Najib wants Cabinet members to "sync" with each other

Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak wants his Cabinet members to be on the "same wavelength" with each other.

"We as members of the administration must be on the same wavelength, in sync with other members," he told reporters here.

He was asked about calls by several ministers, including Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein, for Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department P. Waythamoorthy to quit if "he is not able to value collective responsibility in the Government."

The comments came after Waythamoorthy had alleged that the five members of Gang 04 were "executed" by a police raiding team in Penang.

He had on his Facebook page remarked that based on the photographs at the shooting scene, he believed that the five were shot at close range.

"Looking at the photos, I do not think anyone in the right frame of mind would believe that there was a shootout between the police team and the suspects," he said.
