4 Million Klang Valley Residents Face Risk Of Arsenic Attack
PR Selangor Government can no longer deny that the state might face catastrophic water crisis in the near future as clear evidence shows the issue of lack of water in reservoirs.
Previously they tried to belittle the issue by saying that it was Barisan Nasional's political play, but their tones suddenly change and since then, they have been trying to convince rakyat that they have their own strategy to solve the issue.
Few of them include implementing the could seeding method and using water from used mines to cover the demand for water supply around Klang Valley. This matter was stated by Selangor State Exco, Dr. Xavier Jayakumar.
However, both of the solutions proposed by PR Selangor are simply impractical. This is because the could seeding method cannot guarantee a hundred percent success. Even if it works, it could not solve the main problem which is not the lack of raw water, but treated water.
The same thing goes to using mine water as solution because mine waters contain high level of heavy metal other than bacteria and microorganisms which could be hazardous to consumers. The heavy metal which element which brings worry when it comes to mine water would be Arsenic metal (As).
Arsenic could cause various illness including liver disease, kidneys and various types of cancer.
The World Health Organization (WHO) had set the safe amount for inorganic arsenic is at 0.01mg/l. Despite that, a few countries around the world have very high level of arsenic in their water, some goes to more than 200 times the number given by WHO.
However, it is true that water from used mines can be treated via a few methods.
Few of them include passive treatment method where water from mine would be oxidized before channeling the water to the SAPS reservoir (Successive Alkalinity Producing System). SAPS reservoir contain three layers, first layer contains limestone, followed by organic layer and the third layer (top layer) wastewater layer. Water will be be kept in this reservoir for three days. After that, the wastewater will be channeled to wetland tank before being discharged. Through this method, water pH can be increased to pH6 and element of heavy metal Fe can be reduced from 32ppm to 0.9ppm.
Besides that, there is also another treatment known as active treatment facility where the amount of mine water streaming would be high and done in large quantities.
Even though there are ways to treat water from used mines, the suggestion to use one of these methods to solve water crisis in Selangor is impractical considering that the cost would be high, not to mention we do not have much time. The cost to develop active treatment plant in Hamtae Korea alone cost USD3 million.
Especially when there are a lot of other ways which are a lot easier and cheap and guaranteed safe to solve this issue, which is by implementing the solution which has been proposed by the government which is the Langat 2 Project.
That is why, for Selangor government to choose the right method which is impractical to solve this issue, is beginning to raise doubt among rakyat regarding their real motives and credibility. Moreover, it is not wise for a state government to leave rakyat to face risks in getting heavy metal poisoning such as arsenic just for the sake of their ego and refusing to accept plans which was proposed by their opponent, Barisan Nasional government.
When the fact is, whenever PR raises environmental issues even when there are no issues at all. For example, despite of the fact that Lynas plant which has been dubbed as safe by international experts, they would go around saying that the plant would endanger the environment and the health of people in Kuantan.
It is weird to know that PR raelly fights for the safety and health for Kuantan people but they would let 4 million Selangor rakyat face the risk of catching arsenic poisoning.
Besides, PR should have been more aware with the danger of arsenic considering that their General Leader, Anwar Ibrahim did claim that he was given arsenic shot by the government when he was in jail for sodomy charge.
Anwar and his family's 'fear' on arsenic is so great that the issue was even raised to the knowledge of international media. For your information, huge amount of arsenic in the body would cause acute attacks such as stomach pain due to damaged digestive system, vomiting, diorhea, thirst, stomach cramps and finally coma, and death.
While getting arsenic in the body in small doses for a long term, such as drinking water which contains arsenic, would cause bad breath, excessive sweating, weak muscles, change in skin tone (it gets darker, nerve problems and like what had happened to people of Chile and Bangladesh where they suffered black foot disease and skin cancer.
Now, it is clear that Anwar has been lying because he is clearly healthy after being released, he could even 'perform' at ceramah stages and even hotel rooms.
With such deep knowledge on arsenic, it is really weird as PR Selangor is not even worried if their rakyat might risk getting infected with this poison. This shows that PR government only values politic more than rakyat.
Thus, we would like to suggest that the party should just get rid of the name 'rakyat' because it is clear that they are not following the objective of their coalition.
Audit Report Proves Misappropriation In Kedah
The 'Islamic' government in Kedah seems unable to prove any integrity nor high level of transparency like what is taught by Islam. Even though the audit report for the state in general was recorded as satisfactory, it could still be questioned or even rejected considering that there are still 31.8% from 22 state government agencies which failed to hand in their financial statement according to the deadline.
However, this is still better than last year where 43% of its state government agencies failed to hand in their financial statement according to deadline.
Despite that, this increase does not show any improvement in terms of performance because from 17 State Departments/Agencies, only 3 were rated as excellent and given four stars.
While another 12 State Departments/Agencies were in good condition with 3 Stars. 2 of its State Departments/Agencies , Pendang District Council and Kulim District Office were average with 2 Stars.
Kedah State Government also in 2011 still remains its deficit spending as same as its previous years. Kedah's Statement of Financial Position in the other hand shows the amount of RM252.36 million, a decrease of RM75.92 million or 23.1% compared to RM328.28 million in 2010.
Excess of Current Income was recorded at RM2.39 million, a decrease worth RM20.11 million.
The failure in implementing a few main projects by subsidiary companies under the Perbadanan Menteri Besar Kedah (PMBKed) is one of the reasons why the state government suffers loss.
Projects such as logging and farming in Papua New Guinea, Project 99 East in Langkawi and the project of kerpan shrimp, rubber palm oil plantation recorded loss with audit note stating weaknesses in forms of implementation, agreement and observation.
It seems that this is a clear evidence showing that PAS's Ulama leaders in Kedah are not able to show better performance than non-Ulama leaders in other states.
Despite that, what is more shocking with Kedah's audit report was when the issue of Kedah PAS Government had paid RM2.55 million to five unregistered contractors with the Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor to develop projects at Taman Seri Gemilang, Seberang Terus Flat, Taman Wira, Alor Malai Flat ,Simpang Kuala Flat, Tonkang Yard Flat and Taman Kota Nelayan was revealed.
It gets even worse when the Director for five of the construction companies has family ties between one another. Not just that, the payment to the contractors showed serious lack of transparency where RM500,000 was paid by using the name of other company and claims were made repeatedly.
It is clear that the Ulama leadership and transparent government like what is being preached by Pakatan Rakyat is just mere hypocrisy.
When the fact is, all these while, PAS Kedah has been hiding behind those 'Islamic' billboards around the state. They still do practice cronyism and corruption other than obvious and clear weaknesses when it comes to performance like what was recorded in the note which was given by the National Audit Department.
WHY NO ONE LODGES REPORT AGAINST SUARAM FOR CONTEMPT
Suaram and the opposition parties are aggressively shouting corruptions in the buying of scorpene submarines and they claimed the court in France has subpoena someone in Malaysia to testify.
They even went to the extent of organizing briefings on the development of the case for members of the public who are interested to know the ‘goings on in the court in France.’
Taking the Malaysian public as ‘stupid and ignorant of the court processes around the world in particular in France’, Suaram and the opposition parties have in fact brought in their lawyers from France to strengthen the public’s trust in their case.
What they did not tell the public or they want to hide from the public or they play dumb is that in France, those quarters or parties involved in cases being investigated are disallowed to discuss anything, even the case related to the scorpene issue when they brought the matter to the court in France.
The strict laws in France stipulates that no comments would be made and clearly since the matter was brought to the court, SUARAM has just got to wait what is or are going to happen next. Or else action will be taken against SUARAM for contempt.
Anwar Ibrahim, SUARAM and the opposition Pakatan seem to stubbornly ignore the French laws and continue to play up the scorpene issue despite their allegations been answered and denials made several times with proofs.
It has been the opposition’s tactic to ‘play stupid’ when they are being proven wrong but instead have been aggressively using the name of the court in France to strengthen their case, saying that the case is being investigated and the court has purportedly found documents and transactions pointing to the existence of open corruption.
They also claimed that the Prime Minister would be subpoena and dragged to court in France. Worse still they connect the alleged business transactions and corruption with the murder of a Mongolian model Altantuya Shaarribbu, giving the impression that the Prime Minister was involved in this case.
The opposition seems to be holding on to the saying the bigger the lie, the more people will believe it, which is not true in that there are times the lies would backfire.
The truth of the matter is that there were complaints of corruption in the buying of the scorpene submarines from DCNS by SUARAM to the court in France. And unlike Malaysia where the police or Anti-Corruption Commission are responsible for the investigation of such nature, in France it is the courts that will investigate on the directives of the courts.
According to French Judges Roger Le Loire and Serge Tournaire who are responsible for the case, the parties involved are not allowed to make any comments and contempts of court can be made against them if they do so.
And if the investigation needs statements from any quarters in Malaysia, only the Malaysian police will be authorized to take the statements in the presence of officers from the French courts.
Thus, the question of subpoena for the Prime Minister or anybody from Malaysia to be present in the courts in France does not arise.
If the judges find there is the need to bring the case for hearing or trial, the judges need to apply to higher courts because only the higher courts can determine whether the case should be heard or otherwise.
It is clear that what SUARAM does at present, highlighting the purported or alleged proofs as well as making comments on the issue in open official media is an act of contempt against the courts in France. And officially anyone can lodge complaints against SUARAM for contempt of court if anybody wants to.
If we follow the development of this case in France or anywhere else, we will find there is not a single comment from DCNS, as the official investigators because it is well-verse with the laws in France.
Only SUARAM, the opposition in Malaysia goes every corner of the country claiming corruption exists between DCNS and Malaysia.
And they do all this to pave the way for Anwar to be Prime Minister.
Azizan VS Phahrolrazi, Mahfudz Becomes CM
The problem in really wanting to be the next Chief Minister of Kedah replacing Dato’ Seri Azizan Razak among PAS leaders is no longer a secret. In short, we no longer need any 'secret service' to know who's the enemy of who. Everything is simply clear.
And like we all knew, the one who really wants to position is Phahrolrazi. He had taken various methods to bring Ustaz Azizan down that it becomes a regular conversation among rakyat of Kedah.
Despite that, all of his efforts are still yet to bring any results. It gets worse as not just he could not bring Azizan down, but he has to face competition from a few other PAS leaders who also want the same position.
The competitions include Mahfuz Omar. PAS's Deputy President and Pokok Sena MP. Mahfuz does not seem interested in hiding when it comes to this matter and his strategy to realize his dreams can already be seen.
Considering rumors regarding Dato’ Sahlan Ismail Nasution's, Political Secretary for the Prime Minister, candidacy competing under BN at his constituency, Mahfudz was rumored to have met with Dato’ Sahlan for a few times to ensure that they would not meet at the same ring.
This is because Mahfudz do admit that Dato’ Sahlan is a better competition that he is and he is not confident that he would win if they are to fight one another. Mahfudz is hoping that Dato’ Sahlan would compete for Parliament while he competes for Pokok Sena constituency. With that, he is convinced that he would become the next Chief Minister.
There are three constituencies at Pokok Sena Parliament, Bukit Lada, Bukit Pinang and Derga. Based on the result on GE12, DUN Bukit Pinang was held by Md. Roshidi Osman from PAS had recorded the highest majority win with 3,399. That is why, Bukit Pinang is seen as the most suitable platform for Mahfudz to realize his dreams.
Despite that, he cannot put aside Azizan's influence there, as well as Phahrolrazi's dream.
Besides that, as he really wants to get there, he seems to have forgotten about UMNO. Does he realize that despite of his chances of winning there, he would still have to ensure that PAS would win the majority win in Kedah before he would be at the CM seat.
Wwith that, he would need to help Azizan to maintain rakyat's support for PAS at the state. And Mahfudz cannot sabotage Azizan even though he wants to become the next CM.
Could he get to where he wants?
Whatever it is, the real question here is that could PAS maintain their power in Kedah? If not, then even Azizan would have to leave his position as CM.
ANWAR AND LIBERALS IN PAS WILL PUSH FOR NASHARUDDIN’S EXPULSION, LEAVING HARUN DIN ALONE
So dissatisfaction is now an open feelings in PAS with many members and supporters wanting the Ulamak Council chief Nik Aziz Nik Mat to make way for deputy Dr Harun Din.
No longer a secret as PAS members see the ‘closeness’ with DAP has somewhat erodes the party’s basic principle of struggling and championing the Islamic cause.
PAS which has been in the front in defending Islam is now toned down whenever DAP leaders especially Karpal Singh hit Islam in several aspects as the leaders, who are liberals and associated with Anwar Ibrahim, kept quiet.
This is particularly so with MP for Shah Alam Khalid Samad and even deputy president Mohamed Sabu or Mat Sabu, who at times seen as defending Karpal and DAP and consider those who hit at Karpal as ‘tools of Umno.’
This is especially so when the party former deputy president Nasharuddin Mat Isa hits out at DAP and Karpal, when Nasharuddin himself is a member of the Ulamak Council and he has the right to do.
But Khalid and even vice-president Salahuddin Ayub lashed out and alleged Nasharuddin was made used by Umno while knowing he is the party member and an Ulamak Council member.
But the public and party members at grassroots level know Khalid and Sallahuddin and even Mat Sabu are ‘stooges of Anwar’ who wanted to see PAS out of the clutch veteran fundamentalists so that he could control the party.
Anwar’s aim is to prepare a platform in case his party PKR split up given its multi-racial composition and the heavy politicking between the races that would one day end up in a big split and probably dissolved.
After all, PKR was formed based on reformasi, like what Bersih led by S Ambiga is championing for, but now it is for Anwar’s own ambition to become Prime Minister and he cannot be one if his party PKR is in trouble internally.
So Anwar planted his men in PAS, and tries to change PAS struggles to suit his liberal stand so that he still gets the support of his foreign masters.
And right now, Anwar sees Nasharuddin as the stumbling block to his ambition because Nasharuddin’s influence is not small in PAS.
Nasharuddin’s influence is wide including young members who are fundamentalists besides the veteran fundamentalists and supporters who are not members.
Thus, Anwar and gang must get rid of Nasharuddin so that the fundamentalists in PAS would not have a voice to shout and would just follow the liberals who formed two-thirds of the leadership line-up.
And Dr Harun Din is of the same mind as Nasharuddin and this worries Anwar and the liberals…if Harun Din takes over from Nik Aziz, the the liberals will be buried in the party and Anwar’s ambition goes out of the window.
So Anwar and the liberals must make sure Nasharuddin is out of the party so that Harun Din is left alone and easier to manipulate.
After all, Nik aziz is already udner their control through Husam Musa.

BERSIH Concert Was A Catastrophe
Organized at Kelana Jaya Stadium, last Saturday, NGO BERSIH had organized Bersih 2.0 8T Concert as a further action towards firing up the spirit for anti-EC propaganda.
The 8T symbol refers to the eight demands which is being fought by the NGO. According to the organizers, the concert was help to express their disappointment on eight of their demands which was rejected.
The stadium officially has 25,000 seats and it could fit in 35,000 to 40,000 people if the field is used as well.
During the Bersih 2.0 8T Concert, it was clear that almost every part of the stadium was empty, both the field and seats.
Some pro-opposition media claimed that the concert was attended by 700 people, while other portals stated that only 500 people came to the concert.
Based on observation, the real number was only around 300 which 100 of them were among crews and celebrities whom attended.
Even though the numbers were different but the conclusions are all the same, the concert did not gain much attention and the number of attendance were less than a thousand.
Despite of speeches given by the Chairman of BERSIH, Ambiga Sreveneesan, and backed by A. Samad Said who spoke as well, and such huge promotions, it seems like the event still failed.
It was a bad performance considering that they had attendance at the number of around 4,000 during Ambang Merdeka and 25,000 during Bersih 3.0.
It is clear now that during the events which they held on streets, the number of their supporters seemed many only because streets are small and that it is usually surrounded by the public who simply observes the whole event.
Looking at the silence of the Concert, BERSIH would need to admit that their fight is no longer valid to rakyat.
The program is now changing to a catastrophe and it only proves that rakyat is getting themselves further from the opposition and NGOs which their their proxies.
Auditor-General: Govt's financial management improved in 2011
KUALA LUMPUR: The financial management of government agencies for 2011 recorded a better performance compared with 2010, said Auditor-General Tan Sri Ambrin Buang.
He said of all the government agencies that were evaluated, 111 agencies or 31.4% were rated "very good" (four stars), compared with 77 agencies (21.6%) in 2010 and 48 agencies (12%) in 2009.
"This remarkable achievement shows implementation of the accountability index has motivated the Controlling Officers to take measures towards improving their financial management," he said in a statement issued here Monday.
The 2011 Auditor-General's Report will be distributed to parliamentary members at the Dewan Rakyat sitting later in the day.
Ambrin said the National Audit Department had implemented the rating system, which was based on the Accountability Index in 2007 to gauge the extent of compliance by government deparments and agencies to laws and regulations.
Ambrin said that based on the audit on 456 financial statements for 2011, 388 of them were given the Audit Certificate Without Reprimand.
The other 25 financial statements were issued the Audit Certificate With Reprimand because they did not meet the stipulated accounting standards, and the remaining 25 financial statements were still in the process of being audited, he added.
He said this was better than in 2010 where only 368 financial statements were given the Audit Certificate Without Reprimand while 33 financial statements were given the Audit Certificate With Reprimand.
Ambrin said the Government's revenue collection also showed an increase of RM25.77bil last year with a total collection of RM185.42bil from RM159.65bil in 2010.
"The increase in the world price of crude oil, strong domestic economic growth, as well as continuous enforcement activities by the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board and the Customs Department contributed to the increasing revenue," he added. - Bernama
tunku :increase of RM25.77billionrevenue is a good achievement. there are still lots of improvement need to be done especially with the expenditures of government agencies. well done to the government and strive harder and make sure at least 50% of the government agencies will be rated "very good" by next year.

AMBIGA HAS TO TELL THE TRUTH OR SEE HER DIGNITY AND CREDIBILITY GOES DOWN THE DRAIN
It has been publicly said – Australian Foreign Minister Bob Carr said it in Parliament – the Malaysian government has argued the last general election must have been fair, it lost its two-third majority.
And now the ball is in Ambiga’s feet to clear the air with Malaysians, to tell it the way it was told in Aussie Parliament, no twisting and no spinning.
Let Malaysians know the truth because in time, Malaysians will know the truth and if they know the truth from others rather than from Ambiga herself, she is looking at her dignity and credibility going down the drain.
Ambiga and Bersih are one and if Ambiga continues with her allegations, it is obviously that she is being used by some people or some political parties to create problems with the ruling party.
Malaysians at large know this and have seen the problems created but what they want is Ambiga herself to realize unless she herself wants to be leader of the oppositions.
This, Malaysians have seen and now they are waiting whether Ambiga would participate in the coming general election as a candidate for the opposition or not.
Either way, Malaysians know who is Ambiga and why she has been creating uneasiness and problems for the ruling party. After all, Malaysians are no longer those who stay under the shell, they are now open and critical, they know how to read in-between the lines.
Malaysians know what the oppositions are all about and they know who are the people in the oppositions, they know whether the issues raised are true or false, in fact, they know what is happening.
They have access to so many things through the internet and friends and they know who is sincere in trying to raise their standards of life and who are just making promises without fulfilling them.
Given the scenario and truth behind the issues played by the oppositions, it is better for Ambiga to just tell the truth and not hide her motives.
The Aussie Foreign Minister’s statement is being read by millions of people all over the world and if Bob Carr said it as it is, Ambiga cannot deny and said otherwise.
Ambiga was in Australia to solicit support but she got what she did not expect – the truth – and she cannot deny the truth.
Unless of course, she is indepted in any form to some foreign masters or some opposition leaders who she is forced to be loyal and sacrifice herself to redeem her depts..
So it is now to Ambiga to be truthful to herself and Malaysians although the truth is bitter.

PAS's Life Is In The Hand Of DAP?
Nik Aziz's statement in Utusan Malaysia saying that PAS needs DAP, and in Sinar Harian, that DAP Has Never Harassed PAS, had given a shocker to PAS.
What we can see from his statement is that PAS seems to believe that there is no other way for them to head to Putrajaya but to work alongside DAP. As if the power of Allah SWT is limited and He cannot help them if they are to use other methods. And DAP's power is a lot bigger than Allah SWT to ensure PAS's position in Putrajaya.
As if, without DAP, PAS has nothing. That is how low PAS is in the eyes of its leaders and that is how disgusting PAS really is on the general term.
For PAS, Putrajaya is so big that it is more important than defending their religion.
In a way, it is true what people say about PAS where the party lives for elections and all of its energy is used only for politics, not for Allah SWT. PAS believes that if they do not get to Putrajaya, there would be no Islam in Malaysia. When the fact is, Islam is not just in Putrajaya, it is in the heart of every Muslim.
For extreme PAS supporters, they denied the statement within a blink of an eye by saying that the media twisted the whole thing, so they just pretended as if nothing happened.
For a few PAS supporters who are rational, they choose to keep their feelings to themselves, they refuse to think about it with the hope that the issue would subside just like that until Pakatan Rakyat wins the coming election.
However, the real impact from the statement would definitely hit those who are undecided but considering PAS as their party. They somehow still could not really accept PAS's craziness in wanting to be in Putrajaya, after Nik Aziz made the statement.
If previously PAS always denies that they would do just about anything for politics, including putting aside religion and race just so that they could please DAP, Nik Aziz's statement simply proves that the denial was just empty talks.
By admitting how much PAS really need DAP, Nik Aziz only confirms how weak PAS really is, hence, proving the sentiments where PAS is seen as DAP's slave or DAP's dog is true.
In other words, PAS is a party with no dignity, putting themselves under DAP just so that they could be on top. With no dignity, PAS is not willing to let go of DAP when DAP insulted hudud and Islam, when the fact is that DAP is always prepared to kick PAS if the party insists on implementing hudud and Islamic country.
If PAS supporters are huge fans of Nik Aziz, Nik Aziz is a huge fan of power.
And such extreme attitude had made them blind until they are unable to see the clear picture where PAS really need DAP more than DAP need them, how can they expect to defend Islam if PR rules when DAP is against it? How can PAS go against DAP's agenda when they are really afraid of DAp kicking them out?
PAS then would keep on hanging to DAP and follow their orders just as long they could be in Putrajaya.
Thus, PAS's supporters should be reminded that they should stop dreaming about having an Islamic country if PR rules because as long as Nik Aziz kept on letting the party become slave to DAP, nothing can ever happen. Just accept that PAS's weakness is caused by the stupidity of its leaders. The leaders become stupid because of power. And the sad thing about these people is that they would let others make them look like fools.
The conclusion, it is true that Islam is a religion for those who are wise because stupid people would often mislead and misuse until it causes destruction to themselves, their family, race, religion and their country.

Submarine Case 'On Trial' Does Not Even Exist
Today, SUARAM is 'slapped' again with another news of rejection from French court regarding their application to become plaintiff for corruption charge on the purchase of Scorpene submarine.
As we all know, SUARAM, an organization which is led by opposition leaders and backed by Jews and currency criminal had filed a complaint to French court saying that there were corruption elements which occurred during the business transaction of Scorpene submarine.
And according to the law in France, all complaints should be taken and investigated by investigation judge. If the complaint is justified, then the case can be brought to court.
And today, it has been revealed that French court had rejected the application made by SUARAM ever since March 13, 2012. This means, after taking all the consideration from SUARAM's complaint, the court finds that the complaint has no basis and it should not be taken seriously.
SUARAM however, re-filed the same complaint which they are still to receive any answer since. In other words, the complaint was rejected and there were case filed.
Thus, where is the trial which they have been talking about? Subpoenas? Witnesses and evidence document? Is it from Anwar's imagination? Or from Soros'?
Even newspaper Suara Keadilan dated October 9, 2012 still talks about the same thing to rakyat by publishing the list of seven witnesses, including the Prime Minister and as if one subpoena has been taken by one of the witnesses.
Sometimes this got us confused, how far does SUARAM would go to fool rakyat?
It is clear here that the Jews who has been backing SUAARAM all these while really look down upon the level of intellectuality among Malaysians. They think that we could all be fooled just like that just because they managed to fool a few.
Based on these Jews' plan, SUARAM had performed one of the biggest lie where it did not just involve court and governments from two nations, but they also involve quite a sum of money in it as well. Just imagine how much they paid those famous foreign lawyers where one of them is Soros' lawyer. These people usually charge by the hour, not per case!
And we are still yet to talk about the incidental costs such as accommodation and transportation for those lawyers and also for SUARAM's officers who goes back and forth between France-Malaysia as well as Thailand and now Singapore, and probably places which we might not know just so that they could hold press conferences regarding case which does not really exist.
We do know that SUARAM do receive direct fund from two 'regime change' organizations where their actual target is to rule the world. That is why, such high cost to fabricate the lie is not something impossible for SUARAM with such huge power backing them up. Or, in a way, we could say that SUARAM has been receiving limitless fund.
And this brings us to yet another question. With such big funding, why would SUARAM need to hold charity events to collect fund from Malaysians to assist their lies? This matter can be referred at their own website where they had organized a few dinner charity events to collect funds to 'gain justice in the Scorpene case'.
Considering the fact that the case never really existed, so where did all the money go? Or to whose pocket did it get into?
Anyone who fell for this should come forward to get their money back. SUARAM can fool you once but please do not let that happen again. Even if you hate the government, you do not have to make a fool out of yourselves.

PAS VERBAL SPAT MAY END IN A SPLIT BETWEEN LIBERALS AND FUNDAMENTALISTS
Trouble is brewing in PAS with the liberals that particularly Shah Alam MP Khalid Samad that includes deputy president Mohamed Sabu or Mat Sabu against a member of the Ulamak council Nashahruddin Mat Isa, who alleged Nasharuddin of being an Umno stooge.
The verbal spat has become personal and now it is difficult to see a ‘happy ending’ as Khalid goes after Nasharuddin’s throat like the latter is a sworn lifetime enemy.
Nasharuddin had claimed that oppositions in Sarawak had prayed for a Christian state after winning several seats in 2011 Sarawak state election and this prompted Khalid and gang to react in a very aggressive tone.
The response was very blunt and reflective of the motive that they want Nasharuddin out of PAS, like what they did to Datuk Seri Hassan Ali last year when the latter alleged the Christian movement was converting Malays.
The animosity between Khalid Samad and Nasharuddin dated back in 2008 when Nasharuddin ans Hassan extended their hands to Umno in friendship aimed at uniting the cracks between members of the two Malay-based parties after the tense general election.
Khalid and gang that included Mat Sabu and vice-president Sallehuddin Ayud are known to be ‘Anwar Ibrahim’s’ close associates as they probably share the same objectives.
Thus, Khalid’s statement hitting out at Nasharuddin is seen by the fundamentlists who are veterans in PAS including party president Abdul Hadi Awang as ‘a reflection of Anwar’s thoughts’.
The ‘cold war’ between the two groups in PAS is no longer a secret and this is made worse when DAP Karpal Singh openly objected to PAS objectives of setting up an Islamic state with Hudud laws which Anwar, as leader of PR and a Muslim, did not hit back at Karpal.
Anwar’s silence has created deeper suspicion within PAS that he could not care less about political ideology nor principles except to further his objective of sitting at Putrajaya as Prime Minister.
And the veteran fundamentalists also know Anwar has been pushing the liberals to take over PAS leadership, a platform which he sees is much solid and stronger than PKR.
So Anwar’s aim is to get rid of anybody in PAS seen as threats to achieving his ambition and Khalid and gang are his ‘hit men’ in PAS to do the dirty job.
Now it depends on PAS veteran fundamentalists to defend and fight back as time is of essence given the general election is just a few months away.
It is better for the party to go alone in the coming general election or team up with Umno to ‘bury’ Anwar and his ambition.
After all, PAS has proven itself to be a party that survives against all odds since the 50s.
PAS Rejects Scholars For Priests
One does not need to be an expert nor a political watchdog to know the ending of PAS-DAP-PKR. It is enough for a man who is rational to know that the coalition would bring chaos towards Muslim community, even if the destruction is not official.
As a party that was established on 'the name of Allah SWT' and on the name of Islam, PAS's decision to work alongside DAP and PKR is just as same as making a deal with the devil. Perhaps this happens because of Tok Guru Nik Aziz who used to make a statement saying that he would even work with the devil just as long as UMNO goes down.
PAS used to have this very extreme approach back then, making non-Muslims as their enemies and even Muslims who do not follow their way, on the excuse that those people are jahil or kafir. PAS said back then, only Scholars are fit enough to lead the people. If BN puts any Chinese from MCA or Indians from MIC as election candidates, PAS would form the best campaign to tell rakyat how they would be getting sin if they vote for non-Muslims.
But those are old stories. PAS has now become a much open party so that they could fit in with the current political environment. All of their old extreme stands are no longer relevant, even Islamic nation and hudud has now become a subjective matter.
PAS now no longer hate non-Muslims. Instead, they are a lot closer with these bunch such as Lim Kit Siang. Leaders might not have to be Scholars but PAS is really to take a sodomite and a liberal to be their next Prime Minister. The halal and haram of resources is up to UMNO which for PAS, it is okay to gain political benefit from Jew's fund and Soros which is channeled to SUARAM, BERSIH and others/ PAS's approach is also seen to be even more 'vice-friendly' if we are to see the number of entertainment centres which bloomed right after PR took over Selangor.
PAS said it is okay to use the word Allah SWT in other religion's book and supported the distribution of Bibles in Bahasa Melayu. Thus, assisting Christian teachings among Muslims.
We would like to congratulate PAS for being able to prove that the party is much more open than UMNO.
Now, PAS no longer put Islam as the party's exclusive rights, but they are accepting non-Muslims to join the party by forming Dewan Himpunan Penyokong PAS (DHPP). And the peak of their openness can be seen when the party is willing to put a Christian priest as the coming GE13 candidate. Their openness is consistent when they seemed to be reluctant to work alongside JAIS to curb the action of Christians converting Muslims to their religion.
Few of these priests which had been identified as PAS candidates through DHPP include Pastor Otou @ Francis Singoron. He was named as candidate for DUN Pitas, Sabah where 60% of its residents are Muslims while another 40% are among Christian Kadazan, Dusun and Murut. Most of his campaigns will be assisted by two of his Christian preachers, Ondon Mangajil, 58, and Rakilin Mahuda @ Melvin.
It is not impossible that if Pastor Otou @ Francis Singoron wins, the fraction of religion among residents from DUN Pitas might see an increase among Christians, thus, reducing the percentage of Muslims.
That is how 'open' PAS is nowadays where they would even put aside Scholars to bring up 'artists', Syiah, the 'professionals', sodomite, liberals and even Christian leaders as leaders of society, party or even the country.
Whatever it is, there is no need to for us to be shocked with this new revelation in PAS because this is what happens when we make a deal with the devil.
SUARAM Should Perform Harakiri
During the era of samurais and ninjas in Japan, it is a norm for these warriors to perform harakiri where they would tear their guts with their own swords whenever they fail in battles.
Even among Japanese themselves, harakiri is just another routine to pay off for their mistakes or to cover their shame.
In this modern world, we are not sure whether this tradition is still practiced, but for us Malaysians, we might be able to see such performance here for the very first time.
Why not? If we are to see the chain of bad luck which has been hitting SUARAM all these while, and their propaganda on Scorpene, it is clear that their shame is simply unbearable.
SUARAM who has close relationship with PKR Leader, Anwar Ibrahim, seems to be stuck in the corner. Their propaganda in the issue has been confirmed to be mere lies.
SUARAM's effort to tell rakyat that there was corruption in the purchasing process of Scorpene got to a dead end when n official statement from French government's Prosecutor, Yves Charpenel confirmed that there was no trial made upon the issue.
Other sources also confirmed that up until now, no subpoenas had been released on anyone, clearly contradictory to what SUARAM had fabricated in their effort to tarnish the image of our Prime Minister and the Government of Malaysia.
The important part would be the statement which came from Yves Charpenel because the statement proves that SUARAM is the biggest liar in Malaysia. The NGO is just as same as its mentor, Anwar because even he is famous for being a liar.
The only option for them now is whether they want to keep on lying and hope that few rakyat would still fall for it, or they should just perform harakiri.

SUARAM Will Be Charged In France
SUARAM finally admitted that they do receive funds from National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and Open Society Institute (OSI), foreign NGOs where their main goal is to perform 'regime exchange' in countries which has economic and social value to fulfil the Jews' mission in controlling the world.
The worry on Jews' wanting to take over the world is not a paranoia among Muslims around the world, but it was only mentioned in the Quran. Allah SWT reminded us that we should be careful with the Jews because they would never respect Muslims until all Muslims wold follow their orders and wants.
Today, not only Muslims, even most Westerner are beginning to doubt Jews, so they began to run various research and revealed Jews' intention and strategy to rule the world through various NGOs which goes by the objective to 'protect human interest issues' such as fighting for human rights, freedom, justice etc.
From there, on October 1, Russia began to take serious action by closing NED's office at the country after realizing that the NGO from America has bad agenda involving money laundering issue which goes against international law. Other than NED, all of its branches such as International Republican Institute (IRI), the National Democratic Institute (NDI), the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and the American Center for International Labor Solidarity (ACILS) were also closed.
These shows that the Jews do not just target Islamic countries such as Tunisia, Libya, Egypt or Syria, they also target non-Islamic countries. And obviously, Malaysia as a growing Islamic country would not escape as part of their target.
Today, the direct relationship between NED and OSI with SUARAM and Malaysian opposition is no longer a secret. This is proven when Opposition Leader himself, Anwar Ibrahim do not even hide his relationship with these entities.
For that, Anwar, on behalf of SUARAM went to France recently to 'invite' a lawyer by the name of William Bourdon to provide statement on behalf of SUARAM who is facing Malaysia's law in the case of receiving doubtful foreign fund. William Bourdon is also the lawyer who represents George Soros who is the owner of OSI, a currency terrorist.
Unlike Russia, NED moves in Malaysia through its tools, SUARAM and the opposition. That is why the ones who would face the impact if proven guilty would be SUARAM instead of NED.
And it would be bad for SUARAM because NED seemed to have miscalculated the strength of Malaysian leaders. Due to that, SUARAM do not just have to face legal consequences in Malaysia, it would have to go through France as well.
Internal source told that French Court is said that they would charge SUARAM after considering a few facts, they include:
1. Suaram intentionally expose what they call 'investigation paper' which contains Document 87 and Document 144, saying that it was taken from the Prosecutor's Office when the fact is, investigations should be done in private and closed. If the 'investigation paper' really exist, SUARAM's action in exposing the information in it was actually against the law.
2. And if the paper does not exist, SUARAM had intentionally toyed with the law by using names and the prosecutor's office in France.
3. SUARAM also has been irresponsible for fabricating stories regarding the trial in France, when it was not true at all.
4. SUARAM went too far when they used the mane of French judge, Le Loire, as they like in their lies.
5. SUARAM fabricated trial through media by surpassing the private investigation ran by French investigative judge.
6. SUARAM lied when they used the name of French court and questioned the credibility of French's Foreign Ministry by making the statement on handing out subpoenas to Malaysians.
7. SUARAM intentionally raised doubts on French police by stating that Altantuya did enter the country, refuting French police's official statement.
This news brings us to a conclusion where SUARAM's lies would only come this far. It seems like after this, NED and OSI would need to fully depend on the opposition to continue with their agenda with this country. But, with such clear relationship between the opposition and Jews, are they certain that rakyat would still be fooled by them?
OPEN WAR WITH PAS, ANWAR IS DESPERATE TO STRENGTHEN DAP’S TRUST
Now it is an open war between PAS and PKR, the two parties that had worked together to deprive BN of several Malay seats in the 2008 general election.
The war is expected due to the differences in their political ideologies – one is Islamic fundamentalism and the other liberal – two ingredients that cannot mix even in a cooking pot.
The fundamentalists in PAS, comprising the veterans, have been quietly defending the fort while watching closely Anwar Ibrahim’s men, who have been planted to undermine the party, taking positions of authority in the party during past party elections.
Along the way, these liberals, who are supposed to steer the party struggles from fundamentalism to lslamic liberalism, knocked out several die-hards such as Datuk Hassan Ali and Nasharuddin Mat Isa.
The fundamentalists, headed by party president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang, have been putting up with the liberals, knowing who is behind them and knowing what they are aiming for.
For sometime, they waited and watched, hoping for the liberals to have some respect towards them, have some decorum in scrambling for positions, but what they saw is ‘hungry intellectuals side-stepping religious and normal Malay culture scrambling to turn take over the party’ to achieve their ‘master’s’ objective.
PAS deputy Ulamak council chief Dr Haron Din’s open statement about Anwar and his ways which PAS would not follow is considered an open war…a declaration that may see the two parties parting ways soon.
Anwar would now try to tone down and console PAS leaders as he needs the party’s support so much to achieve his ambition to head Putrajaya.
With only DAP support, Anwar may not even managed to win one-third of the total parliament seats to lead him to Putrajaya.
As war with PAS is inevitable, Anwar’s party PKR is having problem with DAP in Penang as the DAP views PKR with distrust after knowing the minds of PKR state chief Mansor Othman in the leaked minutes of a meeting in April.
This has affected their co-operation and also created silent animosity between the Chinese and Malay members in PKR as the leaked was certainly done by a Chinese member to gain favour from DAP’s Lim Guan Eng.
Thus the scenario in Penang is volatile for PKR while in Selangor, the party is facing an internal squabbles that may see no ending because the ‘bad blood’ started two years ago during the party election and drags until today.
Given such a scenario, Anwar has no choice but to earn the trust of DAP by doing anything including ‘selling the Malay race and religion’.

Haron Din Is Lying To Himself
Deputy Mursyidul Am PAS, Datuk Dr Haron Din recently gave a 'message' to the public to not link PAS with Anwar Ibrahim's action in launching a book written by former MP of India, Mobashar Jawed Akbar who is a liberal and all of his actions and statements that are liberal.
We need to remember that Anwar also previously defended the book written by Salman Rushdie, The Satanic Verses which insults Islam and the Prophet. Anwar also thought that the actions of Muslims around the world rejecting the Innocence of Muslim film as something over-the-top.
To me, if we are to read a few parts in Mobashar's book, it is not wrong for me to say that we could see the yardstick of the mind of a liberal, so Anwar's liberalism level is actually a lot higher than Mobashar who still holds onto Islam as the highest religion but at the same time still holds strong to his race, Indian.
But, we not not want to debate about identity nor the understanding which Mobashar has because he has nothing to do with Malaysian politics not its rakyat. Even Harun Din's statement which rejects PAS's involvement with Anwar's actions, automatically meant that even Anwar's identity and understanding should not be used as part of the debate material because the statement itself showed how Anwar really is, understanding of a pluralist and stands on liberalism.
Thus, what is left to be debated here is Harun Din's or PAS's stand in facing the subject, 'Anwar'.
Harun Din said,"It's okay, that is his (Anwar) political view, if he feels that it could provide him benefit (so) that's what he did. We do not intervene with matters involving PKR. PAS is with PAS, PKR is with PKR and DAP is with DAP,"
and,
"That is Anwar Ibrahim's politics and he does not put Islam as his baseline. So he (Anwar) is not like us. In PAS, everything is done in an Islamic manner."
Perhaps Harun Din need to be reminded that Anwar Ibrahim is the man which PAS would take up as the next Prime Minister is Pakatan Rakyat wins the coming election.
And he need to be reminded that if PR rules, PAS would need to accept all of Anwar's views and opinions which are liberal as same as DAP who is anti-Islam. The worse thing is that PAS would need to follow every single decision which would be made considering that Anwar would be the Prime Minister.
That is how the relationship between PAS-Anwar-DAP where the dominant one gets to make the final say and the passive one would only follow.
It seems like Haron Din is still in denial regarding PAS's relationship with Anwar and DAP.
Either because he loves his post in PAS, or that he loves his arty, or he simply too 'big' to admit PAS's mistake for working alongside Anwar/DAP, so Haron Din had no other choice but to keep on lying to himself by saying that the relationship is there.
Do know that Harun Din could keep on lying to himself or the party's supporters but he can never lie to Allah SWT that the relationship between PAS and Anwar is just like master and slave, PAS being the slave.
If PR wins the next election and Anwar wants to introduce new liberal policies, PAS may be able to reject the ideas vocally but they can never debate about it in the Parliament. Because that is all they can afford to do.
By then, it is up to Harun Din himself to decide whether he would still want to lie to himself where he is not involved with Anwar's decision because by then, no matter what excuse he gives to himself, everything is just too late.
French Prosecutor Confirmed Malaysian Opposition's Lies
SUARAM, an NGO which is led by Malaysian opposition and funded by Zionist and Soros has been revealed to be lying again and again in the issue of Scorpene. Despite of all that, they still refuse to admit their lies and they kept on playing with their game.
Perhaps because the fund which they are receiving is simply too much, so SUARAM a.k.a the opposition do not have any other choice but to keep on acting with hope that the government of Malaysia would finally fall.
But, with statement made by famous French prosecutor, Yves Charpenel which was released yesterday, saying that there was no trial regarding Scorpene in France and the only thing that is happening is trials made by Malaysian opposition media, is seen as the end to SUARAM's chain of lies.
Charpenel also repeated government's previous statement that what happened was that two independent 'investigative judges' has been investigating this issue since earlier this year based on complaints made by SUARAM. This is because according to the law, all complaints should be given serious attention and investigation in closed and private manner.
However, the investigative judges do not have the rights to investigate nor interrogate people from across the border without getting any permission from the country's government to respect the Mutual Legal Assistance Agreement which is held by all countries in the world.
That is why, for SUARAM and opposition to say that the trial is going on and a few people would be given subpoenas and submarine documents in French language would be revealed as part of the evidence, showed how low the moral value among SUARAM supporters really are.
In line with attitude of Zionist and Soros, SUARAM had shown that they do not respect any government in the world including Malaysia and France. Not just that they are tarnishing the image of Malaysian government, they are even toying around with the French government.
In order to ruin Malaysian government, SUARAM pictured court of France for not being transparent for leaking investigation's information including evidences to them which they them showed to the public. SUARAM also pictured French police as an organization that is not efficient enough as they could not detect the entrance of Altantuya during the whole business transaction period.
And now, SUARAM and Malaysian opposition refuses to admit that everything is over. Instead, Anwar Ibrahim, Malaysia's Opposition Leader had brought in French lawyer, William Bourdon to provide statement on behalf of SUARAM in the issue of receiving foreign funds. Bourdon's arrival should have been paid and it sure was huge, as he is the famous lawyer who defends George Soros.
In a way, opposition's move in bringing Bourdon to assist SUARAM and Malaysian opposition only strengthen the fact that SUARAM and Malaysian opposition do not fight for human rights nor rakyat. Instead, they are on the move to implement the mission of 'regime exchange' in Malaysia for the sake of Soros and Jews by lying, with no limit.
Karpal Singh Shouts At Anwar
Cronysm and nepotism are few of the accusations which are often made by Pakatan Rakyat towards Barisan Nasional even though they are the ones who practice such things.
As BN leaders who are accused for focusing on their children or nephews and nieces in providing them posts and that all of them had proven that they 'got up there' with through credible processes and legitimately. Moreover, no BN leaders and their family members ever get to hold posts in a same era, proving that they did not get their posts automatically.
Instead, for PR leaders, their children and in laws could simply get appointed for high posts, as if it would be a preparation for them to inherit their parents' throne. It is clear that democracy is something objective in the administration for Pakatan Rakyat and this is proven when their own General Leader was not even appointed through democracy process.
The Shadow Cabinet which was presented by PKR also clearly showed the highest level of nepotism within the party. Anwar Ibrahim who took himself as the future Prime Minister and appoint his wife as the Minister of the Prime Minister's office and his daughter as the Federal Territory's Minister.
To defend PR, Karpal Singh made one of the funniest statement in political history by urging rakyat not to worry with the practice of nepotism practice in PR.
His excuse, all of the wives, children and in-laws of PR leaders who are holding high posts have shown their credibility and qualification. But, at the same time, Karpal also denied that his party acknowledges the list of Shadow Cabinet which was presented by PKR.
This statement was seen as one of the saddest statement ever made by Karpal to justify nepotism practice in PR.
Just what Nurul Izzah has proven to make her qualified to hold the post as Federal Territory's Minister? And is Karpal's rejection towards the Shadow Cabinet rise due to the fact that he thinks that his son, Gobind Singh, deserves the post more than Nurul Izzah?
This is the dilemma which we can see in Karpal where he really want to criticize Anwar's nepotism but even he cannot do such a thing because even his own party does the same thing.
Rakyat is aware on the fact that just like PKR, DAP also practices nepotism where Lim Kit Siang, who used to be the Secretary General and Chairman of the party had ensure that his son, Lim Guan Eng would be as same as he is too. Lim Guan Eng is now DAP's Secretary General cum Chief Minister of Penang and he did not forget to drag his wife, Betty Chew into the political arena as well. Betty Chew is now Melaka's MP and without a doubt, she might just be a Minister if PR rules this country.
The same thing goes to Nik Aziz, Mursyidul Am PAS where he made sure that his son, Nik Abduh follows his success through the post of PAS's Deputy Youth Chief. His son-in-law, Ariff Fahmi in the other hand, follows his step from out of the political world through the post of CEO of PMBK.
Children of BN leaders who are involved in the political world such as Dato’ Mukhriz Mahathir and Dato’ Seri Najib Tun Razak himself had given so much by championing various programs such as entrepreneur, youth and others long before they get to where they are now.
But, what did Nurul, Gobind, Guan Eng or Betty has done to surpass smaller leaders of PKR and DAP who had proven that they deserve important posts within the party and they deserve to be Cabinet Mnisters if PR rules?

ANWAR THINKS HE IS AN INTELLECT BY BEING STOOGE TO FOREIGNERS
Anwar Ibrahim has got a French lawyer to lend more credents to the scorpene deal just to influence more Malaysians to believe in the lies his network Suaram has been propagating.
As usual, his campaign is always laced with the so-called intellectualism, bringing intellectual foreigners purportedly to be neutral and ‘know all’ the wrong doing of the present government.
He does not even trust his party members who are lawyers because to him, only overseas ‘mat sallehs’ are more intelligent than local lawyers.
And in the eyes of Malaysians, Anwar feels that they would put their trust more towards these ‘mat sallehs’ than local kampung boy lawyers.
But in reality, Anwar is actually selling himself or more accurately following the ‘directives of his foreign masters’ to get these lawyers or other foreign intellectuals to convince Malaysians to oppose the government.
The foreigners, who fund him and his networks – the purported independent NGOs championing human rights and whatever rights they claim – would want their people to be part of the team to plan and strategise in undermining the government, making it weak so that it would be easy to topple.
It was them who strategized and planned which government agencies to hit and weakened, how and using what tools.
Anwar’s own mind would not reach that level as he is not even an intellectual, with only a Malay studies degree, and his level of thinking is not even on par with Khairy Jamaluddin, to compare.
So it is likely that all the plans including Bersih rallies and other related political rallies are actually planned and strategized by the foreign masters with Anwar heading the local implementers, using the NGOs these foreigners have funded.
Anwar’s only own doing was organizing the reformasi rallies in late 90s, that also with the help of others like Hishamuddin Rais, Cikgu Bad and few others because Anwar alone would not know how to organize things.
And even now, when PR is struggling to win over the waning support, Anwar continues to ‘fly high’ going around campaigning in style – a RM1 million bus and airplane – forgetting the voters’ sensitivities or he just could not get use to a moderate campaign style.
In short, Anwar has actually reveals to the public his true self – stupid and extravagant in spending. And voters who are now more smart, open and critical are watching closely, very closely.
This has actually got DAP and PAS worried but they cannot tell Anwar because doing so would deprive them of foreign funds and support
DAP AND PAS DOUBTS PKR CAN DELIVER THIS COMING GENERAL ELECTION
PKR is in trouble from within its own rank and file and within the PR alliance. This time around, the trust within the opposition parties are brittle and volatile.
They are now probably thinking whether they could depend on each other to defeat the BN without being ‘stab at the back’ once the they won.
As it is right now, the DAP and PAS, the two parties that possess ideologies, and the only two oppositions that have gone through the political mills, are now suspicious of PKR, a new party that does not have a clear cut political ideology.
The only struggle that has been exposed loud and clear is the blind loyalty to put its de facto chief Anwar Ibrahim as the Prime Minister and those close to him as ministers and Mentri Besars.
Working together
as an opposition team that can threaten BN’s position is out of question as PKR always wants to be dominant despite it is the weakest link in the PR unregistered alliance.
Despite being the weakest, it projects itself as the most significant where Anwar is held in high esteem, all because of his ability to call the crowd and his link with foreign funders and foreigners interested to see Malaysia down like majority of the Islamic nations.
DAP and PAS are also in desperate situation to defeat BN, a mission they have been attempting the past 12 general elections but without success.
Through Anwar, leaders of the two parties have in mind they could defeat the BN and take over the federal government but things do not seem smooth now despite having worked together and managed to reduced BN’s majority in the Parliament and won four states.
But this time around their relationship is laced with suspiciouns and distrust – all because PKR deputy president Azmin Ali open his mouth on Selangor MB post, deputy chief Minister 1 Penang Mansor Othman on terming Lim Guan Rng as corky and arrogant and the expose of the shadown Cabinet line-up.
So now, the three parties in PR are watching each other’s move closely, fearing someday and someplace someone from PKR would drive a knife at their backs.
Given the trouble within PKR itself where in Penang, the Chinese members are not trusting the Malay members and vice-versa after the leakage of the closed-door meeting in April, and in Selangor where there are three camps comprising MB Khalid Ibrahim, Azmin and party president Wan Azizah herself with her daughter Nurul Izzah, PAS and DAP have doubts on PKR’s capability this time around.
With suits from voters demanding the election pledges to be fulfilled, DAP and PAS would probably want to distance themselves as PKR now seems more of burden than help.

S’gor PKR ticks off MB’s secretary for attacking Azmin Ali
SHAH ALAM: The Selangor PKR leadership has taken Selangor Mentri Besar's political secretary Faekah Husin to task for attacking PKR deputy president Azmin Ali.
Selangor PKR deputy chairman Zuraida Kamaruddin said Faekah's comments were unnecessary, and could have been made "more positive" if she could have taken the trouble to communicate with Azmin over the matter.
"As far as Azmin in concerned, time and again, he had openly shown his full support for Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim as the Selangor Mentri Besar.
"Khalid has done a fantastic job of 360 degrees turnaround from the Barisan Nasional-style government. Be it in his ceramah, articles and as in his recent parliament debates, Khalid has time and again highlighted as an excellent Mentri Besar for Pakatan Rakyat, much to the envy of the Barisan government," she said in a statement.
She added that Faekah had "unwisely misinterpreted" Azmin's recent comment on Khalid, and should have finished reading the article in good faith.
Zuraida was referring to an article in Sinar Harian, where Azmin was quoted saying that Khalid may be made a federal minister if Pakatan wins Putrajaya in the 13th general election, thus implying that Selangor will have a new Mentri Besar.
"Our advice to Faekah is to break her wall of communication with the party leaders because, until today, she has yet to communicate with most state and party national leaders on party and state matters.
"As an effective political secretary, Faekah should concentrate to improve the political relationship between the Mentri Besar and party leaders, and not cause instability by unnecessarily jumping the gun," she said.
tunku : does zuraidah think that faekah will make a comment or statement without consulting her boss (khalid) ? everyone knows the rift between azmin and khalid so zuraidah don't have to lie because she look stupid when she said azmin supports khalid ibrahim. she looks more stupid when she said that khalid as an excellent mb. no doubt she is right that khalid did 360 degrees turnaround from the BN style government.that is why there are lots and lots of problem in selangor.

SAME OLD STORY – THE MEDIA IS THE PUNCHING BAG

DAP AND PAS ANGRY WITH AZMIN AND MANSOR, BUT IN REALITY ITS ANWAR’S GAME
DAP and PKR are now splitting hairs and probably would part ways as the verbal spat and ‘back stabbing’ continue to highten on several issues but most importantly is the assumption that PKR wants to be the dominant dforce in the unregistered opposition alliance.
In Penang, it is crystal clear that the Malays in PKR are dissatisfied against DAP’s Lim Guan Eng leadership that they consider ‘dictatorial and overly Chinese’ and ‘pasang spy’ or planting spies in PKR.
Some said this would give Guan Eng the information of whats going on in Penang and he can strengthen his position among the Chinese in PKR.
This was how the state Deputy Chief Minister 1 Mansor Othman got played out and the revealations that PKR does not trust Guan Eng and suspecting the latter trying to take away few seats from PKR.
While the distrust in Penang gets deeper, in Selangor DAP gets ‘really mad’ when PKR deputy president Azmin Ali made a statement that present MB Khalid Ibrahim might be replaced after the general election.
Azmin’s statement fell short of saying he would replace Khalid, which position he has been eyeing since after the 2008 general election.
Given the scenario, DAP and PKR are really experiencing ‘bad ties’ and even if the top leaders of both parties would put up the front of being united, the supporters and members of both parties are not together in mind.
They may be together on the streets demonstrating against the government and the ruling BN but when come general eletcion, they will be fighting each other for support, that is the truth.
PKR may field ‘independent candidates’ in seats contested by DAP to make sure that DAP will not outnumber them when the results are out because as reflected by Mansor’s words in the meeting which minutes were leaked, DAP is getting arrogant and corky.
In reality, Mansor was just voicing out Anwar Ibrahim’s concern, not actually Mansor’s own views and mind because that’s how Anwar operates, he would not open his mouth but relays his message and let the stooges, in this case Mansor, to say it out loud.
And in Selangor, it was not Azmin’s own views and opinion on Khalid but in reality Anwar’s opinions as Anwar had wanted to change Khalid long ago but he has not got the chance.
In short, what DAP and PAS are actually against is not Azmin or PKR but it is Anwar they are after, the man behind the scene.
It is Anwar’s game all along and DAP and PAS top leadership know but they do not want to rock the ship…they just do not want to add fuel to the already burned ship.
Shadow Cabinet PR Surrounded By Scandals
After revealing that PKR has listed 20 Minister from its party if PR leads the country, the party was then criticized by DAP and PAS for not discussing the matter with them first.
So, PKR then goes into chaos to cover their leader's iron-fist attitude, Anwar Ibrahim, including his own wife as the party's President, Wan Azizah. So, even Wan Azizah is now under pressure in making statement saying that they do not need to announce the shadow cabinet because it was unnecessary. But Shuhaimi thinks otherwise. The ADUN Batu Tiga said that the statement made by Wan Azizah was a personal statement, in other words, the list of the shadow cabinet really exist.
We do not really know whether Wan Azizah is a party president that does not know anything or she simply loves to lie, this is because now it has been proven that PKR really did prepare the Shadow Cabinet without even getting any mutual agreement from DAP nor PAS. It as presented during PKR's Political Bureau meeting recently.
It' okay if PKR wants to deny or DAP and PAS want to fight Wan Azizah because it is not rakyat's concern because they are still yet to lead the country. The only problem that derives here is that when the list of Ministers and Deputy Ministers which is 'imagined' by PR is filled with those who have various scandals especially sexual scandals.
But, there is nothing for us to be surprised about if the future Prime Minister himself did have a sex scandal which is simply unimaginable by anyone. Thus, there is nothing to be surprised about with the scandal of Lim Guan Eng's Rainbow, Elizabeth Wong or Mustafa Ali's sex video?
And if we are to look at corruption scandals, Anwar champions everyone with the 3 billion issue which is still yet to be answered, followed by the issue of actually fulfilling the objective of the Cekap, Amanah dan Telus (CAT) slogan (Efficient, Accountable and Transparent) which cannot be done by Lim in governing Penang and others as well.
And what about Elizabeth Wong's sleeping partner who is now in Indonesia in an illegal manner and what about the death of Teoh Beng Hock which was linked with a chain of DAP leaders?
Not just that, what about the link between Pakatan Rakyat and SUARAM, Bersih and chains of George Soros and Zionists? What about the luxury private jet that they could afford to rent and at the same time collect funds for election from dinner charity and other ways.
These are few of the scandals which surrounds the current shadow cabinet.
Not just that, the shadow cabinet is also covered with clear nepotism where husbands and wives, children and crony of the highest leader would fill all of the important posts even though their qualifications can be questioned.
With such clear scandals and nepotism, how could Malaysians gain the confidence and trust towards the live of Cabinet for PR? How could people with no sense of moral and integrity lead the country? How can these people rive the country towards success if they are surrounded by scandals even before they rule?
With more power in their hands, how can they guarantee that they would not have even more scandals?
So, PKR then goes into chaos to cover their leader's iron-fist attitude, Anwar Ibrahim, including his own wife as the party's President, Wan Azizah. So, even Wan Azizah is now under pressure in making statement saying that they do not need to announce the shadow cabinet because it was unnecessary. But Shuhaimi thinks otherwise.

Meeting With Lawyer In Paris Proves Anwar's Lie
Anwar Ibrahim was said to be in Paris, France after attending the Mega Convoy Royalty Talk in Shah Alam. This matter was mentioned himself during his speech in the program.
He said, lawyers who are handling the Scorpene scandal case would like to meet him regarding the update of the case and he would take the opportunity to ask about the matter of 'commission' which was involved in the business transaction.
So, his supporters were all proud with the fact that Anwar would be meeting up with a few white people.
They never even thought about what did Anwar has anything to do with the purchase of Scorpene even if there are doubt in the business transaction?
Where did it say that Anwar is one of its witnesses? Was he involved in the case? Was he there when the 'commission' was being given? Was he there during the murder of Altntuya?
Or was he just there to provide opinion regarding the credibility of witnesses or those who are involved? If it is true, is he really qualified to determine such thing? If he is, then on what basis is he qualified? As an enemy? As accomplice? As an intimate partner?
There would no way that those lawyers would want to meet up with him just so that they could get explanations on his sodomy case, chinadoll or Shamsidar which had nothing to do with Scorpene?
No lawyers nor investigators would want to look into things which has nothing to do with witnesses, alibi or evidence, like what is listed in investigation processes.
There is only one possibility when it comes to Anwar Ibrahim's involvement in this 'scorpene scandal' as he said it, he is the backbone to all the lies which they have made regarding this corruption issue. So, his meeting with French lawyers was just another part of their method to tarnish the government's image.
Let's not forget how previously, Datuk Zulkifli Nordin, Anwar's previous lawyer who is also the lawyer to Chief Inspector Azilah who was said to have murdered Altantuya revealed that Anwar had ordered him to change the strategy to defend Azilah by 'fabricating and falsifying evidence to link the Prime Minister with the murder'. From there, Zulkifli then withdrew himself and left Anwar before he reveals this matter.
If Anwar did that to him, there might be a chance where he might have done the same thing to those French lawyers which he met?
If Anwar would go the great distance of sentencing an innocent person to a death row, what would stop him from killing someone himself?
This matter brought us back to the two hit and run cases involving the death of a wife of a Dato's who was the first person who brought up the sodomy case 1 to Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, the Prime Minister at that time. and also the death of victim's wife in the case, Azizan.
Considering all of these facts, Anwar's Ibrahim's meeting with French lawyers leads us to two conclusions. 1, 'more questions', or 2, 'an answer'.

Bersih to organise concert on Oct 13
KUALA LUMPUR: Bersih has decided to organise a concert, featuring local artistes, to remind the Government of its eight demands for electoral reform.
During a press conference here Thursday, its co-chairman Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan said the NGO's demands were yet to be fulfilled.
She said the concert, to be held at the Kelana Jaya stadium on Oct 13, would serve as a reminder that the people had not forgotten their demand for clean and fair elections.
"This is one of the reasons we decided to have the concert. It is also to celebrate civil society," she said.
Among the artistes invited to perform were the Republic of Brickfields, Nik Bin Jidan, Ray Cheong and Julian Mokhtar.
Ambiga said the concert would be "like a family day" with activities for adults and children.
tunku : good, this is the way to protest. do it in the stadium or hall. don't take your discontentment to the streets and make it difficult for all. you can have this type of concert every night if you wish.

RIFT BETWEEN PAS AND PKR WIDENS, PAS IS BETTER ALONE
Cracks within parties in Pakatan Rakyat (PR) which are visible are getting wider and bigger, probably now cannot be cemented or plastering between the cracks.
Before the verbal war between DAP and PAS on Islamic state and Hudud laws could subside, right now the verbal war widen between PKR and PAS on candidates for ministers and Mentri Besars.
PAS secretary-general Mustafa Ali issued a statement expressing regrets and concern over PKR deputy president Azmin Ali’s comment that Selangor MB Khalid Ibrahim might be replaced after the general election.
Mustafa said this was not the stand of PR, the umbrella of the alliance of all the three parties – DAP, Pas and PKR.
This means Azmin is trying to pre-empt any attempt to retain Khalid and his statement reflected his intention since early last year to head Selangor, which became an issue for a while early last year.
This means Azmin is very ambitious and he will not settle down until he gets what he wanted. Azmin statement, front-paged by Sinar Harian, shows that parties in PR are at each other’s throat before even the date of the general election is announced.
This is no small matter as it signifies the authoritativeness of the parties in the alliance because all decisions are supposedly to be based on concensus but now Azmin already release his view.
Mustafa, a veteran and fundamentalist in PAS is no ‘small child’ in politics. His experience dated back way before Azmin was born, probably and he has been on top of thing, politics that is, without having misses anything.
So Azmin, probabloy reflecting his boss’s (Anwar Ibrahim) mind should be wary and careful because PKR’s position is pR is very volatile, with waning support and credibility.
And now, PAS members who are not the liberals who are inclined to Anwar, are watching closely whether they should continue supporting the ‘marriage of convenience’ with PKR or just ‘seek divorce’ before the general eelction.
Azmin’s statement which represent Anwar’s mind does not go down well with PAS and DAP is not that stupid to swallow Anwar’s ‘dictation’ because the party knows PKR is now more of a liability than asset, politically to say.
Thus, it is now up to PAS to continue playing along with PKR and DAP or just leave the ‘unholy alliance’ and go on its own in the coming general election.
After all, PAS in reality does not need PKR, which has not much influence now or DAP which only attracts the non-Malays.
PAS can stand alone as it has always done and better still if it goes alongside BN which can help it achieve its objective – following the path of Islam.
Compensation For ISA Detainees: Evidence That Najib's Government Is Not Cruel
Pakatan Rakyat's claim saying that the legal system is not transparent and controlled by UMNO has now been proven to be yet another lie when 5 ISA detainees (their people) had won in trial and they would be getting high compensation.
Tian Chua, Hishamudin Rais, Badrulamin khalwat, Badaruddin and Saari has been rewarded by the court with compensation worth more than RM4 million on the reason that they were detained due to political reason and not because of national security.
We respect the Judge's decision even though we do not agree on the fact that they do not post any threat to the country's security. We do understand that out opinions do not matter when it comes to court cases and what matter are evidence and witnesses.
Too bad, those who would be getting the compensation are part of those who are irrational.
Their detention alone was enough to make it as evidence on the point where they were irrational in accepting court's decision when it found Anwar to be guilty. Actually, it is not wrong for us to say that these people have been around ever since Anwar's first sodomy trial.
Since Anwar was found guilty by the court regarding the case, these people then began to criticize and spread hate messages regarding the country's legal system and the government to the world. Saying that the government controls the court, biased judges and laws can be manipulated. Malaysia's image was bad because of the people.
That is why, even though there did not post any threat to the country like what was said by the judge, they would still remain as liars and traitors to the country.
Logically, if courts were controlled by the government, there would be no way that Anwar would be released and these five detainees would get any compensation. But, those things did not happen. Instead, Anwar and these traitors all won and they could keep on lying to the world by tarnishing the government's image.
So this matter clearly show that the government had and would never intervene with the legal system in this country. That is why we could see the opposition winning in a few cases and UMNO leaders could also be sentenced in other cases.
In a way, PR no longer has any credibility to keep on selling the story that the legal system is not fair as part of their strategy to bring BN down.
With that, let us all see whether these five detainees would still criticize the court after they have gotten their compensation.
If they kept on doing the same thing, then we could probably say that the Malaysian court is unfair- not because it is controlled by BN, but PR themselves because they could ensure that they would win in several cases which could provide profit to them.

YBK Land: God's Answer To Selangor Government's Tyranny
There is nothing worse than robbing poor people's lands. And that is what PR Selangor government is doing as how its Chief Minister keep on insisting to steal lands owned by Permodalan YBK (PYBK), a subsidiary company under the Foundation for Poverty Eradication (YBK) worth 1,625 acres at Serendah, Hulu Selangor. 218 acres from the whole land was proposed to be used to build the base for UiTM project.
PR Selangor's excuse to take over the land is merely because as if no land tax were paid.
However, court decision which goes to PYBK yesterday has proven that land tax with the amount of RM1.280 million was pard on August 31, 2009 (first payment) to fultil the application requirement on Planning Permission to the Selangor State Government.
And outstanding tax was then paid on February 2, 2010 through Melaka Foundation (second payment).
But, what happened were:
i)The first payment was returned without any reason that even Notice 6A was not given for the land.
ii) Second payment was returned with the excuse that the payment cannot be made via third party, Melaka Foundation.
The action of state government in returning all of the payments showed that they do have the intention to take over the land owned by PYBK. This is because third or fourth party should not have been part of the matter if this is about 'unpaid land tax'.
Thus, the question here is, what are the motives for PR Selangor to take over this land?
YBK's Chairman, Datuk Zainal Abidin Sakom confirmed that the land owned by the company do have its grant and premium tax since it was taken over in 1997 which has been explained. So, if the state government want to have the land, it would have to go through the land acquisition process according to the law.
According to early reports, Selangor's Chief Minister, Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim insisted in taking over the 526 hectare land worth RM540 million at Serendah, Rawang, owned by YBK becausethe Foundation refused to allow the state government to intervene in its operations and administration.
State Executive Council's meeting on October 20 had set that the Chief Minister would need to be appointed as YBK's Chairman, while another one of state government's representative would be appointed as a member for the Board of Directors under welfare portfolio, but they did not receive any positive feed backs from the foundation.
Once again, what are the motives for PR Selangor that they really want to intervene with the operations and administration of YBK? If it is because they want to observe the company's financial status to ensure that the poor are protected, that is simply unacceptable because YBK has always been transparent and its existence has been proven to be a benefit to all.
Besides, people of Selangor who has been 'close' with welfare programs would definitely know how PR Selangor had stopped regular contributions which has been budgeted to a few orphanage homes around the state by BN Government. No excuse were given on why they stop those contributions. Thus, using the excuse that they want to maintain welfare for poor people is simply unacceptable.
Generally, building UiTM and other programs which involves the poor by PYBK usually targets the Malays. That is why PR does not agree with it because they believe in equal rights. DAP definitely has been pressuring Khalid Ibrahim to ensure all projects for bumiputera would be stopped.
Moreover, as a person with a corporate background which often focuses on profit, Khalid Ibrahim himself would not be interested with welfare 'projects' which PYBK is running, when the fact is that the land would bring even more benefit if commercial areas or luxury houses are to be developed.
The real issue behind this matter only showed how PR do not really do as they say. Their ‘Demi Rakyat’ (For People) slogan is only meant for those who are rich, Chinese, corporate people or successful business owners. The poor who cannot afford to pay their taxes and do not profit the state are simply ignored. With that, only then PR could prove their 'agility' in managing a state, where the result only comes in forms of profit and annual income.
With that, people would need to be reminded that if PR remain in Selangor, it is not impossible that the poor and middle income people (majority Malays) would need to go back to their hometown like what was chanted by DAP during the May 13th tragedy.
