yet, the Chinese community still complaint of being ignored and Gerakan and MCA was voted out and only Umno managed to hold on their respective state seats.
With the 13th general election around the corner, the race is on and MCA and Gerakan are pushing hard despite having nothing to offer the Chinese community as it seems at present.
Highlighting the purported secret affair of Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng does not benefit much as the episode has not erode much of Lim’s influence and support from within the community.
The debates which he had with MCA president Datuk Seri Chua Soi Lek had also not moved any influence to his side nor erodes his influence - its status quo – as some Chinese voters said.
While Gerakan has yet to find any real issues that can help erode DAP’s support in Penang, MCA has gone far forward trying to ‘untie the knots’ that bind the community to DAP.
However, MCA’s effort is not confined to Penang alone but the whole country in general as the party sees the community is going further from the traditional BN platform.
Thus far, the party has yet to gain much ground and is still fighting hard.
Given such a situation, it is back to BN chairman and Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak to shoulder the burden of regaining lost ground, the job he has been doing since he took over the premiership in 2009.
Knowing that MCA and Gerakan have lost support from the community, Najib goes all out to help them win back confidence and trust by meeting their demands and needs.
Najib has been going round meeting people, introducing transformation programmes and fulfilling pledges and promises made during the 2008 general election to regain lost influence and trust.
While support and reception of Najib’s actions have been tremendous, the question that lingers even among Umno leaders and members is: “Are those that we see and have seen are real and can it be translated into votes?”
And Najib’s ‘engagement’ with young voters through the modern media tool such as facebook and twitter received positive responses that encourages and inspires the youngsters.
Again the same question being asked by supporters of both sides of the political divide when they talk about support and influence.
And Najib’s new approaches to gain trust and confidence of the Chinese community is getting some backlash from the Malays although this is seen as minimal.

tunku : mca and gerakan has taken for granted all these while that the chinese will vote them again. they think that 2008 result it's not because of them. looking at the situation now, the malays (majority) are back with umno but chinese still shying away from mca and gerakan. both mca and gerakan are depending too much on pm to gain support for them. they should put more efforts on the ground. the people should see them on the ground and working for rakyat not only for their community.if they can do that, i am confident that they will get back the supports not only from their community but malaysian at large.another winning formula for mca and gerakan would be working closely hand in hand for the coming election.

Indian community being marginalized in Pakatan.

Axed Johor DAP leaders torch rocket in protest

JOHOR BARU: Two axed Johor DAP leaders, sacked for tarnishing the party's image, set fire to a handmade five-foot red rocket to express their dissatisfaction with the party.
The duo, former Taman Saga branch chairman V. Thulasi Das and Taman Nesa DAP publicity secretary K. Murugan, along with seven other DAP members, held a protest in front of the Johor Baru Central Municipal Council building in Skudai here at around 3.30pm Sunday.
Heavy rain delayed their plan to burn the rocket but they resumed when the rain stopped an hour later.
Kurugan claimed that Johor DAP leader Dr Boo Cheng Hau had turned a blind eye on the Indian community.
"He is not fit to represent the people because he only makes empty promises and lies," he said.

In Penang yesterday a group of Indian community gathered up at Taman Sejahtera Machang Bubuk Bukit Mertajam to voice their dissatisfaction at Pakatan State Government.

tunku : Indian community indeed are being marginalized by the pakatan everywhere. they promised the moon and stars and gave them nothing.Indian community should not look at pakatan anymore as they are big liars.

PR should walk the talk over free education

THE Pakatan Rakyat Government should walk the talk by providing free education for its state's own Universiti Selangor (Unisel) students.
Recently there were calls by Pakatan Rakyat to abolish PTPTN and to give free education to all. We welcome the call to provide free education for all, and we want the Pakatan Rakyat Government to walk the talk by providing free education at Unisel.
As of June 2012, we have 13,528 students who have enrolled in Unisel, and 2,784 are expected to graduate this year. Recently PTPTN suspended scholarships to Unisel students, and this would severely affect new student enrolments and cause short-term financial burdens for students who had enrolled at this university.
Being a cash-rich state with revenues amounting to billions of ringgit certainly would enable Selangor to fund its own university and provide free education for all. If Pakatan is serious in its call to provide free education for all, then it should initiate the idea by starting it in Unisel.
I am sure the people of Selangor would be happy and grateful if the Selangor government can be a catalyst in this call for free education for all. If Selangor can implement this, then we can think about implementing free education in the whole of Malaysia.
The Federal Government has claimed that this is impossible, being a strategy by Pakatan Rakyat to give empty promises just to capture Putrajaya. Since the last general election, what effort has Pakatan Rakyat taken in the states it governs to provide free education for all?
Even though education is under the Federal Government's jurisdiction, the people of Selangor want to know what efforts are being taken by Pakatan Rakyat in institutions it controls such as the Unisel to provide free education for all? Can they walk the talk?

ANNADURAI MUTHUSAMY
Secretary-General
Persatuan Kebajikan Astivaaram Selangor

tunku : pakatan can only talk but can't do anything about what they talk. all their promises are made just to get vote without proper planning to make it happen. pakatan only walk the craps.

85% FELDA Settlers Support BN

Opposition's habit in attacking BN with accusations now seem useless. This is because, it might hurt a little, but the lies are never lethal.
That is what happened to Felda. After working hard to criticize BN, opposition seemed to be tired of it, and even settlers seem to be sick of it and the support for BN stayed strong among settlers.
So, now the opposition is again feeling anxious.
According to analysis, support on Felda to BN is increasing to 85% even though some say otherwise.
Even though no one could deny the success of Felda was due to BN, but this do not mean that settlers would have to support BN. During 2004 GE, for example, the support from Felda to BN was at 54%, the support increased during 2008 GE at 80%.
The support then increased during the mini election at DUN Tenang on January 2011 where only 10% of the votes went to opposition. This means that 90% of those settlers supported BN.
There is no doubt that there are a few settlers are not aware of listings. Their support for the government all these while have been based on the government's credibility to help them. That is why they trust that BN would never bring them down like what is being told by the opposition.
And now, their trust had given them such great reward when they receive the 'bonus' after all of their hard work. They would also receive dividends and various other profit that they can never expect. All these thanks to the listings which they did not even have to spend a cent to buy.
Due to this, and various other opposition's weaknesses had made then choose to stand behind BN.
Now, the opposition had to suffer the consequences when these settlers began to receive their bonus, help and other facilities provided by the government. Even though they say (opposition supporters) that those things are haram, that did not stop them from taking the benefit.
It seems that the opposition is really desperate to gain votes from Felda settlers and that desperation is the thing that causes those settlers to run away from supporting the opposition.

tunku : balance 15% ungrateful settlers should be ashamed of themselves.whatever the government gives, they take. they believes in pakatan which till today gave them nothing.

SELANGOR IS SHAKY AS KHALID TRIES HARD TO SOLVE UNFULFILLED PROMISES

Selangor Pakatan Rakyat (PR) government seems to be in a corner with the Talam Corporation issue as Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim continues to evade replying the details.
The issue has questioned Khalid’s sharpness or in this case his intention in giving Talam, which is now called Trinity, a new lease of life at the expense of the the rakyat’s money.
The so-called debt restructuring for Talam involved several state-owned economic arms that are now in a dire straits of financial need.
Given the issue and many more issues plaguing the PR administration in the state especially the unfulfilled promises since taking over in March 2008, the PR state government is shaky.
Khalid has lost control of the state administration and worse still is the case that involved his political secretary Faekah Hussein, who is now under attack from within the unregistered alliance itself.
Not knowing how to get out of the situation as he is not a politician per say, Khalid goes on the so-called intellectualism approach, the accountability in accounting and so on.
But one thing he forgot…politics is a game of mind…his counterparts – those in his party Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), PAS and DAP – know it and they are not helping him much in this issue or other issues.
The opposition alliance is more interested in protecting their individual self and secondly the party he or she represented rather than protecting the alliance as a whole or a political front.
They have rather let Khalid take all the blame for the unfulfilled promises, for the erosion of trust from voters, for the fading of credibility than ‘sinking’ together with him.
Khalid has been facing and is currently facing the many problems alone – like it or not – they have or been seen abandoning him when the going gets tough and rough.
Protests demanding for promises to be made good from voters who voted for them in 2008 general elections are being left for Khalid to handle alone, the rest are busy with their own issues rather than helping Khalid.
In fact, from within PKR itself, Khalid is being isolated, it seems, as the party does not come out in the open to help defend him on issues related to the state and the alliance.
There are even rumours that he is being undermined by his own leaders who wanted PKR deputy president Azmin Ali to take over his position but Khalid is lucky.
PKR president herself Datin Seri Dr Wan Azizah Ismail is on his side as it is said she despise Azmin over the purported affair between her husband Anwar Ibrahim and Azmin’s wife Shamsidar.
Outside PKR, PAS is still a pain the neck despite the ‘togetherness’ the parties project in media and other promotional fronts.
The latest segregation of unmarried males and females in a cinema in Kuala Selangor has now become an issue although it seems small and insignificant.
Talking about young voters who are voting the first time this coming generale election, and their numbers are not small, the PR state government may lose a considerable amount from young Malay voters.
It is not that they are out to make sins in the cinema but the mere segregation is considered as the first step to a more rigid Islamic laws that would curtail the normal social life for these youngsters.
And PAS insistence on an Islamic theology state is still a ‘pain’ for PKR and DAP…being multi-racial and multi-religious political philosophy…PAS stand puts them in a very awkward position.
In fact, Khalid was having problem when former PAS leader who is Paya Jaras assemblyman Datuk Dr Hassan Ali went on the crusade for implementation of basic Islamic fundamentals.
Thus far, Selangor seems vulnerable and its position is shaky as Barisan Nasional (BN) keeps pounding on the state’s administration’s weaknesses and unfulfilled promises.
Khalid cannot hide under the so-called being new state government or needs more time to ‘undo the mistakes of BN’ as the voters are getting restless and impatient because as it seems now, the BN state administration did not make mistakes and did not run away from their promises.
Like it or not, Khalid and the PR state government is facing a rough time and an uphill battle to keep the state from slipping away to BN in the coming general election.
Planning to conduct the state election on a different date from the general election would not contain the restlessness of voters and it may even backfire.

tunku : selangor not only shaky but also stinking. the administration is in hey wire. all the leaders acting like they are the MB of Selangor. everyone trying too get something for themselves in all business dealings.an open space land meant for recreation can be turned into commercial area.....what else to expect from the state government.

Sodomy Trial II: '901' Plan Needs To Continue?

On January 9, the day when Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy trial result was be announced, Anwar had prepared himself to be in jail while his people were prepared to cause riot so that he would be released. To give better impact to the day, they gave it a name, '901', as the day a 'hero' was released. Even a bomb as blasted to 'color' the riot which they have planned.
Anwar's plan was that the whole world would watch the day he would be imprisoned, followed by huge riots so that foreign power could intervene and release him, making him as a hero, which then would rule Malaysia.
But the plan failed because he was then acquitted on the excuse that the court was not 100 percent sure about the integrity if the DNA sample which was taken from the complainant because the sample might have been altered before it got to the Chemistry Department for analysis.
However, yesterday, the prosecutor had filed a petition of appeal so that the Court of Appeal would put aside the result given by High Court who acquitted Anwar from the sodomy charge.
The petition was signed by Deputy Prosecutor, Noorin Badarudin and it listed nine reasons which include the judge's, Datuk Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah error, in forms of laws and facts in making the decision.
The petition also proposed that Anwar should be charged under Section 377B Penal Code based on these following reasons:
1. Judge Mohamad Zabidin at the end of the trial had decided that there is no way for investigative officer, DSP Blacious Judy Pereira to use any of the DNA samples which was taken from the lockup cell to be used with DNA samples which were taken from Saiful. The Judge also agreed with the prosecutor that the investigative officer only gained the semen sample which matches with DNA profile from items which were used by Anwar when he was in the lockup.
2. The judge also made an error in law and facts by imposing a heavier burden of proof than the 'beyond reasonable doubt' test and that there were other evidence to corroborate Saiful's testimony when the judge decided to call Anwar's defence.
3. The judge also made an error in law and facts in judging the overall statements regarding collecting, handling and analysis of DNA samples which was taken from Mohd Saiful.
4. The trial judge had made an error, and also in law, in evaluating the whole facts of the case and wrongly considering the testimony of second defence witness Dr David Wells and Australian DNA expert Dr Brian McDonald based on their incomplete and incomprehensible theory, and not considering the literary evidence given by the prosecution.
5. The judge also made an error in law and facts, as Dr McDonald's expertise and experience in DNA examination is in dispute.
6. The judge also made an error in law and facts as chemists Dr Seah Lay Hong and Nor Aidora Saedon had given their opinions based on their examination and analysis of the DNA samples. However, Wells and McDonald had given their opinions based on theories.
7. The judge also made an error in law and facts as he failed to consider that there were no statements saying that the DNA samples had been altered.
8. The judge also made an error in law and facts when he failed to consider that there were other statements which supported Mohd Saiful like what was stated by the judge during the end of the defense case.
9. The judge also made an error in law and facts by imposing a heavier burden of proof than the 'beyond reasonable doubt' test to the prosecutor in proving their case.
If the prosecutor gain success for this appeal, Anwar could face 20 years in jail and whipping if guilty. This would be the biggest reason for Anwar to organize the 901 plan. But perhaps the name 901 needed change, considering that it is no longer relevant.
It seems that there is still hope for Anwar to be a hero, like how he had dreamed all these while.
But people need to be reminded that, if Anwar's dreams to cause chaos becomes a reality, there is still no guarantee that Anwar would be released, like what is written in the script. No doubt there will be chaos, but only around 500 meter radius outside of the court for about one or two hours. Then Anwar can be his own hero in jail for the next 20 years.

tunku : how long can they organize the riots.....one day, two days....after that people will forget about it. i believe this time the riot won't be that big because majority of malaysian are fed up with anwar and his lies.

Political differences take ultimate toll on elderly couple

PASIR MAS: After 14 years of marriage, a couple here split up when the husband allegedly could no longer convince his wife to join his political party.
Yahya Ibrahim, 78, divorced religious teacher Che Hasnah Che Ahmad, 61, both of Kampung Chabang Tiga in Chetok, in the Lower Syariah Court yesterday.
She alleged that her husband had accused her of deviating from Islam for not supporting his party.
Che Hasnah, who claims to be a staunch supporter of Barisan Nasional, said her husband was an ardent follower of PAS.
Unhappy ending: Yahya leaving the Lower Syariah Court in Pasir Mas after divorcing his wife of 14 years.
She said that although he had for years tried to “convert” her to join PAS, the issue that broke the camel's back was when she atttended a ceramah by former PAS vice-president Datuk Dr Hasan Ali in Tanah Merah on June 11.
“I did not know I was attending the ceramah by Hasan Ali because I merely took a lift to the venue from a friend, who said there would be a lucky draw there,” she said, adding that Yahya had given her permission to attend the event.
Che Hasnah, who teaches the Quran to about 100 students, was formerly the Chabang Tiga Wanita Umno branch chief.
Before filing for divorce, he told me he no longer wants to live with me. - Che Hasnah Che Ahmad
She said Yahya had never questioned her support for Barisan until lately, when he travelled frequently to Kota Baru to attend PAS ceramah.
“Everytime he comes home, we would get into an argument. Before filing for divorce, he told me he no longer wants to live with me and would move to live with his children from his first marriage,” she told reporters outside the courthouse.
Earlier, after Yahya pronounced the divorce, Syariah judge Mohd Hafiz Daud ordered him to pay Che Hasnah RM200 for mutaah (a gift for the wife after divorce) and RM600 for edah (financial sustenance for three months before the annulment of marriage).
The media failed to interview Yahya, who successfully evaded reporters.

tunku : this is what pas preaches. their Islam is exclusively for them only. those who does not support their party they are not Muslim according to the teaching of certain pas leaders. it is them who are deviating from Islam. Muslims should stay away from pas.

PAS: Kuala Selangor cineplex notices merely reminders

SHAH ALAM: The notices put up at a Kuala Selangor cineplex stating that unmarried Muslim couples should not sit together are merely reminders, said Selangor PAS commissioner Dr Rani Osman.
He said the decision to compel the cinema operator to put up the reminders were made by the licensing department of the Kuala Selangor District Council (MDKS).
“It has not been brought to the full board council meeting yet. It was discussed by the licensing department,” he told a press conference at the lobby of the state assembly on Wednesday.
It was widely reported that Lotus Five Star, the only cinema in Kuala Selangor had put up notices informing unmarried Muslim couples that they were banned from sitting side-by-side.
State executive councillor Ronnie Liu immediately asked for the ruling to be deferred and discussed further at MDKS' full board meeting.
Selangor PAS deputy commissioner Khalid Samad admitted the party's MDKS councillors had made the proposal, but they had no intention of imposing Islamic values on non-Muslims.
“The cinema is a public space for family entertainment. Families go to the cinema and they complain of seeing couples make out.
“So we want to remind the public to behave. Do not make the cinema a poor man's nightclub,” said Khalid.
PAS' Kuala Selangor MP Dr Dzukefly Ahmad said the matter would be discussed at MDKS' full board meeting at the end of the month.
Selangor MCA Youth chief Dr Kow Cheong Wei said a temporary freeze on the ruling left the possibility that the gender segregation might be fully enforced in the future.
"The rakyat cannot continue to rely on face-saving temporary relief from contentious, divisive issues that face their states.
"Instead, I strongly urge Pakatan Rakyat to issue a public declaration denouncing further gender segregation rulings in their respective states.
"It can start by permanently retracting the recent cinema ruling enforced by MDKS," he said.
MCA's Sungai Pelek assemblyman Yap Ee Wah said it would be difficult for Pakatan to earn the trust of voters if it flip-flops on its policies.
"While MDKS has withdrawn the directive in the wake of public criticism, the above-mentioned examples prove how PAS creates and enforces rulings on its own will, and at the expense of the people while DAP and PKR sit idly by," he said in a statement.

tunku :this is another example how islamic pas is? its haram in Islam for unmarried couple to sit very closely as they will surely be touching each other, so why only as reminder. take action against them if you really want to uphold Islamic teaching. why only a reminder? the answer is very simple.they are afraid of dap and pkr. dap tell them to shut up, they back off. this is how islamic pas is today.

Milosuam Should Explain Relationship With Amocked Man At Prime Minister Department

After the country was hit with the story of a 'samurai attack' at the Prime Minister's Department, blogs are now beginning to question the relationship between an opposition blogger, Milosuam with Khalil.
Milosuam was said to be the first blogger to upload the video of the man going berserk, complete with video camera, at the right place, at the right time, which seems quite weird. Moreover, when we could hear the person who captured the video seemed to be reporting the incident to someone when the man was shot.
Browsing through Milosuam after the incident raised more doubt when he somehow tried to divert the perception that Khalil was a government supporter based on just a single phrase in Khalil's blog which complimented Tun Dr. Mahathir as a person with a big heart.
When the fact is, if we are to really look at Khalil's blog, or even two of his Facebook accounts, no one can deny that he is more towards the opposition. Just look at the list of things that he liked, as stated in his Facebook account:
“MRSM Pengkalan Chepa, Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad, Lim Guan Eng, MiLo SuaM, Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat, Tuan Guru Dato’ Dr. Haron Din, Jomsedut.Org, Sultan Johor, Pertubuhan Kerabat Raja Jembal ( Wilayah Tengah), Harian Metro Online (HMO Blog), HarakahDaily Blog, Dr. MAZA for PM, Bersih 3.0 [Official ], Kami Benci Saiful Bukhari!, A. Samad Said, Aku sependapat dengan orang kat atas ni 100%, KELAB SAYANGI DYMM SULTAN SELANGOR, Sukatilah, Anak Johor Sayang Sultan, Aku-Macjay Blogspot, General Mahdi and the Last Generation Army, Blog Redzuan-Ridzand 7 more..”
Even Milosuam's was part of the list. So, how can Milosuam avoid the fact that Khalil was his fan?
Blog paperwaris then linked Milosuam with a man called Hambali Idris who is a person who was 'loved' by Khalil. This was few of the comments made to Hambali on his Facebook:
"No wonder I love you, Hambali Idris, you are brave to speak of the truth even though it might kill you."
If it is true that Milosuam is Hambali, this means that this opposition blogger had often been in contact with Khalil through Facebook prior to his death. It is not impossible that they might have met because in one of Khalil's comments, he did invite Hambali to meet up and have a chat.
it is also not impossible that Milosuam had known about the 'kamikaze attack' planned by Khalil.
With the video being uploaded in such short period of time, and linking Khalil with Tun Dr. Mahathir, we feel that it is not impossible that Khalil was used by this opposition blogger to create an issue to be used by the opposition.
Besides that, if we are to browse through Khalil's blog, we would find a few articles which we can then conclude that he seemed devastated because he was cheated. And he then mocked PAS's bai'ah fatwa.
So, it makes us wonder, perhaps Khalil were among PAS's extreme fans who have gotten tired of PAS's misguidance on fatwa and twisted stand?
Whatever the reason is or even his motives to attack PMO, that is not that important anymore because he is no longer alive. What is important here is that we need to find those who might have links with Khalil and that they have their interest in this incident.
And we also need to know what is the relationship between Milosuam and Khalil regarding this incident. Is he a friend? The mastermind? Or just an observer who did not stop Khalil from making the biggest mistake in his life and risking the lives of PMO staff because he might have been aware of Khalil's plan.

tunku : perhaps police should call him in for questioning. is it coincidence that he was there at the perfect time or he knew what khalil was going to do at that time.

Former Officer Wants To Reveal Phaik Kheng-Guan Eng R'ship

Considering that Guan Eng, Betty Chew and Phaik Kheng do not want to provide any explanation regarding the crisis which hit them, most rakyat have came to the conclusion that Guan Eng's scandal with Phaik Kheng is true and the claim which Betty Chew had caused the injury on Guan Eng's forehead is also true.
The conclusion was made based on their response which they try to avoid the matter and that Betty Chew went berserk when asked about it.
But, rakyat may have another excuse to believe this scandal when a former officer to Lim Guan Eng is said to be revealing the matter in details.
The officer is said to be quite close to Phaik Kheng.
Sources said that the officer want to defend Phaik Kheng who is now often mocked by friends, supporters and those under Betty Chew.
According to the officer, Phaik Kheng should not be treated as such because Lim Guan Eng is to be blamed too.
When would it be done is still uncertain. Perhaps it would be revealed right before the coming General Election?
It is hard for us to predict because the officer was said to be worried for the response which would be given by the Chief Minister's office if the information is given.
However, sources also told that the officer is someone who do not have a strong stand and could easily give up.
Whatever it is, let us all wait and see how this pans out. We hope that Betty Chew and Guan Eng would remain calm when they see this news.

tunku : interesting story coming soon. lge and betty can try their best to avoid or to fool people but eventually the truth will prevail.

Eloquence Is Not The Main Criteria To Lead

In schools and universities, we were exposed to debate to increase our self confidence and to train the mind to think critically. Hence, to have enough courage to speak in public and provide arguments to be shared through strong and valid points. So, we cannot deny that debating could shape leadership.
Today, debate seems to be a trend. Debates between political leaders like what is practiced in America is beginning to spread in Malaysia, the country with people who like to copy just about everything. But, Malaysian somehow do not know what do they need to copy it.
The problem when it comes to debates among politicians is not really the matter of solving issue, it is just about gaining publicity. This is because debate is seen as the best tool to increase or restore one's popularity. Just look at how the opposition still cheered for Lim Guan Eng who won the debate against Chua Soi Lek even though we could see that most of his arguments were empty.
People who talk a lot do not really act. That is just nature. Even Islam do not suggest us to talk because it never really bring anything, That is why most world leaders spend most of their time listening, thinking and working instead of talking.
The fact is, talking is not the main criteria for a person to become a leader. If that is so, we might end up making a mistake like how Indonesia made theirs with Sukarno, Uganda with Idi Amin or Philippines with Estrada, actors who managed to capture many once they open their mouth, If debaters could become leaders, university students might as well become the next Prime Minister.
Leaders should have various qualities in to ensure that all ideas would turn to reality.
A good PM should never fall into debates which never really end in anything because looking for publicity is not part of the job scope. If he needs to defend any of his policy or any matters, he could just ask the media to spread it.
He would not debate in TV just because the opponent do not have any better job to do.
However, we understand why the opposition are exited to see the debate between Anwar and Dato’ Seri Najib because no one goes to PKR's ceramah or convention anymore. We do understand that Anwar is desperate for publicity now, And we do understand that Anwar is running out of issues to push the government down.
We hope that PM would not waste his time with Anwar. We need Dato’ Seri Najib to work, not to debate, Let Anwar debate by himself because that is what he has been doing since the day he got sacked.
Rakyat are fully aware that Anwar is good when it comes to talking, but he do not know how to work. That is why rakyat is sick of his ceramah, they are tired of his arguments. Do not force us to listen to him because we are done.

tunku : normally a good speaker or orator mostly talks craps all the time. they just know how to talk but don't know how to work. look at anwar no doubt he's best at talking and to convince people to accept his liars but what has he done in selangor as the economic advisor? ZERO. same goes with lim guan eng. all the so called his achievements in penang is because the hard work of federal government.

Chua won't debate with Lim again, says a waste of time

KUALA LUMPUR: MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek says he will not debate with DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng any more.
Dr Chua said the MCA presidential council decided Tuesday that he should not debate with Lim any more because they felt it was a waste of time.
"Lim Guan Eng was just using the debate to attack other people except Anwar (Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim) and does not participate in a healthy debate," he told a press conference after the MCA presidential meeting here.
Dr Chua said Lim used the platform only to rubbish other people's arguments and did not answer any questions posed to him.
"I also agree with my colleagues that I will not be accepting more debates from him," he said.

tunku : CSL made a good decision. indeed it is wasting of time to debate with such a great liar (LGE). LGE had failed to debate. he is not fit for debate. he fails to tell what achievement he has made and what dap can offer to the people.he was just attacking BN without any concrete evidence.

LGE-CSL Debate: DAP Paid Highest tax, PAS And PKR Should Just Follow

If the debate between MCA President, Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek and DAP's Secretary General, Lim Guan Eng were to be seen from the angle of "Who Benefits Rakyat More", no one could deny that Datuk Seri Dr. Chua have won in so many levels.
Unless, if the motion of the debate was "Who's Policy Benefits Chinese The Most". then Lim Guan Eng could have been the winner. But, the win might not be able to be put in reality because only one race would benefit from it where other races might have been put aside. This could lead to an instability which could lead to something worse.
And everyone cannot deny that MCA had won the debate from all of the arguments and that we cannot put aside the fact that LGE or DAP are chauvinists and racist after watching the debate.
LGE did not stop in raising the point where MCA follows UMNO. It was clear that LGE do not really have much problem with UMNO as an organization, but more because of the fact that UMNO is Malay. If UMNO is a Chinese party, he must have not have any issues with it.
In a way, LGE tried to show that DAP is not under Malay, but it is a dominant party that could bring PKR and PAS down.
Unlike the cooperation between UMNO, MCA and MIC where bond and respect is their main key for harmony, Pakatan Rakyat, in the eye of PGE, DAP should be higher than PAS and PKR because the Chinese cannot be as low as other races.
This attitude can be seen when LGE said,"Do not forget that the Chinese pay more tax in Malaysia."
It is very clear that DAP feels that Chinese should run the country because they pay the most tax. But without him knowing, this only prove that the Chinese became rich and they live in luxury in Malaysia under the leadership of Barisan Nasional.
In short, LGE indirectly admit on the success of BN or MCA in fighting for Chinese even without putting their race as the Prime Minister.
Thus, what else is being fought by DAP of MCA already managed to make the Chinese as the higher taxpayers in Malaysia? Nothing. Unless, they want to ensure that Malaysia would have a Chinese Prime Minister, that is it. Such racist ambition.
In the matter of caring for other races and holding onto the cooperation with UMNO, MCA did not have to take any defensive move because what they have done all these while have been tremendous that they managed to put Chinese on top when it comes to Malaysian economy which LGE ended up having to admit.
How can other races feel safe under such racist party which certainly would not give any chance for other races to compete along with them like UMNO where they are prepared to give chance to non-Malays to generate wealth and success in this country.
What is certain, this chauvinist leader will never be able to lead Malaysia to great success, With all arguments going on Chinese interest alone, LGE had proven the fact that DAP is a party only for Chinese, not for other races.
The slogan 'party for all races' which he promotes only covers a few Malay and Indian individuals who follow everything they say.
The question is, what are PKR and PAS's stand in this matter? Are they comfortable with the fact that they are controlled like puppets? What would happen to Malays and Indians if Pakatan Rakyat rule with DAP as the leader, PKR as their puppet and PAS as their slave?
The question which we can conclude from LGE's points would be: Would pleasing Chinese in total could produce a better Malaysia?

tunku : no doubt dap is a damn racist party. it's formed out of hatred for the malays. they are just using pas and pkr to wins the election.once they are in power with more seats than pas and pkr, they will be the dominant party and any malay pm from pas and pkr will only be their puppet as he can't rule without the blessing of the dap.
coming back to the debate , its so obvious that CSL far better than LGE. LGE used the stage like one of his "ceramah" stage with fiction and fairy tale stories where else CSL gave all facts, figures and achievements of MCA and BN .

‘If Pakatan wins, Anwar will be PM, period’ but .........

KUCHING: The DAP has rubbished the report by Utusan Malaysia that it would be contesting in 90 parliamentary seats, thus ensuring the party would have the final say in the appointment of the prime minister should Pakatan Rakyat (Pakatan) win the 13th general election.
State DAP chairman Wong Ho Leng said Pakatan had agreed that should they capture Putrajaya in this coming general election, PKR de-facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim would be the next prime minister.
“The DAP will have the least number of seats out of the 222 parliamentary seats.
“This is based on the election boundary dynamics where the Malays have the most seats,” Wong told The Borneo Post here yesterday.
He added that negotiations on seat allocation among the three Pakatan component parties, namely PKR, PAS and DAP, were still on-going.
“What Utusan Malaysia had reported was only to create fear among the Malays,” said Wong, who is also Sibu MP and Bukit Assek assemblyman.
Utusan Malaysia had based its report on a posting in suarapakatanrakyat.com, a blog that is purported to be ‘pro-opposition’.
It claimed to reveal the outcome of a seat allocation meeting among the three opposition parties.
Citing the blog, Utusan Malaysia said PAS would contest only 66 seats although its president Abdul Hadi Awang wanted 80 seats, while PKR would reduce its seats to 66, compared to 97 in the 2008 general election. This would allow the DAP an additional 43 seats, and place the party in the best position to appoint its leader as prime minister if Pakatan won at the federal level, said the report.
“Moreover, with the split of Malay votes into three parts, DAP can easily win in parliamentary constituencies which have an equal number of Malays and non-Malays,” it said, quoting the blog.
To back the claim, Utusan Malaysia said the information was supported by two other blogs, namely www.mykmu.net and www.pisau.net
Meanwhile, Wong said the state DAP was eyeing between 12 and 14 seats out of the 31 up for grabs.
The DAP has two parliamentary seats in the state, the other being Bandar Kuching.

tunku : wong ho leng from dap has rubbishes the report that dap will be contesting about 90 seats and ensuring that dap will have the least seats in the seats allocation between them but then he told the reporters that dap will be contesting 12 to 14 seats out of 31 seats in sarawak. what does that mean? 14 seats out of 31 seats means left only 17seats for pas and pkr to share with.so who gets the majority seats? don't fool the people dap. we know that it's almost 99.99% confirmed that if pakatan wins, anwar will be pm but with all his secrets with karpal and dap, he will be just like nizar when he became the mb of perak. he will only be a puppet pm.

Couple brandishing swords shot at outside PM's office complex

PUTRAJAYA: A couple brandishing samurai swords caused a stir outside the Prime Minister's Office here on Monday.
The couple had suddenly appeared at the PMO complex's security post at 2.30pm and waving the swords in an aggressive manner.
The policemen rushed out of their post and tried to talk to the couple who appeared to more agitated.
Whilst the policemen were talking to the couple, a team of anti-crime personnel arrived.
Witnesses said after failing to calm down the couple, the police fired at the man in the left arm while the woman was shot in the left leg.
Both were taken to Putrajaya Hospital.

tunku : this is what happened when people are taught to be terrorist by the pakatan rakyat.

Betty Chew and Wan Azizah Victims Of Cunning Husbands

As Betty Chew, ADUN Kota Laksamana was asked by the Hall regarding the claim on her husband's scandal, Lim Guan Eng, with his former special officer, Ng Phaik Kheng, Betty Chew then responded by leaving the hall in rage, without answering the question.
Her actions had caused anger among rakyat because not only she did not make any explanation, the actions made by Betty also did not show her capacity as a politician.
Betty threw her tantrum at Datuk Gan Tian Loo who raised the matter in the hall by saying 'shame on you’, she even said the same thing to the Speaker.
Who is the one who should be ashamed here?
Betty Chew should be the who should be ashamed for being immature and unprofessional in tackling this matter. If she wishes the public to see this as a private matter, she should have first resign from being a politician.
Even DAP constantly attack their enemies with personal matters, so why there should be any double-standard when the same thing happens to them? Isn't it enough that they had shown double-standard in the state which DAP rule, does DAP want to show that they practice double-standard in every form?
Perhaps realizing that her responses did not help DAP and her husband, Betty Chew and Guan Eng finally came up officially to 'clean up' their names. Betty denied that her husband has a scandal and denied that she had attacked Phaik Kheng or her husband.
But, once again Betty took the wrong move because in her defense statement, she linked the personal issue of MCA President, Dato’ Seri Chua Soi Lek on his scandal a little while back. Betty also linked the mane of Dato’ Seri Chua's wife, Datin Seri Wong Sek Hin who has nothing to do with politics, and asks Soi Lek to not prolong the scandal issue of Lim Guan Eng. The funnier bit is when she asked Datin Seri Wong to tell rakyat to reject MCA because of the scandal.
Before giving advise to anyone else, Betty should have make a decision whether it is wise to politicize personal scandals. Why wasn't DAP attacked when it comes to scandal but MCA was attacked?
Then, Betty should look at the difference between herself and Datin Seri Wong Sek Hin where they are two very different people. Datin Seri Wong is not a politician and she had shown how strong she is compared to Betty when it comes to facing such issue. She did not go berserk when asked about it. Instead, just like her husband, she showed maturity, admitting the issue and tried their best to fix their marriage.
Instead, Betty took the time to deny the claim on Guan Eng's scandal which may have been a little too late. Rakyat's doubt are actually added, especially with Betty's response.
Things gets worse for Betty as Phaik Kheng also gave the same kind of response where she did not really give any answer. Instead, she asked for Betty to explain everything.
That is why we should advise Betty to think before she say anything. rather than advising Datin Seri Wong who is mature in every manner, Betty should have provide advice to Wan Azizah, the wife of the Opposition Leader, Anwar Ibrahim.
What kind of woman would stay with a bisexual who is involved in multiple scandals? What kind of woman would ask rakyat to support her husband who cannot deny sex with a man even though it was a trap set by Singapore agents? What kind of woman asks rakyat to support her husband who is clearly a liar and a traitor to the country?
Betty Chew do not need to harass Datin Seri Wong Sek Hin just because she is desperate to defend herself from the eyes of the public.
Whatever it is, every Malaysian knew that Datin Seri Wong's husband is not a liar, but Betty Chew's husband, just like Wan Azizah's husband, do have scandals but they would never want to admit it. Instead, they would lie, and twist things for the sake of power.

tunku : one from pkr and one from dap, now we need one from pas to complete the dramas in pakatan. they will never admit any of their husbands wrongdoings because of the ambition to rule the nation. they damn care what their husbands involved in......shame on you betty and wan azizah.

GE13: DAP Puts 89 Seats - Becomes PM?

Based on a report, it showed that PKR would compete for 66 seats for the coming GE13.
The decrease is up to 31 seats to be compared to 97 seats which PKR took back in 2008 GE.
The decrease can be related with the pressure made by DAP who sees potential in providing tight competition with BN.
With the same amount of seat for PAS, 76 seats, this means that the other 89 seats would show DAP candidates competing with BN.
Almost all of the Chinese majority and a few Parliamentary areas which were provided for PKR would now be competed with DAP candidates.
The same report also mentioned that PKR would also have troubles in finding suitable candidates to face the coming GE.
This means that Anwar Ibrahim's propaganda to take over Putrajaya all these while is worth nothing.
For the record, on 2008 GE, from 47 seats which are competed by DAP, they won 28 of the seats with majority vote.
PKR in the other hand only won 31 seats even though they competed at 97 areas, While PAS only won 22 seats from 66 seats.
Within less than two years, PKR lost 5 seats when its representatives jumped out from the party to become INDEPENDENT members including a seat which was won by BN from small election.
Looking at the record and performance of DAP, it seems logic that DAP would be in power when it comes to seat distribution and to be in power of the opposition's policy.
And if the candidates are confirmed, the rumors where they want to appoint Lim Guan Eng to be the next PM might be true if they win the GE.
Do the Muslim Malays in PKR and PAS want this to happen?

tunku : if pakatan are to win the next GE, how can anwar be the pm when his party only contest 66 seats out of 212? how can a pm from pas when it is reported that dap will contest about 89 seats? this means left 57 seats for pas to contest.who will be the dominant party in pakatan, obviously it's dap. so do we have first chinese pm for malaysia then ? even if they put a malay as a pm,he will be just a puppet to dap like what we have seen in perak before when nizar from pas became the mb and he was merely a puppet of dap.

Anwar Is Prepared To Retire: Proof Where PR Is Too Weak

Financial Times (FT) newspaper yesterday published an interview with Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim which appeared to be quite interesting. It was rather interesting because for the first time, we could hear Anwar talk like a regular man and not as a "God's gift" where he is the savior of mankind and that he would never back down from his fight.
Anwar said,"when we present our manifesto and policy, and of course when I am given the mandate, I would keep on fighting, if not, I would go back to teaching."
The newspaper, also described Anwar, now 65 years old, as someone who seemed tired to gain his best chance of being a Prime Minister since he was sacked from his position as Finance Minister back in 1998 and then jailed on two charges of sodomy and power abuse.
However, PKR, Pakatan Rakyat have denied the rumor saying that Anwar would retire. According to PKR's Secretary General, Saifuddin Nasution, the matter was never discussed either among its work committee not its political bureau.
Malaysians generally have witnessed how Anwar seemed to be tired day after day even though his daughter, Nurul Izzah did make a statement saying that her father is a great man - physically and mentally that is. But what we can see nowadays is that Anwar's appearance have seemed to be a bit low day by day, not sure whether it is because of health, spirit or mental issues for really wanting to be the next PM.
Despite that, whoever follows Anwar's update would definitely question whether he would retire. Even if he can, Anwar would still fight to become the next PM because he believe that he decides his own fate.
Anwar has never admit defeat, even though he had lost for a few times, secrets revealed and his naked body exposed to the world, Anwar remain cool, denying everything.
Thus, how can we believe that Anwar would want to retire if PR lose in the coming GE?
Many believe that Anwar simply want to raise sympathy. Anwar also wishes to sweep off the 'power crazy' image from him. Anwar want to be seen as a humble leader and not a leader of a group of rebels. He is hoping that rakyat would give him the chance to win this time around.
But, if we are to analyze on the political updates these days, no one can deny the fact that Anwar is no longer relevant and it is not impossible that he realize the fact as well.
All of his racial political games have been broken. All of his promises have been proven to be mere illision. All of his rhetorics were just fantasy.
Anwar only fights with words and personality which changes from time to time, following his audience.
His party, PKR only stays in between PAS and DAP. Even though Anwar is the Leader behind the three parties, PKE itself do not have any significance in Malaysian politics. The party which often change its name no longer have any wise leader that could really lead. Rumor has it that putting the name of candidates was hard for the party because they could not find those who are fit enough to lead.
Just like how Anwar tarnished the name of UMNO when he was there, he i doing the exact thing in PKR today. Everyone in the party would fight against one another, chasing for posts and money.
That is why it is not impossible that Anwar has gotten tired and that he would retire if they lose again. He is tired from the constant acting and lying. But, if he wins, he would still need to act and lie. And how long can a man live in lies before he gets mental?
Perhaps Anwar is regretting his actions and he is slowly trying to accept his fate.
Whatever it is, if he really retire soon, we would like to congratulate him and thank god that without him in this country's political arena, the country would be in peace and harmony.

tunku : of course he will be running away if he can't be the next prime minister because he knows then his days are numbered and he will have to face all the craps that he has done. i guess he will be living happily in usa, land of lgbt.

Soi Lek: At least I dared to admit it but Guan Eng dare not.

MCA president Dr Chua Soi Lek said he dared to admit his past indiscretion and accused his chief rival Lim Guan Eng of being incapable of doing the same.
“It is indeed that Lim Guan Eng is not like me because I have the courage and political moral to be responsible and bear the consequences.
“Will Lim Guan Eng have the courage like me to admit fault, apologise and resign from my ministerial post as well as all my positions in the party?” asked Chua.
Chua said this in a press release today, just hours after Lim held a press conference to deny having an affair with his former staff member, as alleged by Malacca MCA chief Gan Tian Loo at the state legislative assembly sitting.
Lim, the DAP secretary-general and Penang chief minister, had challenged Gan to repeat the allegation in public to allow him to initiate a defamation suit.
“Let my wife and me prove in court that MCA lied, that Lim Guan Eng is not (MCA president, right) Dr Chua Soi Lek,” said Lim.
Why did Lim threaten journalists?
Lim was referring to Chua’s admission in January 2008 that he was indeed the man in a widely circulated grainy video clip depicting a hotel room romp.
Commenting on this, Chua said Lim appeared to have something to hide about the issue, pointing out that Lim once threatened to sue journalists who reported about the alleged affair with his former staff.
This was never publicised in the news but a video clip of Lim’s tirade against journalists, complete with the threats, made it to the internet and pro-BN websites a few weeks ago.
Chua said it was obvious that Lim has no courage to face the issue by how he responded to the reporters.
“If Lim Guan Eng has nothing to hide, why he was so paranoid and agitated when asked to comment about an alleged relationship between him and his former staff?
“I did not hide from the issue, but can he do the same?” said Chua.

tunku : opposition leaders has no guts to admit their wrongdoings. they do all sorts of illegal and forbidden things but will never admit it. just look like anwar for example. with his video clip proven but still he denies it. same goes to guan eng.he is denying his affairs with other girl and putting the blame on mca and others. their tactic is to sue the person or organization so that they can't reveal it in public because then it will be the court's matter.same dirty old tricks.

GE13: Anwar Would Run To Nibong Tebal

All these while, Anwar Ibrahim is thought as the connection between the opposition coalition. Without Anwar, DAP and PAS would never be able to work together and without him, PKR would have no value at all.
This is because the reason behind PKR's existence is Anwar, not because of rakyat and it does not fight for justice. It was established for the sole reason of making Anwar as the Prime Minister or the President of Republic of Malaysia. Pakatan Rakyat was established with the same reason, but they would gamble the lives of rakyat under chauvinist DAP who wishes to change this country into China.
PAS is the other hand, is just a follower who has nothing and they only run on their hatred towards UMNO and their objective is just to bring down their brothers in UMNO.
But, recently, Anwar seems to no longer be the 'main factor' in Pakatan Rakyat. Many are beginning to doubt on how far can Anwar influence votes in the election. Anwar is somehow seen as a liability or a burden to PR. Even though he still has the influence among LGBT and liberals, but these groups are just minority and that it would not bring any significance towards the election.
In short, the strength and weaknesses of PR no longer depend on Anwar.
Since the end of last year, Anwar is seen to be weak, even at his own area, Permatang Pauh. This could be seem during one of his ceramah on October 21, 2011 where it was only attended by his neighbours and only a few numbers of loyal followers from far. This is Permatang Pauh we're talking about, his strongest area.
As an 'experienced politician', Anwar cannot let himself lose at his place. So, logically, he would run to other places to compete.
From what have been observed, Anwar might run to Nibong Tebal based on the number of support and that it is situated far from the city where it covers DUN Sungai Acheh, Sungai Bakap and Jawi. And Sungai Bakap is the place where Anwar was born.
During 2008 GE, Nibong Tebal seat recorded 47,540 registered voters with Malays at 43.6%, Chinese 40.5% and Indian 15.9%. The seat was won by Tan Tee Beng from PKR whi gained 20,210 votes, beating Head of UMNO State, Zainal Abidin Osman who gained 17,123 votes.
However, Tan, on march 1, 2010 announced his resignation from PKR when he was given disciplinary action for criticizing Penang's Chief Minister, Lim Guan Eng. he is now an Independent MP and BN friendly.
From here, it is not impossible that UMNO would put the same candidate. If it is true that Anwar would run to Nibong Tebal, we would be able to see a tight competition between the Opposition Leader and Penang's Head of UMNO in the coming GE13.

tunku : its not impossible for this moron anwar running to nibong tebal. i guess it's best for him to stand there if he dare enough to fight with zainal. it will be bang on.

I-TR1M vs Tuisyen Rakyat

The launch of I-TR1M (Interactive-Tuisyen Rakyat 1Malaysia) which was done by the Prime Minister at Seri Perdana on June 28 is expected to benefit more than 10,000 SPM, PMR and UPSR students among families with low income earnings.
It is a very noble program where it does not have any political intention which was implemented by the federal government to assist students who come from low income families in Selangor.
Even then, it is still used as political issue by Pakatan Rakyat Selangor, who also implemented the Program Tuisyen Rakyat Selangor (PTRS) for SPM candidates in the state since 2009.
Education Exco of the state, YB Dr. Halimah Ali then described 1-TR1M as a copy of PTRS.
Halimah was quoted saying,"They like to copy but we are fine with the fact that our methods are used and made as example. It is okay if they want to copy us. We are happy that even the program would really benefit BN."
Writer cannot deny the fact that I-TR1M and PTRS are similar because both of them are tuition programs. The same thing goes when Anwar promised that he would reduce the price of fuel as soon as he takes over the federal government. Even that would be a copy of the idea which came from BN which was established by Tun Dr. Mahathir when he first began the PM in 1981.
But they never really mentioned that part, copying BN. Instead, they went all over the place shouting that we copied their measures.
We can even say that all of the promises which are made by the opposition are copies from the government which are used to gain rakyat's attention. For example, when the government provides subsidies, they want to give free treatments, we provide loads of subsidies, they want to provide even more, but those are all empty promises.
Going back to I-TR1M.
Even though the objective of the programs are just about the same, but I-TR1M is more comprehensive to be compared to PTRS. PTRS only provides free tuition for SPM students. And the fact that the program could only take 100 students for each DUN, and that it is only opened to students from low income families and average academic performance.
Students who are a bit slow and those who are smart are left behind. In short, the program is not that open.
That is why there is no surprise that since 2009, not more than 10,000 have joined the program. The numbers which writer gain from Selangor government's website, Selangorkini which had no further details on the numbers. Believe me, if the analysis is really transparent, the numbers should be a lot lower than that.
On the other hand, I-TR1M is opened to all candidates who are about to face the three main exams, and that they should be from low income families. It is not limited to average students like what was required by PTRS.
Besides that, the filtering process of students performance are also more detailed. Even the teachers were confirmed by the Education Ministry that they are qualified to teach all the subjects which are offered under the program.
All of these puts I-TR1M in its own class. What is certain, the program is 300 percent better than PTRS which only offers classes for SPM candidates.
However, I still fully support any programs which could benefit rakyat, even PTRS. The only problem is, they should not use such program to be politicized. If their intention is good, why compare?

tunku : first thing is its is not that important whose idea it is, its important who implemented it successfully.you can give idea and promises but if you can't fulfill it then what's the point. BN on the other hand has always fulfilled what they had promised and pakatan they other way round.pakatan is now in total panic mode.they cant match with BN's record at all.

Tee Yong: S’gor used RM1b to bail out Talam

MCA today released documents which allegedly proved that Selangor had used RM1 billion to bail out ailing contruction firm Talam Corporation Bhd through complicated accounting.
Making good his threat to expose a recent scandal in Selangor, MCA central committee member Chua Tee Yong said the Pakatan Rakyat administration had not be forthcoming in debt recovery exercise involving Talam.
He said that while the state had pledged to collect all debts which Talam owed state companies or agencies, but the facts showed that the state paid more than it should for Talam’s assets.
“We have been taken for a ride,” he said during a press conference at the party headquarters today.
Referring to Talam’s 2010 financial statements, Chua said that the state had paid RM667 million to Talam for properties in the debt recovery exercise, which was RM284 million more than the debts owed.
Coupled with the RM392 million state allocation obtained through a supplementary budget in 2009 to facilitate the debt recovery exercise, the total figure exceeds more than RM1 billion.
“Before the deal with Pakatan Rakyat Selangor government, Talam corporation was still under the PN17 (status which) means that it is not financially in good shape and can be delisted to the detriment of the shareholders.
“After the deal, Talam is no longer under PN17.
“This is a clear cut case of bailout whereby the Pakatan government used the rakyat’s money to help a listed company by buying a lot of its assets,” he said.

tunku : the selangor government said proudly that they have collected all Talam's debt but instead they had over paid them. how can a state government can do such blunder? can the public rely on this government to rule the state ? they will ruin the state if they are given more time to rule it.

Opposition Is Worried Over ‘Janji Ditepati’ Advert

It seems that the closer the election gets, the worrier opposition is. Not just the fact that they are anxious over their scandals, they are also worried over small matters such as the ‘janji ditepati’ advertisements which makes them uneasy.
That is how powerful such moderate adverts are where they got to a point where their web portal, Suara Pakatan Rakyat had to advise opposition leaders.
We do understand that the opposition is not only anxious over efforts taken by Barisan Nasional for rakyat all these while, it showed rakyat that the opposition had not done even a single thing even though they have been ruling for almost a term in a few states.
Like what was admitted by Suara PR website, even though Pakatan Rakyat could not compete with BN in the usage of medias to influence rakyat, and even if they have such capability, PR still do not have any record to show their service to rakyat.
That is why id PR is given any slots for advert in TV, we believe that all they would do is just provide empty promises and never mention anything they have done for rakyat.
Not that rakyat do not know any of their 'kind services' such as free water in Selangor, it did not cover the whole state and did not provide any huge impact to the lives of rakyat, like what what mentioned by the pro-opposition website.
Perhaps their loyal supporters look at such advertisements as sarcasm for BN's election campaign. But, what is important here is that the advert is a fact, not fantasy or lies, Few of them include BR1M, school aid worth RM100, 1Malaysia Clinic and others which cannot be denied by anyone even opposition supporters.
They even use all of the facilities provided despite of the mockery and insults that they made to the government.
The worse situation is when the opposition themselves 'blessed' and 'reccomend' that their supporters use all of the benefits provided by BN and at the same time hoping that their supporters would keep on opposing BN.
Thus, the opposition could keep on saying that BN is using the media for their political interest through advertisements but what is important here is that rakyat do understand the message that is given to them and the truth which cannot be twisted.
If the opposition wishes to be anxious with those adverts, they should not criticize every single one of them. Instead, they should try to fulfil their promises. The question is, can they do it?

tunku: of course opposition is worried because whatever BN promises it fulfills it.the opposition till now has not fulfills almost 70% of their promises made in the last general election.this clearly shows which government is more capable in delivering promises and which government only talks.

PAS fails to control growth of entertainment outlet, says Mukhriz

JITRA: Kedah Umno Liaison Committee deputy chairman Datuk Mukhriz Tun Mahathir claimed that the PAS-led state government had failed to control the growth of entertainment outlets in the state.
Mukhriz, who is deputy international trade and industry ministry, said many entertainment outlets had sprouted, mainly in the remote areas such as Sik, Padang Serai and Baling.
The three districts did not have any entertainment outlets prior to PAS coming to power in the state, he added.
"The state government should control the growth of the entertainment outlets and act against unlicensed operators," he said.
The Jerlun MP said both Muslims and non-Muslims were uncomfortable with the growth of the entertainment outlets without any control and need. - Bernama

tunku : before this they(pas) will put all the blames on BN for the licenses but now they are the one that are issuing new entertainment licenses. the worst part is there was no entertainment outlets in the districts like sik, baling, padang serai but now with pas for all slogan, pas is giving the entertainment licenses like giving out charity to the poor.well done pas, keep up the "great work". say something else and do something else.
