SMSes AND EMAILS OF MAKE-BELIEVE STORIES REFLECT OPPOSITIONS’ DESPERATION

NEVER, NEVER BELIEVE SMSes and emails that say the opposition pact have won seven states and that they are now ‘marching’ towards Putrajaya as they are winning more parliamentary seats.
This are all psychological warfare their cyber troopers and portals are conducting to lure fence sitters into voting for them because they know the fence sitters will vote the winning horse.
Take for example Selangor, although it is a tough battle for BN, the chances of taking back the state is there and the odds of taking back is more as the BN onslaught has now put the opposition pact in a bad position.
In Perak, even Nizar and Nga have been chased out of their constituencies when they went campaigning.
It was also said Nizar was shamed by the people in his own constituency when he wanted to pay for their breakfast at one restaurant.
In Kelantan, BN’s push have been so hard that PAS is now in an awkward position as more and more Kelantanese unshamely erect BN posts in kampungs in a s how of force.
In Gelang Patah, DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang is finding it his dream may crash at the last minute as the Chinese are beginning to warm up to Ghani Othman.
The reality of matters will be known on May 5 but events unfolding at present indicate that the SMSes and emails are just not true and too beautiful to believe.
How can the sources of the SMSes and emails know the opposition pact is leading or winning by just referring to survey conducted by some so-called independent survey groups that conducted surveys on just 1,000 people when there are some 13 million voters.
Can this 1,000-odd people represent 13 million voters? Can the 1,000 people reflect the minds of 13 million people?
It is irrational and not logical that the minds of 1,000 people represent 13 million voters.
What actually happens now is that the opposition pact that is good in creating make-believe perception is in a desperate position and thus resort to postings make-believe perceptions to lure fence sitters to their side.
They are fishing the minds of young and first time voters to be with them with the make-believe perception, forgetting that voters around the country know what is going on and what they want.
Voters are getting smarter and wiser and they know what kind of government they want – obviously not one that is quarreling over Islamic state and Hudud Laws and having leaders who aim to be Prime Minister dancing and joking on stage while campaigning.
Voters know they want leaders who are pragmatic and of good caliber and who are serious in building a nation, not one who just ‘dance’ according to the tune of each race.
